25/07/2025: We ordered two courses each, but we never managed to eat together: the dishes arrived 15-20 minutes apart, creating discomfort and ruining the experience.
The allergen management was critical: no attention, unclear menus, and the waiters seemed completely unaware of cross-contamination. Under these conditions, it's impossible to feel safe.
The service, then, was anything but professional. The waiter started off with a "friendly" attitude, but quickly overstepped the mark, calling one of the diners an "idiot." Regardless of the tone, this is an unacceptable disrespect.
It's a shame, because the food was good. But with service like that, I can't recommend this place.

07/08/2025: Terrible, I ate the table. Plus, it couldn't have been worse even in Rapallo. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
07/08/2025: Decent portions, but the food doesn't come all at the same time. One of us had to wait long for her pasta, while the one with a salad got it first. Apparently we sat in a corner where the staff did not see us, so everything took long.

21/06/2025: We waited 25 minutes, they let a couple of people who arrived later but were more impatient than us go in front (they hadn't booked). It's fair to pay the price for the lack of attention to the customer.
19/06/2025: Very rude server. Not welcoming at all to tourists. The food was ok and the vibe is nice, pretty busy.

07/03/2025: Arrivati a Noli in fuga da una coda autostradale, abbiamo colto l' occasione di provare Ricchebuono, il ristorante del Vescovado, approfittando dell' offerta del menù di pranzo, che si è rivelata eccellente per qualità e prezzo.
Gli ascensori verso il ristorante sono suggestivi, il palazzo vescovile offre comode e riservate salette, arredate con tavoli di design e ceramiche. Servizio discreto ed efficiente. Il menù si apre con una sequenza di pre antipasti sorprendenti per gusto, presentazione e territorialità, accompagnati da ottimi pane, focaccia e olio. Seguono due piatti, gnocchetti delicatissimi con bottarga, poi filetti di triglia, sempre guarniti da salse eleganti. Infine un dolce, limone meringa e gelato alla maggiorana e piccola pasticceria. Ampia carta dei vini anche a bicchiere, con attenzione ai produttori locali. Decisamente una bella esperienza.

03/07/2025: We were attracted by the atmosphere of the poolside table setup, chic and elegant.. then we discovered the menu! Sincerely impressed we returned the following evening.. I won't reveal anything, but I highly recommend it, you will be sure. ☺️

06/07/2025: For the price, would never book it again. Nice rooms and beautiful views but for the price and what the hotel has to offer it is in complete misalignment. The front desk people were very welcoming and nice but overall the restaurant food was not good and the breakfast buffet was definitely not to par with the “category of hotel” they are striving for.

07/07/2025: I celebrated my birthday last night and for me it remains the No. 1 restaurant on the Riviera. Excellent food, unparalleled location, kind, helpful and above all very prepared staff. A special thanks to Simone - professionally at the Top - who made the evening unforgettable.
28/06/2025: Wonderful place with a nice view. Polite and pleasant staff. The food was good.
Air-condition is much needed for that place, as it can get really hot in there ( west-facing building), but it was actually on from the beginning but they turned it off later during the night although there where still 2 tables with guests . It got hot and we decided to conclude our night sooner than intended.

21/07/2025: Veniamo spesso d’estate in questo ristorante semplice ma con ottimo cibo ed ottimo servizio. Da non perdere gli “scampi di Mario” e le trenette al pesto. Tortino al cioccolato caldo finale straordinario. Camerieri giovani, efficienti e gentili. Carta del vino completa e con prezzi giusti. Conto finale del tutto corretto.
21/07/2025: Cenare al Padò è un'esperienza culinaria unica. Il menu di pesce è vario con ingredienti freschi scelti dallo chef Mario quotidianamente. Il piatto forte sono gli scampi alla Mario con antipasto di gamberi. Unici. Prezzi adeguati ai piatti proposti

24/07/2025: Mi marido y yo fuimos a Ventimillia por el día mientras estaba de vacaciones en Niza y tuvimos la mejor pasta y pizza de todos los tiempos y a un precio muy razonable! Restaurante encantador, personal amable y un gran servicio. Sin duda volveré de nuevo.
02/07/2025: A beautiful place. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the service was even better. The location, an open-air terrace surrounded by beautiful little houses, allows you to listen to the chimes. We loved it; it's so charming, yet it conveys a sense of familiarity and simplicity. We'd love to return!

Too bad about the poor service. After more than half an hour of waiting at the table on the pier, the staff came to ask us what we wanted. Another half hour later, the staff came again to tell us they didn't have what we asked for, apologizing that the service is shared between the beach and the pier. Get organized!
Disappointing: it's not just the location that pays!!!
07/08/2025: I went here for an aperitivo recently and had a great time. The staff was friendly and accommodating to any request, especially a waiter named Giorgio, who was truly friendly and helpful.
A great experience, I recommend it to everyone.
