16/03/2026: A very good experience. My husband, our dog, and I went for Sunday brunch. For €60 per person, you can eat buffet-style (drinks are extra). Excellent food and service, and the atmosphere is lovely.

15/03/2026: Whenever I travel from Sicily to Rome, "Molto" has become a regular stop. I feel pampered, and the food is absolutely excellent.

28/02/2026: Aside from the 80s dishes, which are always good if done well, the quality of the seafood cuisine is beyond me, even if they blindfolded me and threw in random ingredients, I couldn't prepare something like this. Low-quality ingredients and, above all, even worse, assembled, inedible, indigestible, absolutely to be avoided.

08/02/2026: We happened upon it by chance on a Sunday during Carnival, and were warmly welcomed even though we hadn't booked. We had a seafood menu, a meat menu, and a children's menu. Everything was excellent, especially the rice with scampi cream. Impeccable service! The lady at the counter was incredibly kind; she brought a sketchbook and pencils for the little girl, and when we left, she lent us an umbrella to get to the car because it was raining! All spontaneous and appropriate gestures, anticipating the customer's needs! The bill came to just under €30 per person. A small glass of hazelnut cream was kindly offered. Keep up the good work, well done!

06/03/2026: Casina Valadier stands at the highest point of the Pincio, where Giuseppe Valadier crowned the new promenade above Piazza del Popolo with a neoclassical pavilion built between 1816 and 1837. It rose on the site of the seventeenth-century Casino del Cardinale Della Rota and over an ancient Roman cistern, beginning life as a meeting place and refreshment stop rather than a private villa. Its role later shifted sharply: under Pius IX it was reduced to storage and military use, and during the Second World War it served first the German military and then the British army. Restored in the early 2000s, it now lives again as a hospitality venue and belvedere, with its cubic body, Ionic exedra and hilltop setting still giving the Pincio one of its clearest architectural signatures.

06/03/2026: the scone was not really a scone…. it wasn’t sweet, wasn’t crumbly, more like a dense bread. it was 7€ for one scone! the british memorabilia was interesting but 7€ for a single teapot is a lot.

19/03/2026: Fantastic experience. Mauritizio is the manager and you can tell he truly cares so much. He looked at my husband and I and immediately, accurately guessed our alcohol of choice and surprised us each with perfect drinks. He also put on quite a show while making the drinks himself. Great service, tasty drinks, incredible ambiance. Highly recommend.

14/03/2026: We visited Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, located on the top floor of the Artemide Hotel in Rome, first for cocktails during the day and later for dinner — and from the very first visit we absolutely loved it. The restaurant has a special intimate atmosphere, combined with elegant interior design, beautiful presentation of dishes, and very attentive service. After our first dinner there, we enjoyed it so much that we immediately booked dinner again for the following evening. The menu is not very large, but every dish is thoughtfully prepared, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Everything we tried was delicious. The wine selection is also excellent: the wine list is well curated, offering quality wines at relatively reasonable prices. The restaurant itself is not cheap, but the prices are fully justified by the quality of the ingredients, the cooking, and the level of service. The only small detail we noticed is that after trying most of the main dishes on the menu, it seemed a bit unusual that many of them were served with red cabbage. Perhaps it might be interesting to vary the garnish a little more. That said, the main components of the dishes were outstanding: the meat, the octopus, and the lamb ribs were all cooked perfectly. One dish deserves a special mention — the cod cappuccino. It was absolutely mind-blowing and truly unforgettable. The rooftop terrace itself was a little less relevant for us because the evenings were quite cool, so sitting outside wasn’t very comfortable. However, in warmer weather — spring, summer, or early autumn — it must be a fantastic place to sit with a lovely view over Rome. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return ourselves whenever we have the chance. As a nice bonus, guests staying at the Artemide Hotel receive a 10% discount on the entire bar and restaurant menu.

21/02/2026: We chose New Green Hill for our baptism lunch, and it was a truly perfect choice. The service was friendly, precise, and always available, with staff who were attentive to every detail and always available with great kindness. We felt welcomed and cared for from start to finish, without ever feeling like we were waiting or feeling disorganized. The food was excellent and, above all, plentiful, appreciated by all the guests. Each course arrived on time and carefully prepared, helping to make the day even more special. We absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to organize an important event in a welcoming environment, with professional staff and impeccable service. 14/01/2026: Stumbled on Ristorante Regina during our walk back to the hotel on our last night in Rome. This family run restaurant had friendly service with excellent value as well. The tiramisu is a must!

05/01/2026: A wonderful place, full of Italians, not tourists. Family-run. With a wonderful atmosphere and open people eager to chat. This isn't just a place with good food, but with soul. I recommend the carbonara, liver, and tiramisu. They don't include the envelope! You have to leave your own tip, if you wish.

The creativity and flavors completely surpass any restaurant I've been to, putting Shanghai's fine dining to shame.I've attached the menu for reference. 02/03/2026: This is our third restaurant in Rome with a star! Definitely the top one. Each dish is a showcase of flavor, which manages to shine through even with seemingly humble, yet not necessarily exquisite, foods. Sometimes combining ingredients or spices from very distant and diverse cultures in a single dish is risky, but the chef composed each dish to perfection. She even came to greet us at the table and explained a few dishes to us. A wonderful experience, exactly what you expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Completely satisfied. I'll definitely recommend it to all my friends.

The circumstances were explained transparently, together with a courteous request for consideration regarding the no-show fee. No accommodation was offered, and the full fee was charged without any apparent individual review of the situation. In fine dining, one expects not only culinary excellence but also discretion, judgment, and a degree of guest-oriented flexibility — particularly in cases of unforeseen illness. True class is reflected not solely in what is presented on the plate, but in how exceptional circumstances are handled. Under these conditions, it is difficult to wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant or consider returning in the future
