02/11/2025: Example of Loveless cuisine! Sad and without a hint of flavor, everything tastes the same! We brought relatives from Naples...never made a worse impression! The first courses were poorly conceived, the pasta was bad, the sauces all the same. The appetizers were poor...the wine list was questionable. The affordable price is the expression of the food. The corn in the seafood salad is blasphemous. I don't like the sophistication of fish dishes, but the taste is...overall disappointing. I definitely won't be returning.

29/08/2025: We came to Torricella specifically because this restaurant had been recommended to us. We ate mushrooms in every way they offered them. We really enjoyed the mushroom salad with parmesan, but neither the pasta with mushrooms nor the scaloppine were great...fair prices and normal portions.

19/10/2025: I hope my review helps improve the service because the food is good and the atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately, the staff at the tables aren't very well-coordinated; we had to ask several staff members several times to get our drinks and desserts too late. The meat is very good, both the raw and the cut portions. We were charged for extras on the bill, but these were promptly corrected.

19/10/2025: Zero stars can be given....after many, many, many minutes of waiting (even for a simple bottle of wine), the meat arrived cold. I pointed this out and the same dish was brought back to me a few minutes later...the medium-rare meat, as requested, was now burnt on top and thrown onto the plate, inedible!!!! All paid handsomely! Never again!

12/10/2025: Fabulous restaurant, beautifully managed, with highly qualified and attentive staff. The menu is varied and high quality. Highly recommended.

10/10/2025: The handmade arrosticini were really good. The pinsa wasn't anything to write home about. I'd go back for the meat.

17/04/2025: The food is very good, but the service is poor and rude. They serve small portions. The atmosphere is awful, especially during this time when they're doing construction and no one comes here for fear of the building collapsing on their heads.

26/09/2025: I had lunch today for two. I noticed that they don't provide a menu with prices, and there's no bread included. For two good first courses, a portion of fried food floating in oil, and two glasses of wine, it came to €60 in total, without a receipt. Your thoughts. I'd like to tell Valerio that this way, he can only survive on occasional customers, because it's unlikely anyone will consider returning.

02/11/2025: I'm Simona. I stayed over All Souls' Day with two other couples and two small children. I was honestly a little apprehensive about the abundance of food, given the reviews and the rather reasonable price. EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The owner, Simona, is incredibly sweet and made everything we needed possible. The food was incredibly plentiful. We had a private room with a fireplace and were so welcoming. The food is simple, authentic, and... just like our mothers used to cook: with love. THANK YOU so much for everything. I can honestly say it's one of my favorite places.

19/08/2025: We camped here with our tent for four nights in mid-August. This agriturismo is a beautiful family-run business where you can breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the tranquility. The grassy, comfortable tent/camper area has all the essentials, no frills. The location is strategic for exploring the Maiella and the Trabocchi Coast without the crowds. We'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: I categorically do not recommend this place!! I will not recommend it to anyone and I will never go back there myself!! Don't be fooled by the 20% discount at opening. They don't honor that discount. They left out part of our order, but charged you the full price. • 2 × Crocchè = €5,00 • 2 × Supplì = €5,00 • 1 × Diavola = €2,00 • 1 × Patate e salsiccia = €2,70 5,00 + 5,00 + 2,00 + 2,70 = €14,70 −20% €11,76 We paid 14,16€!!! We originally ordered two "Devils." They counted them, but only sent one. They didn't refund our money. They only apologized.

27/08/2025: We ordered two round pizzas and some fried food. It was a long wait, but the pizza was delicious. We waited even longer for the fried food, but they apologized and offered us more drinks. The apology was appreciated and accepted. We'll be back!

25/10/2025: Pizzeria in the center of town, a bit small but very homey, presumably family-run. The owner is friendly and very helpful. The pizza is very, very good.

08/11/2025: A decent place for a quick, refreshing break. The food quality is average, prices are moderately high. Service isn't always impeccable; the young bartenders sometimes tend to get distracted. They lack the warmth and customer service that a bar like this should have.

15/09/2025: Quality and excellence! We dined there for about 15 days, with excellent dishes, not just pasta, but also traditional dishes and genuine products. The quality was outstanding, from the origin of the ingredients to the sensory pleasure of the dishes. It was an opportunity to enjoy not only seafood but also traditional Teramo dishes and artisanal preparations. Hospitality, professionalism, and kindness complemented all the delicious dishes. We'll be back soon.

23/09/2025: Striking a place by chance and discovering a culinary treasure is one of the greatest joys of travel! Being Abruzzese myself, I was curious to taste their cuisine: every town and province has its own twist, and often the "taste of home" is a very personal experience. I was pleasantly surprised. Every dish was a celebration of authenticity, with flavors that evoked family Sundays. Yet, every bite was a discovery. The cod pasta wasn't familiar because it was enriched with nettles and pink peppercorns, and the slow-cooked mutton was prepared differently than I'd ever tasted, yet its deliciousness was undeniable. It was as if I had returned home, but with the sensation of traveling to another gastronomic dimension, where the same recipes came to life with a new and unexpected twist. This place reminded me that cuisine is a living language, changing and evolving depending on who speaks it, while still maintaining its roots. If you're looking for authentic flavors, but also want to be surprised, Antica Osteria ZAhrtmann is a must-visit. Not only do you eat well here, but you'll have an experience that makes you feel at home, even when you're not at home.
