20/10/2025: This is undoubtedly my favorite restaurant in Ostia. It's located inside the Stagno Park, a truly pleasant location, also suitable for families with children. The food is good, and the waiters are extremely kind and professional: they really do their best to accommodate their customers' requests. Another plus is that the restaurant is open during the holidays: at Christmas and New Year's, they offer a nice menu at a fair price and organize evenings with live music. Personally, I'd think it would be nice, at least for New Year's Eve, to add a small prize or extra detail to make the evening even more special. There are, however, some aspects that, in my opinion, could be improved. For example, the desserts aren't always up to par: the Caprese, in particular, I find a bit dry, and the ones listed on the menu aren't always available. Table availability is also worth considering: even though I'm a regular, if I don't book in advance, I rarely get a seat, as it's often full. Furthermore, the restaurant only offers takeout and pickup, but does not offer home delivery through platforms like Deliveroo or similar. Another small point worth mentioning is that the Fork app is no longer available. While no discounts were offered there, it was still convenient for booking and earning points, which is an added bonus for regular customers. Finally, I noticed that in the past they offered small discounts for loyal customers, but now they don't. It's nothing major, but such a gesture is always appreciated and, in my opinion, it makes those who return often feel valued. Overall, however, I recommend this place for its overall quality, the courtesy of the staff, and their attentive service, even during the holidays. I think a fair rating is 4 out of 5 stars.

27/09/2025: Great service. Fantastic food. Tried the spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna, and focaccia bread. It was all very good and well priced as well. Just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain. Definitely worth a visit.

03/11/2025: The venue has a classic style, typical for ceremonies. Because we were there in the fall for a birthday party, we sat in a very spacious room inside, and even though there were other tables, we had plenty of room for the kids to roam. The appetizer was good, the first courses were good, but I wasn't crazy about the fish main course, in the sense that the fish was overcooked, otherwise it would have been very good.

09/11/2025: A disgrace. An appalling experience from start to finish. We booked a table for two at 9:45 PM. We arrived promptly, politely, and were told to wait "10 minutes." Well, those ten minutes became thirty, then forty, then a full hour. An hour's wait with a confirmed reservation! At 10:45 PM, after an hour standing in the cold, we left without even eating. The apologies of the lady at the entrance with the reservation book were in vain: it's too easy to apologize when the disorganization is obvious. You don't treat customers like that, ever. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to accept more reservations than it can handle, just to fill the room at all costs. This isn't good work: it's disrespectful to the people who had the courtesy to organize themselves, arrive on time, and choose to spend their money there. If you don't have a table, tell the truth. If the wait is longer, let us know. It's the bare minimum for anyone who works with the public. We can't stand by and watch scenes like this: reservations accepted in droves, no management, customers left waiting as if they were invisible. Transparency and honesty are worth more than a thousand covers. A place like this only gives the impression of wanting to "squeeze" customers, not welcome them. Total disorganization, zero empathy, zero respect. A Saturday night completely ruined—and not just for us, because several people, exasperated, left without eating. I wanted to give zero stars, but unfortunately I can't. I'll just say: Shame on you. Never again. And, sincerely, I hope whoever runs this place stops to think.

31/08/2025: Spectacular. Everything was delicious. I was served by our waitress, Simona, who was very informative about the menu and very friendly.

30/08/2025: My wife and I stayed at the Best Western because we had an early flight from Fiumicino the next morning. We had dinner at the Concorde restaurant (the hotel restaurant) and found it to be a welcoming atmosphere with very attentive and professional staff, especially Mrs. Simona. The traditional Roman dishes were well-prepared and the ingredients were of good quality. Finally, the desserts they prepared were delicious, especially the tiramisu, which I highly recommend. It was a positive experience for the restaurant.

15/11/2025: We were in Rome for a weekend trip and came here twice in one day. The pizza and pasta are highly recommended, the service is very friendly, and we felt very comfortable here. It's truly a little hidden gem.

22/11/2025: Rooftop bar Ambrosia: I had the pleasure of the bar manager (The Prince “Maurizio”) making me a cocktail. The cocktail he made was his famous “Ambrosia”. Highly recommended to those who are visiting. Great experience!

02/11/2025: Romantica Pucci – Bagnoregio (VT) We booked through TheFork, taking advantage of the 20% discount, but unfortunately the experience was less than satisfying. The first courses were all too salty, as was the roast chicken with potatoes. The tagliata with truffle was good in terms of meat quality, but the small portion and almost no truffles disappointed us. The hair found in the green salad was a serious issue, a sign of poor hygiene. Among the positive dishes, I'd highlight the chicory and Pucci eggs, truly excellent in taste and presentation. One critical point is the lack of drink prices on the menu: we only discovered them when we got the bill, finding a Coca-Cola for €5, a truly unacceptable price even in a high-end tourist setting. Overall, a pleasant place and friendly staff, but the balance of flavors, price transparency, and hygiene standards need to be improved.
