04/10/2025: But the first time I visited this city, I liked the service from my wife. The blonde shepherd who served us was very helpful and friendly, even though we don't speak Italian. 😊❤️ We'll come back for kvass again.

29/10/2025: I bought takeout. When I got home, I noticed a bag of chips was missing. This place is one I wouldn't go to. There are hundreds of alternatives.

24/10/2025: It's next to my house, so I find myself going there often, and it's always a problem. Wrong sandwiches, frozen fries, drinks other than the ones you ordered, or missing products. People talking among themselves while you wait for your order (which they also get wrong), rudeness and arrogance from the staff. The only thing that saves them is the close proximity, because otherwise, in my opinion, they might just as well close down right away.

26/08/2025: The place is way too expensive (a tiny bao costs €16 and a poke costs €14 with very little to choose from) for what it offers. The wait times are incredibly long, and they even made the wrong order. One of the guys even confirmed several times that the mistake was ours, saying it was written on the sheet we filled out to compose the pokes. When we asked him to show us the sheet, we pointed out that the mistake was theirs. Unprofessional, definitely not recommended.

20/08/2025: I'm sorry but I have to give a negative review. My daughter's sandwich was stale and having reheated it, she couldn't eat it because it was so hard... the drinks and the cover charge were expensive...

11/10/2025: I'm very sorry to have to write this review. I often come to the Megaló shopping center, and the vast majority of my meals are at this restaurant, which I really like and have always had a great experience. Today, around 2:15/30 PM, my boyfriend and I went here for lunch, and instead of the usual friendly atmosphere, we found only rudeness. We politely said hello as soon as we arrived, but the waitress didn't respond. Then, as we waited near the tables for someone to come and talk to us to see if we could sit down, the waitress, in an annoyed tone and without, once again, even saying a hello, simply said, "Are you waiting outside at the entrance?" Needless to say, we were truly disappointed! It would have been enough to speak to us and ask us to move in a slightly more polite and courteous manner (perhaps even simply using the words "Good morning," "Thank you," and "You're welcome."). Nothing like this had ever happened before today, and all the staff had always treated us kindly. What a shame.

11/09/2025: 16 of us ate here in August. Pizza, first courses, and second courses. Everything was delicious at reasonable prices.

19/08/2025: I ate at this restaurant with friends. The atmosphere is pleasant, albeit dated. The food is mediocre, and the service and management are terrible. The staff is very rude and sloppy: orders weren't honored, and they brought double plates or dishes we hadn't ordered. They presented us with a total bill, without any details... Not recommended!

08/07/2025: Classic Sarni. Nothing special, but prices above average and service questionable. I recommend only if you can't go elsewhere.

30/09/2025: The quality of Eurofocaccia has significantly declined compared to the past. The focaccia is almost always burnt or completely dry, while the pizzas lack ingredients, are tasteless, and poorly made. The staff has also proven unprofessional and indifferent to customers. Furthermore, the prices are high and not justified by the quality offered. "If I could give zero stars, I would do so without a second thought."

06/09/2025: I returned to this pizzeria after a while and was very disappointed. The quality of the pizza has dropped significantly, the prices have gone up, and the staff is rude.

28/06/2025: The question is not why...but how. How is it possible to make such a terrible pizza. While traveling I have eaten excellent and mediocre pizzas. But I NEVER threw it away. How is it possible to make a pizza like this? It takes commitment and a lot of it. A word of advice, there are many pizza schools, I recommend signing up and finalizing the commitment. It doesn't take much to go from terrible to mediocre. Maybe with time... goodbye

15/03/2025: A beautiful evening, everything perfect, the right company and the ideal atmosphere, then the pizzas arrived, at least on time.

27/08/2025: Let's start with the positives: it's a 5-minute walk from the sea, but it's also right next to the railway, so you can hear the trains when they pass. The building is old; our room was small and dated, poorly furnished, with a somewhat soft mattress and a bit dirty. Considering the price, I'm sure we won't be returning.

24/08/2025: Absolutely no, no, no, no, small room where you constantly bang your head. The furnishings are old and poorly maintained. No elevator. The noise of the train even at night disturbs sleep. And to top it all off, the room smelled like sewage from the bathroom. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The only positive was the breakfast buffet, which didn't reflect the excessive cost of this poorly maintained facility.

18/10/2025: 3/5 for the fried calamari. Batter could be crispier, squid is a little rubbery.

16/10/2025: My boyfriend and I went in for a cocktail, but he urgently needed the bathroom. The woman, presumably the owner, started yelling and refused us entry. Even after we ordered two €10 cocktails, the treatment remained humiliating. She shouted at the entire place, complained about her work, and argued with the staff. It was truly disgusting. In my opinion, instead of going on vacation in August, she should be in a psychiatric clinic. We'll never return. We'll never set foot in one of their "bars" again.
