19/05/2026: Everything was excellent, from the meat pizza to the famous patanegra, which I ate there often, having lived in Spain for two years, and whose authenticity I can attest to.
I'd also add that, regarding our last visit, which unfortunately saw us end up in the dining room with a thirty-year-old's birthday party and dozens of other guests, the noise level was objectively very high. We couldn't even understand each other from a few centimeters away. But other than that, I can attest to the deliciousness of the pizza, which, for example, the "San Daniele" pizza came with the prosciutto on a separate platter, which was much appreciated.

Prices are average for Diano Marina.
However, charging €4 for a bottle of water is truly distasteful.
31/05/2026: Nothing special, slow service. We had the tuna in a crust, which was frozen (as stated on the menu). I know it shouldn't be overcooked or it won't taste good, but the raw pieces were still cold from the freezer... a bit excessive. The prices were absurd, as is the case everywhere these days. Unfortunately, it was late and we couldn't look much further, but there are better options around.

09/06/2026: The pizzas were okay, but nothing more. The appetizer (fish) was good. Unfortunately, the appetizer and main course were served at the same time. The service and everything else was good.
28/05/2026: We recently visited this restaurant and were left with a rather mixed impression. The food was decent, but didn't really impress us or stand out from other restaurants. The taste was solid, but nothing memorable.
What did bother us, however, was the value for money. The prices are noticeably above average, and for that price, we expected significantly higher quality or at least something special.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant, so overall the visit wasn't bad – but considering the price, we would probably choose an alternative next time.

14/06/2026: The food: excellent and very filling. I ordered a truffle pasta with some rabbit and it gave the feeling of homemade cooking.
The service: the lady who waited on us was the absolute best. She gave us the most amazing recommendations and treated us very kindly!
Atmosphere: we decided to eat on the terrace. It was a perfect ambiance. It didn't feel like we were outside in public, the enclosure was perfect.
I just love this place,it was my highlight in Ventimilgia!

26/12/2025: Refined, simple cuisine that highlights the flavors of the ingredients. Perfect and attentive service. Excellent value for money. The seating on the covered terrace is cool and quiet. THE RESTAURANT CLOSED IN OCTOBER 2025 BECAUSE THE OWNER INTENDS TO SELL THE PREMISES. IT IS UNKNOWN IF IT WILL REOPEN IN ANOTHER LOCATION.

05/04/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant and the experience was excellent in every way. The seafront location makes for a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
Regarding the food, there's nothing to complain about:
* Mussel sauté: exquisite, with incredibly fresh ingredients that you can taste at first bite.
* First course: Spaghetti with clams and bottarga, balanced and flavorful, a top score.
* Second course: My partner had the fillet, perfectly cooked and of excellent quality.
Special praise goes to the waitresses: they were extremely kind and attentive throughout the meal, making us feel truly welcome.
Good value for the quality of the food and the location. We'll definitely be back!

23/05/2026: We went there for pizza. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The pizzas we ate were tasty, but a little under-seasoned. Our dog got a drink immediately without us having to ask.

11/03/2026: I was in Rapallo for work, what can I say? The staff was exquisite, incredibly kind, polite, and helpful! The food was fabulous! Super fresh fish, the quality was truly top-notch, and the dishes were generous and truly delicious! Thanks to all the staff.
08/03/2026: With family and friends for a birthday. Lively atmosphere, excellent service, always crowded so reservations are recommended. Both the pizzas and the fried food are excellent. The off-menu dish of Santa Margherita shrimp and artichokes is exquisite.
A lovely evening.

You're only paying for the location; otherwise, the food and service are zero.
The pizza had very few toppings. The seafood pizza had no cheese, just a few pieces of seafood and tomato sauce. Very expensive for nothing.

19/04/2026: I'm sorry, I don't usually leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my stay at this place wasn't pleasant! The place itself is charming, despite its small size. We had an appetizer consisting of a good salami, mozzarella, mushrooms, and olives. However, the problem was the pizza. It wasn't well-leavened, the sauce was slightly acidic, and it was extremely spicy (I chose smoked scamorza, zucchini, and spicy spianata). Evidently, besides the spianata (which I usually eat), there was something else spicy. I don't mind strong flavors, but this pizza was decidedly inedible. It was as if someone had spilled a jar of chili pepper oil on it. I've been around far and wide, and until now, I've never left a pizza half-eaten... Needless to say, my stomach wasn't thankful (on a positive note, the bathrooms are very clean 😉).
Guys, your staff is friendly, and it's a shame the pizza isn't up to Angelo's expectations. The place is quaint; I don't just want to criticize but also to encourage improvement. Come on!
