12/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place somewhat by chance and were very hungry. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. He recommended some traditional Abruzzo dishes that we found delicious, especially the mutton stew. The pasta and pizza were also excellent. Highly recommended, and we'll be back!

12/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, slightly above-average prices, with thoughtful furnishings and architecture to welcome guests into an elegant cave-style setting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, while the menu offers interesting choices, both modern and traditional. The quality of the cuisine is good, perhaps a little on the "meager" side when it comes to appetizers (€15 for the cured meats appetizer, but it was a plate with very few slices for that price). The first courses were excellent (the tagliolini with cocoa are noteworthy: exceptional!), while the second courses were very well prepared, but perhaps a little on the small side (aside from the numerous fibrous/tough parts of the sirloin).
All in all, an excellent restaurant, with a vast and interesting wine selection featuring labels closely tied to the local area, and a good culinary experience: well worth the detour.
Tip for waiters: sometimes you can't be heard when you describe the dishes!

19/08/2025: We chose Dalla Padella alla Brace for a special dinner and couldn't have chosen better. The experience was made unforgettable by the top-quality ingredients and so much creativity. The staff is extremely professional. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, with a charming entrance through a well-kept garden.
We were warmly welcomed and immediately escorted to our table, outside under the portico.
The tables are adequately spaced, allowing for comfortable movement and adequate privacy.
The service is quick and friendly, the dishes are tasty, and the selection features local products; some dishes are slightly revisited.
The atmosphere is pleasant, and the price is reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.
I will definitely be back.

27/08/2025: A fantastic experience at this restaurant. Minimalist decor but a beautiful view directly overlooking the sea and the harbor. Excellent food, especially the fried calamari, truly special. Highly recommended!!!

The place was full without a reservation.
The owner greeted us and told us we could wait around 9:00 PM. He would have accommodated us...
While we waited, he immediately offered us two proseccos.
He recommended a nice walk to the lighthouse with a view of Ortona...
When we returned, we were seated... basically, the food was more than excellent, the service was fast, precise, and dynamic...
Run by young people with a keen eye, which nowadays can be counted on one hand...
What can I say? An excellent experience. I definitely recommend it and...
I'll be back as soon as possible.
Excellent value for money.
Thanks again to our new friend, the owner, whose name I don't remember... Greetings from just anyone in Milan...

29/08/2025: Delicious dinner. We chose the full menu for €39 per person. All the appetizers were delicious...especially the ventricina, chickpeas with suckling pig and sheep's milk ricotta. Maltagliati with a superb ventricina sauce and grilled meat to finish...the kindness and friendliness of the staff was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended. P.S. Reservations recommended. Excellent!

Excellent food, you can choose a set menu with various appetizers (all exceptional and made with quality ingredients), a first course, fruit, and a drink included, or a set menu like the first course but with a second course as well.
Everything was very good.

20/07/2025: We came to Scerni specifically to dine at this restaurant, recommended by a local friend. We made a simple reservation online on a weekday. We dined under a well-ventilated portico. We sampled many specialties: from cured meats and cheeses to traditional pasta, pizza, even mutton and dessert, all divinely cooked and with generous portions. The place is welcoming, the service is attentive and friendly, and the food is excellent.
The price is absolutely fair.

07/08/2025: This place is a guarantee of quality and deliciousness. The menu only offers a choice between a salami and cheese appetizer, tomato salad, and porchetta. That's fine, since their porchetta is absolutely amazing and delicious. I'd go back if I could.

The menu consists exclusively of cured meats, tomatoes, and porchetta.
Naturally, everything is excellent, including the bread lightly drizzled with a little olive oil (good).
