02/04/2025: Molto tempo è passato dall’ultima in cui (forse per qualche cambiamento in sala e in cucina) non avevo avuto buone sensazioni. Titubante ci sono ritornato e ho ritrovato la stessa atmosfera, cura, cucina, vini che tanto mi piacciono. Ok!

25/03/2025: Recommended place to spend an evening with good food accompanied by quality wine. Let yourself be guided by the innkeeper/owner and the staff, you will not be disappointed. Unique, small, the downside is the slightly high price.

21/02/2025: My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant for dinner. I must say that we found a quiet and warm environment thanks to the welcome of Domenico and his brother who kindly accompanied us to the table. The tables are well set, the room is very clean, the music in the background creates a relaxing atmosphere. The menu is very vast, the starters are good, the dishes are refined but at the same time faithful to the origins and memories of the chefs. Different choice of first and second courses, both sea and mountain. Lastly we tasted the desserts, very good and freshly prepared. The wine list is also very assorted. The service was attentive and kind and excellent value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant, I'm sorry I didn't compliment the chefs in the kitchen in person. Thanks again see you soon

10/04/2025: an excellent experience: kept simple, beautiful place by the lake. Very friendly service! The food is delicate: rabbit ragout with nuts on fettucine. Delicious ! Then bacala on chickpea puree, with fennel salad. Also very well prepared! Full recommendation! Ate there a total of 3 times. Different dishes every time, it's fun. Boss very warm and approachable

13/04/2025: We were visiting Rome for the occasion of my husband's birthday and I booked the restaurant with a note informing about it. The dinner was good and the service was amazing. They surprised him at the end for his birthday.i would really recommend.

12/04/2025: The food was delicious, the wine list and the sommelier very well updated, but when it comes to booking online, an evening in the beginning of April, it's not guaranteed that the table is inside, so we were a little frozen eating outside, and noticed that other guests had covered themselves with restaurant's blankets!!! Staff very friendly, and the cuisine exquisite.

04/04/2025: Excellent typical restaurant perfectly located. The food is really good, the menu offers a wide choice of Roman specialties and wines. Point of honor for the panna cotta, the best I have tasted in my life (I almost had a second one). You can book without any worries but the restaurant was not crowded, which is different from other places where you have to queue for long minutes. I highly recommend!

31/03/2025: The restaurant is really super and is located in a beautiful location on the Via Appia. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. I really appreciated the variety of gluten-free options, which were delicious and well catered for. The staff is kind and attentive, always ready to satisfy every need. I was really satisfied and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

09/03/2025: Small and comfortable environment. Satisfying choice of wines... The fusillo with red prawn and the quail are absolutely worth trying. The salmon and tuna tartare were a pleasant discovery. If you pass through Montefiascone it is absolutely worth stopping. Final score 9 full. Well done.

06/02/2025: The management of the venue is one thing, the venue itself is another. Simply gorgeous. Regardless of the fact that I have always heard good things about it, obviously an exclusive place like this can only have careful and elitist management... it can fit. But the location, regardless of whether or not you are happy with the service (for an impeccable experience), was and remains fabulous. If you are lucky enough to celebrate a wedding, a birthday or a corporate event, here you will find yourself in Valadier's masterpiece which dominates the entire Pincio: it is located at the highest point, where the Romans already built their villas (and in fact an ancient cistern was found underneath) and where nobles and lords built their palaces. What we see today stands where there was a seventeenth-century residence. Built in neoclassical style in the first half of the 19th century, it is part of the overall reorganization of the entire area by the famous urban architect and represents its emblem. The colonnade dominates a breathtaking panorama and the view from the terrace fills your eyes and heart. The interior was recovered about twenty years ago, after various events that led to the prolonged closure of this jewel: today it lives a second (or perhaps third, fourth...) life and has greatly recovered its splendor. Inside, everything has been restored, including many of the decorations, and everything is managed with attention to detail and customers. The veranda terraces are something extremely exclusive and with a crazy view of the city but it is worth just taking a walk around and admiring the exteriors, perfectly recovered and enhanced. 15/02/2025: é davvero un buon posto. Servizio cordiale, chef giovane, cucina gustosa. Abbiamo preso maccheroncini gricia e carciofi (erano chips di carciofi fritti) e poi la zuppa inglese. La porzione era piccola ma abbiamo preferito perché essendo un piatto non leggero era meglio stare su porzioni piccole. Molto buono tutto, specialmente il pane che fanno loro. Prezzo 43 euro.

26/03/2025: A lovely tea room in perfect English style. Cups and teapots of all kinds and really beautiful. Some even for sale. Very kind service. I tasted the "Paradise" tea blend, really exquisite with very good scones. Highly recommended!
