Posizionato su un colle sul mare di Casalbordino lungo la statale16 a pochi Km da Vasto e Lanciano. Personale cordiale e la proprietaria molto attenta alle esigenze del cliente. È da provare....

17/03/2025: We went for a baptism. Welcoming and well-organized facility. Large internal and outdoor spaces with swimming pool and games for the little ones. Very good dishes and generous portions. The service was overall excellent. The waiters were super kind, collaborative and very good in listening to the needs of each individual customer. In particular, I quote Mr. Emiliano who was very kind, empathic, professional and at the same time very nice and fun !! Inoltre ci hanno messo a disposizione delle camere per il cambio pannolino, disponibili ogni qualvolta se ne aveva il bisogno! Highly recommended!

18/02/2025: For me and my partner it has become a place of the heart. We try to be present at your events and at every menu change. Every time it is a new and surprising experience. The perfectly balanced tasting menus, with an eye on tradition that leaves room for unique and innovative interpretations. If you ask for something more than a simple dinner and are looking for an exciting taste experience, I recommend it without reservations. The impeccable and competent service, the intimate and refined atmosphere and the view of the Trabocchi coast are the setting for a unique experience.

16/02/2025: Essenza Cucina di Mare is my point of reference when I want to indulge in a high-level gastronomic experience. Each dish is an explosion of flavours, prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented with great care. The menu combines tradition and innovation, always surprising with refined proposals. The location, with the splendid view of the Costa dei Trabocchi, makes every dinner special, while the attentive and professional staff can give the best advice, even for wine pairings. If you are looking for a restaurant where fish is the protagonist in an elegant and welcoming environment, Essenza is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

25/02/2025: Beautiful experience. We stayed in the junior suite. Watching the sunrise over the vineyards at sunset inside a Jacuzzi, what can I say. Spotless room. Quality and plentiful breakfast. Absolute privacy. Safe rooms with code. We didn't have the opportunity to meet the owners in person, so we renew our compliments here. Keep it up👍🏻

20/02/2025: We contacted the property to take advantage of a Smartbox package that had been given to me as a gift, but for the upgrade from the superior room to the junior suite, the information was unclear, with proposals for supplements that in my opinion were too high, and then we never received a response. Given the beauty of the property, we decided to book directly from their website anyway, without using the Smartbox. The property is very clean and well-kept, as are the room, the private bathroom and the outdoor veranda with private Jacuzzi. As for food, we took advantage of the free room service for the aperitif at the price of €37, including 3 Red Bull vodkas (on the menu they were offered at the price of €5 but one of these was charged €7) and a pinsa, a decidedly high price for a product that in my opinion and for my taste did not reflect the price expectations. For dinner we spent €60 for two first courses and a tagliata (it wasn't a tagliata but a steak) that was supposed to be accompanied, according to the menu, by seasonal vegetables but which was presented to us with slices of roasted pumpkin. Overall it was a nice experience

23/02/2025: Location incredibile, davvero da togliere il fiato. Mangerete dirattamente sul mare, con pavimenti vetrati che vi farro ammirare anche i fondali. Cibo però molto turistico, si mangia quello che c'è disponibile, senza particolare scelta e senza particolare qualità. In locali meno caratteristici mangereste molto meglio, pagando meno. Tuttavia l'esperienza merita comunque per la location, soprarttutto se si vuole fare bella figura con persone di fuori regione. Servizio celere.

The starters are plentiful and delicious, with authentic flavors of the local tradition that satisfy every palate. Despite the excellent quality, the prices are surprisingly low compared to average, making the experience even more pleasant. A perfect place for those looking for genuine hospitality, good food and excellent value for money. I will definitely be back!”
