20/08/2024: I went to dinner with some friends of mine and, after half an hour of waiting and a reminder to the kitchen, the first dish arrives which, moreover, the waiter was about to spill on my brother. Then comes the 'salmon carpaccio' (if we can call them that) with a strange consistency and flavour, hard and quite chewy. The salmon sashimi also arrive but we send it back because it is pale pink in colour. all 5 of us had doubts as to whether the fish was fresh, so, in order not to risk it, we kindly asked the owner to cancel the other orders, telling her that we wanted to leave, and that we would only pay for the drinks and the cover charge. the very annoyed owner insisted that we had to pay at least €50 even though we had demonstrated to her the terrible and evident quality of the dishes, but she very rudely continued to deny the evidence, to the point of justifying herself that the carpaccio ordered was actually a smoked salmon (???). Now, since 1 I have gone to this sushi many other times and it has always been very good 2 it was the day after mid-August, it MAY also happen that the fish is not fresh, but at least have the DECENCE TO RECOGNIZE YOUR MISTAKE AND APOLOGIZE, not to make fun of YOUR customers. (and then also to accept in a similar situation to make you pay only for the drinks). In the end, after various discussions we had to pay €20 for who knows what. The fact is that we were educated to the point of agreeing to pay this senseless sum against the arrogance of the owner. learn to treat customers properly and admit your mistakes.

20/08/2024: Very kind waiters as well as the owner, unfortunately the last time I was very disappointed by the dishes but above all it was very hot and this is not acceptable if I go to a place it must be pleasant I must not want to escape as soon as possible 😩

25/08/2024: NOT RECOMMENDED IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE FEWER STARS THIS IS MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW, I DESERVED IT ALL A REAL BIN FOR THE CUSTOMER A THOUSAND WORDS COULD HAVE BEEN SPENT BUT ONLY ABSURD COMES TO ME WHAT A BIN It is not acceptable that for 4 SPOON finger foods and a €25 bottle of wine you paid €104 ABSURD to pay €3 cover charge for three slices of bread and a drop of oil For any other request for bread you would have had to pay an additional €3 every time it was missing, otherwise it would have been better to go without bread: I have been to several starred restaurants with a cover charge per person of a few euros higher than this one and I have received unlimited bread and oil On adequate table linen and tables practically overlooking the sea

24/08/2024: I was looking for a place to eat dinner and they did not disappoint. A mix of traditional Italian cooking and flavors with contemporary techniques and presentation. Highly recommend.
