This creates an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, the dishes are very well presented, always beautiful, sometimes classic, sometimes innovative, always delicious: we tasted the different plates with great pleasure. A great gastronomic experience that we recommend without hesitation!

21/03/2025: I can't recommend it. Stay away from it. Caesar salad...oh dear...far from it, spaghetti vongole...ready-made sauce...that's definitely not traditional Italian cuisine. We saw several half-empty plates at neighboring tables. That certainly made us suspicious.

20/03/2025: We came into this restaurant purely by chance, while we were choosing we decided to check with the waiter the price for oysters per portion or per piece. He confused us at the beginning, we ordered a portion of mussels, it turned out that this price was per piece. So they charged us for a slightly larger order. Okay, the oysters were quite tasty. The drinks in the photo were excellent (8€ non-alcoholic and 10€ alcoholic), they also sell fresh fish for about 40-60€, they will cook it for you there, set it on fire and bring it to you. (But only if you take a whole one) The choice on the menu is very good. The items are interesting, it is worth visiting in the evening, when they light the candles and it becomes more magical and aesthetic. Also at the end, as in all Italian restaurants, they brought me a complimentary limoncello of excellent taste and gave me and my friend a red rose. The restaurant made a very good impression. But as everyone says, it's quite difficult to catch a waiter here and we had to wait a bit for the bill to arrive.

25/03/2025: La prima sera sull’isola di Ponza veniamo sempre qui e sappiamo di trascorrere una cena in riva al mare indimenticabile. Servizio speciale, piatti davvero ottimi e cucinati a regola d’arte. Dagli antipasti al dolce abbiamo provato tutto ed è sempre buono.

From the first time I visited, I was very satisfied with the experience and the service at La Pilotta. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming from Puerto Rico to enjoy authentic Italian food. I usually stop for lunch, I eat outside under the umbrellas looking at the square, it's wonderful. Today I stopped at the bar for a cappuccino and tasted the colomba they produce, truly delicious. You feel at home due to the kindness of all the staff and the care that is perceived in everything. A result like this can only be achieved with great passion.

22/03/2025: Ristorante una volta sul mare adesso a ridosso della nuova struttura portuale in allestimento, comunque verandato ed accogliente. Cena a base pesce di buona qualità ma con porzioni di molto rivisitate in negativo a mia memoria.Ottimo servizio al tavolo. Conto alto in relazione al consumato.

05/12/2024: With some friends we wanted to eat Scandinavian dishes and we found this beautiful bistro. warm and welcoming environment, not only for the furnishings, decorations and warmth but also for the kindness and preparation of the owner and the girl who served us. he recommended and illustrated all the dishes to us, they were all good, fresh and beautiful to look at. the fresh smoked salmon they smoked was superb, a real delight!! There wasn't a single dish that we didn't like from starter to dessert!!
