19/05/2026: Everything was excellent, from the meat pizza to the famous patanegra, which I ate there often, having lived in Spain for two years, and whose authenticity I can attest to. I'd also add that, regarding our last visit, which unfortunately saw us end up in the dining room with a thirty-year-old's birthday party and dozens of other guests, the noise level was objectively very high. We couldn't even understand each other from a few centimeters away. But other than that, I can attest to the deliciousness of the pizza, which, for example, the "San Daniele" pizza came with the prosciutto on a separate platter, which was much appreciated.

12/05/2026: I rarely ever leave a review. But I had to take the time and write one for Le Cupole. From the staff, to the food, to the atmosphere, it was one of the best dining experiences I have had. I have a severe peanut and nut allergy and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They provided little surprise dishes in between courses that were creative, delicious, and unique. Stunning views to make it even more magical. Could not recommend more !

02/05/2026: We had a good pizza, perhaps a bit too thin, but it depends on your taste. The place was very nice, and the staff were knowledgeable. We didn't like the fact that they told us they didn't take reservations, but at the next table they asked what name we'd called with, and that the waiters kept coming by to see if we were finished. I understand they had people waiting outside, but I don't like eating with people breathing down our necks.

20/04/2026: Expensive, and I really felt like they took me for a naive tourist! For two people, a sparkling water, a draft beer (they brought me a double), two dishes (5 small octopus pasta on a bed of pesto) with no sides or garnish, and it was more of an appetizer than a main course. 19/04/2026: I'm sorry, I don't usually leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my stay at this place wasn't pleasant! The place itself is charming, despite its small size. We had an appetizer consisting of a good salami, mozzarella, mushrooms, and olives. However, the problem was the pizza. It wasn't well-leavened, the sauce was slightly acidic, and it was extremely spicy (I chose smoked scamorza, zucchini, and spicy spianata). Evidently, besides the spianata (which I usually eat), there was something else spicy. I don't mind strong flavors, but this pizza was decidedly inedible. It was as if someone had spilled a jar of chili pepper oil on it. I've been around far and wide, and until now, I've never left a pizza half-eaten... Needless to say, my stomach wasn't thankful (on a positive note, the bathrooms are very clean 😉). Guys, your staff is friendly, and it's a shame the pizza isn't up to Angelo's expectations. The place is quaint; I don't just want to criticize but also to encourage improvement. Come on!

15/05/2026: Following the numerous rave reviews about this restaurant in the port of Ventimiglia, I decided to try it. I was very disappointed. Even before entering, parking is extremely difficult. The wait for a table is significant, especially unpleasant in the blazing sun! Once seated, the service is incredibly fast, as if to free up the table as quickly as possible... The view isn't great; on the terrace, you're treated to exhaust fumes and a high noise level. The portions are meager for pasta. The taste is nothing special. On the other hand, the bill is outrageous! A quick trip to the restroom—and yes, there are only two stalls—is necessary. So, be patient. In short, make a reservation. Plan ahead for parking. Opt for the second seating, which is later. Enjoy your meal.

26/12/2025: Refined, simple cuisine that highlights the flavors of the ingredients. Perfect and attentive service. Excellent value for money. The seating on the covered terrace is cool and quiet. THE RESTAURANT CLOSED IN OCTOBER 2025 BECAUSE THE OWNER INTENDS TO SELL THE PREMISES. IT IS UNKNOWN IF IT WILL REOPEN IN ANOTHER LOCATION.

05/04/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant and the experience was excellent in every way. The seafront location makes for a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Regarding the food, there's nothing to complain about: * Mussel sauté: exquisite, with incredibly fresh ingredients that you can taste at first bite. * First course: Spaghetti with clams and bottarga, balanced and flavorful, a top score. * Second course: My partner had the fillet, perfectly cooked and of excellent quality. Special praise goes to the waitresses: they were extremely kind and attentive throughout the meal, making us feel truly welcome. Good value for the quality of the food and the location. We'll definitely be back!

11/03/2026: I was in Rapallo for work, what can I say? The staff was exquisite, incredibly kind, polite, and helpful! The food was fabulous! Super fresh fish, the quality was truly top-notch, and the dishes were generous and truly delicious! Thanks to all the staff.

08/03/2026: With family and friends for a birthday. Lively atmosphere, excellent service, always crowded so reservations are recommended. Both the pizzas and the fried food are excellent. The off-menu dish of Santa Margherita shrimp and artichokes is exquisite. A lovely evening.
