16/11/2025: It was truly an unforgettable experience. The restaurant is elegant and welcoming. Meticulous attention to detail. The menu is extensive, and the only flaw is the sheer choice—I could have tried everything! I enjoyed every course, both in presentation and flavor. The service was impeccable, too. The waiters were attentive and discreet. A special mention goes to Gabriele, who was truly professional and extremely kind. Highly recommended for those who love refined food and an atmosphere I'd describe as being from another era.

22/09/2025: Prices are a bit high but commensurate with the excellent location on the Appian Way, but I didn't appreciate the lack of tablecloths, the minimal portions, and the paccheri cacio e pepe pasta with courgette flowers (almost absent), not al dente but practically raw.

07/09/2025: A great insider tip! Great Italian restaurant! You wouldn't even notice it if you drove past. We went there twice during our vacation. The atmosphere is fantastic! It's very cozy and decorated with attention to detail. The food is very high quality and very reasonably priced. There's a very large wine selection. The service is very friendly, which was resolved with Google Translate despite some language difficulties. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful evening. The meat was exceptional, with a wide selection, and the appetizers and side dishes were also very good. The price was exceptional for the quality of the food! I highly recommend it and hope to return when I'm back in Fiuggi!

The classic Roman meatballs are delicious, but this restaurant also offers more sophisticated flavors like the Mantuan pumpkin meatball, the Hungarian goulash meatball, or the saltimbocca meatballs. Finally, the ricotta, coconut, and Nutella meatballs are a delight. Meatball, thank you for existing. Don't forget that everything is gluten-free. TOP.

18/08/2025: I happened to drop off packages for Vinted. Besides being polite and professional, there was a problem with the scanner, and they were quick to fix it so the package could be delivered. Not a small deal, especially considering this time of year.

10/11/2025: The restaurant of the 5-star hotel, just steps from Piazza del Popolo, Le Jardin, is ultra-elegant (no dress code, just a little common sense). You can dine surrounded by the beauty of its gardens in a relaxed (but not stuffy) and elegant atmosphere where no detail is left to chance. Impeccable service, never intrusive, but always present.

16/11/2025: The best in Rome We dined two consecutive nights at this true Argentine gem in Rome. From the owners to the staff, they are simply extraordinary. Those familiar with Argentine cuisine (we go often because part of the family lives there) can appreciate the authenticity of the tradition and the top-quality ingredients even more. Special praise to the parilleros y asaderos for their skill in cooking the meat. Considering the quality of the ingredients, the prices are almost too good. A special mention for the best flan de pan I've ever tasted. We'll see you again soon!
