13/04/2025: Abbiamo passato ben due ore dentro il locale: sono stata a matrimoni che sono durati meno. Vi chiederete: “Sì ma cosa avete ordinato?”. Un bagel, un toast con uova strapazzate, una Caesar Salad+ tre dolci (una red velvet, una bowl di yogurt e un waffel). Tra l’arrivo e l’ordine sono passati 20 minuti; tra l’ordine e le prime portate ben 40. “Ma almeno ne è valsa la pena?”. Non lo so: quanto devono essere buone delle uova strapazzate per giustificare un’ora di attesa? Il personale è molto cortese e ovviamente si è scusato per il ritardo e va detto che il locale era pieno ma la domanda è: se l’organizzazione della cucina non è eccellente, che senso ha riempire un intero locale di gente in…Dolce attesa?

14/04/2025: We had a great experience, the food was really good, we ordered the lobster, that one is a must!! and also the ravioli with truffle. Both were amazing. The wine list is quite long but the staff guided us really well. The service was awesome, the only downward was the pâté en croute, very flat but they nicely didn’t charge it. Also we had a table upstairs and the view was quite boring. I think downstairs you can have a better experience. Overall I highly recomend this place

12/02/2025: Very pleasant place for crowded and noisy evenings❣️ Lots of young people, a varied and overall elegant environment even if perhaps you are a little too close together😅 The choice of wines is good and the selection of menu proposals is decent. 🥰 The price is quite high and the fact that you can't book is decidedly negative 😫

23/02/2025: Close to the Tirso de Molina theater and the splendid Coppede' district, this place is a real gem... Warm, welcoming and particular. The cutting boards are rich and delicious, the owner is very kind, the quality/price ratio is excellent. We will definitely be back

30/03/2025: Unfortunately my experience at this restaurant was not positive. I ordered a steak (€26) and was very disappointed: it was tough, full of sinew and without any flavour, other than burnt. The chicory also had a bitter and smoky taste, a sign that it had been cooked badly. It's a shame, because the service was good and the location was really nice. With more attention to the quality and cooking of the dishes, it could be a pleasant place, but I wouldn't recommend it at the moment.

24/03/2025: Beautiful and welcoming place where you can book a table overlooking the pool even in winter. Menu with a wide choice but what definitely characterizes this place are its bruschettoni ideal as an appetizer, where you have the possibility of making a choice even with two flavors. The meat leaves a little to be desired but on the other hand the desserts are really excellent. Prices adequate for the quality of the food.

19/03/2025: A fantastic restaurant!!... I discovered this restaurant while I was surfing the net looking for a nice, modern, elegant place where I could eat something good with some live music and here I found the DOM, a beautiful, welcoming place with kind and helpful staff, and the gem of that place is the girl who sang all the best songs of the past throughout the evening!!.. I live far away but it has now become my favorite restaurant and I will gladly return!!

31/03/2025: I have been a customer of this place for several years and I can only say that I feel at home, a family-run place where you cannot help but feel part of it, you are always welcomed with the smile and kindness of a person who puts his heart into what he does despite the many difficulties of a restaurant. The food is always well prepared, from fish to pinsa to Roman cuisine... not to mention the desserts... sublime!!! it's always worth eating here...

28/03/2025: Impeccable place, very kind staff and the very nice owner, very helpful with the customer and make you feel at home. We had two spectacular spaghetti allo scoglio and two amazing fried food, we will return without anything else, I gave 5 stars because more could not be given 😍

31/03/2025: I have been frequenting this restaurant for years now. It is pleasing to note that over the years the level of service has been maintained, or rather raised even further. You notice attention and care. The prices obviously reflect all this.

12/04/2025: An Innkeeper with a capital O in a youthful and very well-kept place. We were inundated with flavors and colors in a very respectable tasting menu. All washed down with a champagne first and then a natural white. Truly a beautiful reality, congratulations and see you next time :)

23/03/2025: I'm from the area but I've been working in the center of Rome for over 3 years. Making a comparison. I have to pay a huge compliment to the staff also because I came to this place at different times and I highly recommend it. The staff is always friendly even at the most stressful times so in my experience comparing everything I experience in the center of Rome every day. (Rome Prati) I must say that this place even surpasses many places in the center of Rome in terms of quality, price and customer service... what can I say 5,000 stars if it were possible. 🙏🫶thank you

04/02/2025: Le Cucine del Borgo per me sono l'appuntamento delle occasioni speciali, per un pranzo fatto con calma, con l'attenzione per i dettagli che coinvolgono tutti i sensi. Ci si sente coccolati e speciali. Le persone, il cibo, il vino, l'ambiente e la sua atmosfera: d'inverno c'è il camino a fare compagnia, nella bella stagione i tavoli all'esterno e, soprattutto, la romantica terrazza "per due". Consigliatissimo per chi sa stare a pieno nel momento.

03/02/2025: Una location davvero mozzafiato, che lascia senza parole per la sua bellezza e per l’atmosfera unica che riesce a creare. Ogni angolo trasuda attenzione ai dettagli, dai piccoli decori agli spazi ben curati, che contribuiscono a rendere l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il menù, pur essendo piuttosto limitato, offre scelte di altissima qualità, con piatti preparati con ingredienti freschissimi e abbinamenti ricercati che non deludono mai. La selezione è studiata per soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti, pur mantenendo una proposta semplice ma raffinata. Il conto è assolutamente proporzionato alle aspettative: il prezzo rispecchia pienamente la qualità dell'esperienza offerta, che vale ogni singolo euro speso. Un posto che consiglierei sicuramente per chi cerca un’esperienza gastronomica che unisca qualità, ambiente e servizio impeccabile.
