05/03/2026: Passing through this tuff village rising toward the Tuscia sky, Montefiascone, a balcony overlooking the blue of Lake Bolsena, in search of a quick lunch, is a place of class. Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. The dishes I tasted exude that mystery typical of those who know how to transform raw ingredients into an almost unique experience. 15/01/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant, and I have to say everything was impeccable. The fish was fresh and high-quality, the bread was good, as was the oil, wine, and pasta. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the dessert, as I didn't have it (because I'm already a sweet tooth). The staff was also very friendly, especially the waiter. I'll be back.

31/12/2025: The shrimp appetizer was delicious. The girl who greeted us was very nice and friendly. New Year's dinner went well! Thank you. The waiter, a very tall man, was very nice. But the man with glasses is probably the director, also a very nice and nice man. Nice atmosphere. And the prices are good too.

12/01/2026: A quaint place, recommended by a friend of ours, and it lived up to expectations. Courteous, friendly staff, and excellent food. A varied menu, fresh pasta, and a daily menu are available. The orange tiramisu is a must-try. We'll be back soon on our next trip to Rome.

26/02/2026: Atmosphere was nice, but service was lacking. We had to get up to ask for salt and more water. It seemed one lady was waiting on the whole place and seversl men stood around talking in the bar area. Food was average and a bit bland. Tomatoes for the bruschetta and caprese were not ripe at all.

21/03/2026: This place was an absolute disaster. Honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We waited forever for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was completely disappointing – overcooked, bland, and just not what you expect from Italian cuisine at all. But the service was even worse. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t even speak basic English, which made ordering unnecessarily difficult. Instead of trying to help, they just seemed annoyed the whole time. And the biggest joke? They actually charged us 2€ per person for “service” – for WHAT exactly?! We basically got no service at all. No one checked on us, we had to figure everything out ourselves, and we were treated like we were a problem. On top of that, the prices were way too high for such poor quality. Bad food, terrible service, and extra charges for nothing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Total tourist trap.

21/03/2026: High-quality pizza ingredients, a Roman waiter who was professional, empathetic, and kind, and possessed all the characteristics that make Italy the most hospitable and welcoming country in the world. We also had two fried zucchini flowers and two babà. The final price, in my opinion, was excessive at €70, including two medium beers, a bottle of water, and a large coffee. However, we were celebrating and didn't rely too heavily on the menu, which was carefully provided by the waiter. Last note: the receipt was properly issued. For me, that's an important piece of information. We'll gladly return.

16/03/2026: An elegant restaurant in the heart of Rome's historic center, just steps from Piazza Navona. It features several tastefully furnished rooms. The soft lighting and quiet atmosphere create an atmosphere that allows guests to spend pleasant, relaxing evenings, far from the chaos of the city. Upon entry, you are greeted with professionalism and courtesy and shown to your reserved tables. While you wait for your dishes, the wait staff offers guests delicious mini-creations by the chef, all of which are superbly crafted. The following dishes are equally impressive. Among these are the onion soup and plin, in all their variations. The veal cheek and smoked lamb are excellent. Desserts are equally worthy, including the revisited Mont Blanc and the large chocolate hazelnut filled with a special hazelnut cream. The wine list features a wide selection of high-end and very high-end labels. The quality-price ratio is excellent.

08/03/2026: Good evening, This is truly a unique hotel with a wonderful atmosphere both in the café and the restaurant. The service was fantastic and extremely pleasant. We sat down to enjoy our coffee and two hot chocolates. However, the coffee was average and the hot chocolates were simply good, nothing special. To be honest, we were a bit disappointed, as we expected something better considering the overall quality of the place. Thank you very much.

02/03/2026: We went to Al 384 pizzeria last night at the recommendation of some friends, and I have to say they were absolutely right: it was a truly wonderful experience in every way. The place has a welcoming and modern atmosphere, but the real added value are the owners and the staff, who are truly kind, helpful, and ready to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Moving on to dinner, the quality of the ingredients is evident in every dish: - Carciofo alla Giudia: crunchy and flavorful, an appetizer that perfectly honors Roman tradition. - Margherita 384: a truly amazing pizza. The "384" version with tomato, stracciatella, and basil emulsion is a perfect balance of flavors, with a light, well-leavened dough. - Tiramisu: we ordered two for a sweet finish, and they did not disappoint: fresh and expertly made. All this was accompanied by an excellent wine that completed a flawless evening. If you're looking for top-notch pizza in the Balduina/Trionfale area with friendly service, Al 384 is a definite must. We'll definitely be back!
