16/08/2025: There are places where anyone who shows up with a Smartbox, a Wonderbox, or any other package is treated like a second-class guest, or fleeced with hidden costs. And then there's Villa Euchelia, which immediately accepts reservations during peak season with just a few days' notice, which easily accommodates a child and dog even though the package only covers two people (with a small, absolutely negligible and legitimate surcharge), and which offers every service and attention, with elegance, professionalism, and courtesy. At Villa Euchelia, we were truly pampered: the rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the spaces are spacious, and the panoramic pool is a little gem. The breakfasts and dinners included in the package are truly fabulous, and we happily added dishes and wines not included to fully enjoy the cuisine. Special praise for the treatment of our son and our little dog: it's not something to be taken for granted, and it's unusual, especially in August. We will certainly return and recommend Villa Euchelia to everyone, for a tasteful break, a charming night, or a moment to celebrate with family.

02/08/2025: I've known this establishment for decades. The original owners, who ran it until a few years ago, were highly competent and professionally above standard... Today, the management has changed, and this is my first time there since the change of management. I must say that the current young managers have been an unexpected and wonderful discovery! The kindness in the dining room, the attention to detail, the already high-quality atmosphere, decidedly improved, in spaces where cleanliness REIGNS! And finally, the cuisine! The quality and food are of the highest quality, with the mastery of a starred chef, in composition, presentation, reinterpretation, but above all, in taste! In the flavors! From appetizers to dessert, nothing to criticize! Praise, only Praise! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And with the 30% TheFork discount, you'll feel like you've dined at a pizzeria, but in a Michelin-starred setting!

01/10/2025: We were refused to eat here when we went inside the restaurant. The lady even scolded my friend on what she was wearing (off shoulder top), very unnecessary. Very bad experience. We just went out of the restaurant, even so, she continued to tell us that it was wrong to enter the restaurant. Hays.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

10/10/2025: Rome was beautiful and hectic, but when we found this bar, everything else didn't matter. The cocktails, the service, and the food were a truly pleasant revelation. Even special requests, like a cocktail where you don't know what you want, so you just go to the bartender and say, "Surprise me," and he'll conjure up one that's so surprising and delicious that you'll think, "Wow... that's amazing!" This location alone is worth coming back for!!!!!

22/07/2025: L'endroit idéal pour commencer la journée ! les locaux boivent leur café sur le dessus de la vitrine qui leur sert de comptoir. Les touristes s'installent dehors sur 2 terrasses car la pâtisserie fait un angle de rue. Propreté irréprochable, grand choix de pâtisseries, de viennoiseries délicieuses. J'ai testé un "maritozzo panna" pour 4 euros, une espèce de brioche énorme fourrée chantilly. Je n'ai jamais vu de pâtissier exposer en vitrine ses propres bâtonnets de glace maison ! Les cafés, capuccino, etc tournent autour de 3 euros, carte avec prix et addition sans mauvaise surprise. Bon accueil.

07/11/2025: Food was ok, prices seem reasonable, atmosphere of an old restaurant with dance hall attached where you can smell that good times were had here many times as soon as you walk in. I liked that. Sadly service was on the grumpy side which really isn’t acceptable when you’re a large group and it’s a very quiet night.

06/11/2025: The evening turned out great! I came here to treat myself after getting a bonus on the website (it’s mentioned in the photo). Decided to use it right away — ordered this pizza, and it was just excellent: rich sauce and flavorful salami.

06/10/2025: For his 50th birthday, my "little brother" chose a beautiful location, inside a huge boat, very evocative. Very friendly staff. The food, nothing exceptional, but good. Excellent for dinners for two or more in a truly unique place. Definitely recommended.

30/09/2025: 40th birthday on Saturday, September 27th. Wonderful I chose this place to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I have to say it was absolutely beautiful. The location gets a top rating. It's a stunning place, with a restaurant room meticulously curated by the staff. It felt like being on a cruise ship, you could see the Tiber River rippling against the glass. Truly enchanting, a unique place 😍. The staff gets a top rating. Congratulations to everyone for the organization and success of the event. Everything was delivered according to our agreed-upon budget, handled with great professionalism 👍. The food gets a top rating. The roast beef with zucchini scapece and salted ricotta was delicious, the pasta all'amatriciana was delicious, and the mille-feuille cake with custard was truly superb. The custard tasted like custard, and the pastry was freshly baked 👍. Guaranteed fun with after-dinner music. A 10 out of 10 for everything, a place I'll continue to recommend to friends. 20/10/2025: Staff are friendly and it’s a nice ambiance, but the service is a bit clumsy and the food is not great. For some reason, the dessert was served before the main course, and both drinks were forgotten. The pizza was alright, though the “fritto misto” was not a good dish and we left most of it.

12/11/2025: Came here for dinner thanks to some bonus money I got from a website (the one shown in the photo attached to the review). Decided to treat myself a bit — and it was totally worth it! The pasta was delicious, with a creamy sauce and fragrant cheese.

The guanciale was perfectly crispy, the sauce was unbelievably creamy without a drop of cream, and the spaghetti was cooked to a perfect al dente. The restaurant even served it from a giant cheese wheel, which was a fantastic touch. The tiramisu afterwards was also divine. It's clear they use high-quality ingredients.
