20/07/2024: Posto sulla bella terrazza dell’hotel Valadier con vista sui tetti di Roma, l’Hires offre una cucina del territorio rivisitata in chiave moderna (ma non eccessivamente) con materia prima di buona qualità. Buono lo spiedino di seppie con insalata di finocchio ed agrumi cosi’ come il fusilline con spigola e limone e panure. Servizio troppo lento, prezzi non eccessivi in rapporto alla location.

24/08/2024: We were there last night!! Friendly and helpful staff. We had a house appetizer with a mixed grill, sliced ​​meat and spaghettoni, courgette bacon and pecorino. EVERYTHING EXCELLENT!! Very elegant location!!

La mia esperienza in questo ristorante è stata semplicemente sublime, grazie a un servizio impeccabile e a un'atmosfera accogliente che invita a tornare. La cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata la professionalità e la cortesia del personale, in particolare di Valentina, che ha reso la nostra serata ancora più speciale. Con il suo sorriso contagioso e la sua conoscenza approfondita del menu, Valentina ha saputo consigliare piatti deliziosi, spiegando ogni dettaglio con passione e competenza. È evidente che ama il suo lavoro e si impegna a far sentire ogni cliente unico. Il menu di Ambrosia offre una selezione di piatti che celebrano la tradizione culinaria romana, ma con un tocco innovativo che stupisce. I sapori sono autentici e ogni portata è presentata con grande cura. Non posso non menzionare i primi piatti, che sono un vero trionfo di gusto, e il dessert che ha chiuso la cena in bellezza. L'atmosfera è calda e invitante, perfetta per una cena romantica o una serata tra amici. La cura dei dettagli, dall'arredamento alla musica di sottofondo, contribuisce a rendere ogni visita un'esperienza memorabile. In conclusione, Ambrosia è un ristorante che consiglio vivamente a chiunque si trovi a Roma. Grazie a Valentina e a tutto il team per aver reso la nostra serata così speciale. Non vedo l'ora di tornare per assaporare nuovamente le delizie offerte!

17/08/2024: I went on August 24th, we arrived from a trip and went to advance our reservation from 6pm to 4pm and it was ok because there was only one table occupied inside. Very hot, we wanted to stay in the air conditioning, they only have 2 tables inside that were occupied, we stayed outside and were very hot. The dish was ok and not well served, the price was not fair. I won't be back.

15/08/2024: A very pleasant surprise in Montefiascone. High quality and refined cuisine in a very well-kept environment and impeccable service. The route proposed today, August 15th 2024, by Deborah, the talented owner of the "tavern", was a true sensorial experience: everything impeccable in a happy harmony of flavors and aromas with high quality ingredients selected from what the area offers. Absolutely balanced quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back.

12/08/2024: We chose a four-course meal chosen by the chef and it proved to be amazing. Since I have celiac disease, I was able to taste all the dishes chosen. Attention to every detail! Congratulations to you who put your heart into what you do ♥️

01/08/2024: Very good experience. The place was full on a Saturday night, but the quality was not affected. Average fried food, excellent pizza. I bought the Roger Rabbit, a choice I would absolutely make again.

02/08/2024: Solo parole di encomio per il Garden Ristò. Abbiamo festeggiato qui i 50 anni di matrimonio dei miei genitori nell'eleganza, la bontà, la cortesia. La sala esterna che ci è stata riservata è stata preparata con cura dei dettagli ma anche con sobrietà. Il cibo eccezionale è stato molto apprezzato da tutti gli ospiti, sia grandi che piccoli. Il Garden ci è entrato nel cuore dal primo momento e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi voglia un risultato prezioso nel gusto e nella bellezza del luogo. Grazie di cuore ❤️

05/08/2024: We knew we were in for a good pizza but wow. Everything was perfect: crust, cheese, seasoning. A pizza to die for. Usually more of a Neapolitan pizza person this crust was magical. The fried starters were also really good. Would definitely recommend and come back if we come back to Rome. The staff was really nice as well.

27/07/2024: I tried this pizzeria by chance and it has become one of my favorite pizzas. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, everything is perfect, their fried foods are excellent, never too greasy and always crunchy, the pizza is digestible and never feels heavy, furthermore the staff is youthful, always kind, helpful and smiling, with my boyfriend we almost go now every Saturday, I can only recommend it.

19/08/2024: I went to this restaurant with my partner to celebrate his birthday. Beautiful location (I suggest going before dark to better enjoy the view) simple but qualitative dishes (delicious scallops) Service with attention to the smallest details. A note of thanks to the waitress manager who, with his professionalism and kindness, made everything truly special. Super recommended

01/09/2024: I celebrated my 18th birthday here. The location is truly fantastic, especially the area near the swimming pool. Dinner was also very good and lived up to my expectations.

29/08/2024: Structure located in a quiet location, it has 8 rooms, breakfast room, restaurant, swimming pool and various relaxation areas. Our very comfortable room, with private terrace and well furnished. The service provided by the girls we met was impeccable, very friendly, precise and attentive to every customer need.

17/08/2024: This was the best food I ate in Rome. The risotto was perfect for a rainy day and out of this world delicious. I loved eating here. It was so good I came back for dinner the same day. And according to a Scandinavian travel guide this is one of the top 10 places to eat in Rome.

02/08/2024: My daughter and I had dinner at Ristaurante Abruzzi. I really loved the decor! This traditional trattoria felt so cozy and the food was superb. Perfectly cooked Lasagne and succulent Ossobuco were the stars that night, followed by a great tiramisu and a treat for me: my first Centerbe d'Abruzzo as a digestif. The service was great, it was a long and enjoyable dinner 🍽 👍

10/07/2024: Conosciamo questo ritornate. Il posto e’ unico. Si mangia a bordo fiume su un barcone molto bello e ben arredato. Siamo stati dalla parte più tranquilla, dove si riesce a mangiare senza essere disturbati dalla musica che proviene dall’altro lato, dove di solito si fanno feste e ricevimenti. Il menù non e’ sterminato ma tutti i piatti sono buoni. Abbiamo preso i paccheri, sono speciali. Ottimo il tiramisù. Buona scelta di vini. E’ bellissimo cenare qui quando arriva la notte e si accendono le luci sul fiume. Prezzi tutto sommato giusti. Torneremo.
