11/06/2025: We had an amazing experience at Imago. Chef Andrea Antonini really pulls out all the stops for an incredible dining masterpiece. His various influences and wide varieties of flavors, creative dishes, and use of the highest quality ingredients from local farms allowed us to experience food , art and Rome all at once. The flavors and textures of his food are carefully curated and the menu changes every 6 months. The chef and staff were also very accommodating to my wife who cannot eat seafood. The service is impeccable with attention to detail and ensuring you have the best experience. Lastly, the restaurant is located at the top level of the hotel Hassler, above the Spanish steps. The backdrop of the Rome skyline at sunset made the night magical. Highly recommend and this was the best Michelin starred restaurant I have visited. For the amount of food, exquisite presentation, flavor, and variety that you get, every euro was well spent.

02/06/2025: The location is definitely good, just above the steps of Plaza de España, but the food is just average. The presentation is ok, the food is just average. The creative dishes I chose were overall sour. Not very tasty. I recommend you choose traditional dishes. The service is very good and I give it a full score. The window seat is good. The interior is just average.

18/06/2025: The food was delicious, the service was nice, the atmosphere was friendly. The waiter's only mistake was that he brought toast with tomatoes in oil, which were indeed delicious, but he said they were free (supposedly a gift from him), and at the end they were written on the bill. A minimal mistake, which rather affected his tip, not the overall rating of the restaurant.

Service is too pushy, the waiters are so fast that they take your plate away even if you haven't finished or in any case they don't let you eat in peace, putting their arms in front of their faces without caring about the fact that we were eating, taking confidences that in a place like this and considering the bill to pay at the end I don't expect. The place looks well-kept and the meat is certainly quality but it's the first time I've seen it arrive at the table already cut instead of being cut in front of the customer. We won't be back.

22/05/2025: Deliciosa pastelería, disfrutamos del pistacho y el café era de primera categoría. El servicio era muy rápido y el servidor era muy amable. Felizmente volver a visitar cuando viene en Roma

19/05/2025: Encontramos este lugar en nuestro paseo desde nuestro hotel a Roma Termini y tuvimos suerte de hacerlo. Los cornetti eran increíbles, lo mejor que encontramos en Roma. Si eres fan de los croissants, no hay necesidad de buscar en ningún otro lugar. Un favorito de muchos lugareños y el personal de camareros eran serviciales y amables también.

25/06/2025: A decent restaurant but too expensive, if you take the pizza menu you can get by with 20 euros, otherwise for an appetizer, a second course, a side dish and a beer you can get to double. I must have been unlucky, but then when I went there I had to ask several times to have the side dish brought to me. In the end it was a nice experience but perhaps too expensive.

23/06/2025: My goddaughter's birthday dinner and all my family, including grandchildren. We returned to this location where we celebrated my goddaughter's wedding lunch. We ate some ca5ne some pesce from the appetizers to the first decades and side dishes, each course deserved a full 10. Specifically, I ate a tartare and a raw fish carpaccio, a first course of paccheri with fish and a fried shrimp, calamari and mixed seafood that I hadn't eaten in a long time. All excellent. Try it and you won't regret it

04/06/2025: I had dinner here on Sunday evening. We had dinner on the terrace, outdoors: very pleasant! attentive and thoughtful service. We had second courses of grilled meat with side dishes. The meat was delicious and cooked to perfection (sliced ​​meat; fillet; chicken slice; the olive wood of the grill makes the difference...) and the side dishes were also excellent (grilled radicchio; sautéed chicory: French fries). All accompanied by an excellent fresh rosé and a white pizza with rosemary and olives. We had a great time! thank you (the interiors are also nice, with lit fireplaces and caves...)

15/06/2025: In occasione del compleanno di mia sorella ho trascorso una piacevole serata da Slongia. Occorrerebbe scrivere 6 recensioni, tutte 5 stelle, in quanto tutti noi siamo rimasti super soddisfatti . La qualità è decisamente migliorata, molti dei piatti proposti sono elaborati e creati in cucina,come ad esempio il pane per assemblare l'hamburger, i supplì ,il sorbetto ,gentilmente offerto dalla titolare del ristorante ,e tanto altro. Siamo rimasti stupiti dal menù che include anche proposte vegane, compreso il dessert con sostituzione di latte di soia ,adatto quindi anche a chi ha intolleranza al lattosio. Le proposte sono tante e tutte gustose, così come la vasta scelta di birra 🍻. La titolare è stata gentilissima, disponibile e attenta alle esigenze di ognuno. Sarà sicuramente il luogo dove torneremo con frequenza per trascorrere le nostre serate in compagnia .

15/06/2025: On the occasion of my sister's birthday I spent a pleasant evening at Slongia. It would be necessary to write 6 reviews, all 5 stars, as we were all super satisfied. The quality has definitely improved, many of the dishes offered are elaborate and created in the kitchen, such as the bread to assemble the hamburger, the supplì, the sorbet, kindly offered by the owner of the restaurant, and much more. We were amazed by the menu that also includes vegan options, including dessert with soy milk replacement, therefore also suitable for those who are lactose intolerant. The options are many and all tasty, as is the wide choice of beer 🍻. The owner was very kind, helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. It will certainly be the place where we will return frequently to spend our evenings in company.
