09/11/2025: An authentic place in a neighborhood of Rome where the offerings are now exclusively for tourists. The management is polite and attentive. We arrived early and were offered two glasses of wine while we waited. The food was very good, and the location is unique, set in a charming little square.

We went there for a business lunch with colleagues. It took longer than a quick lunch break, but it's clearly a different experience. There aren't long waits, but they're still acceptable for a lunch break.
The owner patiently explained the menu to us and recommended what to try.
Everything was truly excellent!
I'd like to return for dinner.
The wine cellar is extensive, both in wines and spirits.

02/11/2025: The place is cool and cozy. My friend and I were looking for some treats after dinner. The place was not full and still open for a while, which was perfect for us! When we came in there was a woman, not sure if the owner, but gave us very unwelcoming looks. Since it was one of the few places open, we didn't pay much attention but her vibe stayed unwelcoming. However, the positive side of it was that the young man at the bar, not sure his name, was very kind and helpful to us. Even though we didn't speak Italian, only English and Spanish, he was very polite and had lots of patience for us. He wasn't judgmental about our small order for coffee and our inability to communicate in Italian. He spoke well enough English to communicate and he sure made a huge difference for us at that place. I hope he is treated with respect as well, he was such a savior and the last kind person we encountered at a food place on our last night in Italy. The coffee and pastry were great, had the woman's vibes been different, we would've probably consumed more and stayed longer.

27/11/2025: This is a real authentic and quality restaurant. We ordered 3 types of pasta and had a bottle of wine and every meal was outstanding. The wine recommended by the waiter was magnificent and it was not overpriced for the experience.
I will come back here for sure.

The food is top-quality—dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. Each course speaks to the passion and professionalism of those working in the kitchen. The atmosphere is welcoming, the timing perfect, and the price-quality ratio excellent.

Delicious food at reasonable prices for Rome
I recommend the gnocchi, baby calamari, pasta carbonara
The three-course bread is warm and homemade; with olive oil and salt it is delicious
The lady even recommended the wine that goes with our chosen food

05/11/2025: The evening turned out especially nice — I came here thanks to the bonus money I got from a website (it’s mentioned in the photo attached to the review). Decided to treat myself to dinner, and it was totally worth it! The pasta was amazing — simple but full of real Italian flavor. Good mood and good food — that’s all you need for a great day!

03/11/2025: I’d been wanting to try this place for a while, and when I got a bonus on a website (mentioned in the photo), I thought — why not make it a tasty evening? Ordered a pizza — fragrant, flavorful, with fresh ingredients. The mood was great, dinner was a success. Sometimes these spontaneous choices bring the most joy!
11/10/2025: I came with my family, the fried foods are delicious, as are the pizzas, although I'm personally very selective with my food, so I had a few problems.

Excellent meats with American BBQ specialties. Generous portions and truly unique beers.
Friendly staff and quick service.
For parking, I recommend arriving by scooter as it's not easy to find a parking spot by car.

22/10/2025: I was invited to La Parolina for a birthday in November 2022, and it was a truly unique and pleasant experience. Despite a few flies fluttering around the restaurant (perhaps a detail that could be improved, given its reputation), the rest of the evening truly lived up to expectations.
Being a Michelin-starred restaurant, the attention to detail is immediately noticeable: even a chair to rest my bag on, a touch I greatly appreciated. Even though the restaurant is located in a beautiful panoramic area, we ate inside, thanks to the season.
The experience was truly unique: we were the only customers that evening, and each course was served and explained to us with great care by the waiter. What particularly struck me was their attentiveness: they noticed that a course I didn't like and, without me saying anything, promptly replaced it. A truly professional gesture.
The portions, as expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant, were small, but well-balanced and rich in flavor. After the 10 courses, I left feeling pleasantly full.
One last note (perhaps trivial, but important to me): the bread was truly excellent: soft, fragrant, and of a quality worthy of mention.
