14/03/2026: The boss who works inside the business was rude to customers, refusing to take and bring their orders to the table, forcing customers to serve themselves. Unlike the other guy who also works here, who is very polite and professional, my compliments (but he wasn't there when we were here).

11/03/2026: A well-stocked, historic bar in the center of Roccaraso, also a tobacconist. We tried an excellent crepe; the rest of the food was average.

30/10/2025: Who would of thought to travel to Italy and have one of the best meals of the trip was a bacon cheeseburger with fries!

18/10/2025: 3/5 for the fried calamari. Batter could be crispier, squid is a little rubbery.

29/12/2025: Unfortunately, I have to report yet another negative experience at the McDrive. I waited about 10 minutes at the order point without anyone answering, even though there was no one in line. I even thought they hadn't noticed my presence. I then moved forward, where I found a young woman and explained the situation. Her response was a shrug and a cold "yes," with no response whatsoever. When I asked if I could order directly from her, I was told that wasn't possible. I left disappointed. This is the second time I've encountered the same poor service. I should point out that at the McDrive in Montesilvano, however, the service is completely different: efficient, fast, and with courteous staff.

22/12/2025: Disorganized. 70-minute wait for food. Not recommended.

16/08/2025: Dirty atmosphere, obviously stale food, NO TRANSPARENCY ON PRICES, and rude staff, to say the least. I had a good 15 minutes to get a sandwich; the barista told me she could make me a Caprese sandwich, but, lo and behold, she forgot despite my reminders. Now, it seems absurd to me that I'm being denied service (despite having said I have an 8-hour journey ahead, therefore A REAL NEED WITH NO ALTERNATIVES) at a station bar just because the barista (who is truly rude, by the way) doesn't want to work. It's a shame, because the town and the common people are truly decent.

27/07/2025: A TERRIBLE experience. I advise tourists against coming to this bar because hospitality isn't the norm, but the RUDENESS IS. I recommend the brunette girl, I don't know if she's just an employee or the owner, take a basic education course, and then maybe even a customer service course. She was unpleasant. She accused us of not paying for an ice cream, yelling at us like a madwoman and treating us like thieves (obviously, she'd been paid for it), and 10 minutes earlier she was rudely yelling at some people coming in to close the door. If you want to make a scene like this, I recommend you appear on a popular Mediaset program and avoid working with the public, because that way you'll avoid making a beautiful town like Vasto look bad. There's usually a very nice and polite guy there, so leave it to him. P.S. This is the bar outside the station building; there's no phone number. Otherwise, I could have called to find out what kind of inconvenience you're experiencing.

21/02/2026: Terrible experience. We had booked an indoor room well in advance to celebrate a graduation, a significant moment that, unfortunately, was completely ruined. Upon our arrival, we were placed on the veranda, cramped, in the sun, and in decidedly uncomfortable conditions. To make matters worse, we had to live with pigeons circling between the tables and near the dishes, a situation that was hygienically unacceptable and embarrassing in front of the guests. The most disappointing thing was the owner's attitude, who, instead of taking responsibility for the poor service, continued to blame others, without ever offering a solution or making any effort to accommodate us. A special day turned into a huge disappointment. I do not recommend it, especially for large events where organization and professionalism should be a priority.

19/02/2026: Let me start by saying: I would have given 0 stars, but that wasn't possible. I was a guest at a party at this venue, and the experience was deeply disappointing. We had been guaranteed a spacious indoor room; however, upon arrival, we discovered it had been assigned to someone else, and we found ourselves with a table on the veranda, on the sidewalk, with half the guests exposed to the sun on a particularly hot day, and a pigeon wandering undisturbed across the already-set table. I don't think I need say anything else. Of course, we left!

07/09/2025: Never again. Terrible experience, skewers with an unpleasant smell, very dirty place, terrible service. I strongly advise against going.

04/09/2025: The pizza is delicious, the kebab is also excellent, and the service is top-notch.

17/01/2026: A horror experience that I won't return to and won't recommend! Creepy! Lazy and unprofessional service, acidic and incisive! The food deserves a 4 (the restaurant is another matter). 50 euros for these things with water, 4 euros for bread (strictly stale).

17/01/2026: The only plus is its strategic location, right next to the ski slopes. Otherwise, zero stars.

04/01/2026: I ordered salad and ramen. The salad was brown, and the ramen was freeze-dried, with the rectangular noodles still in it, like the packets we all buy at the supermarket. I called to ask for an explanation, and they simply said, "This is how we do it." They should close certain businesses.

09/11/2025: I ordered a Kinder Bueno cake, receiving a mostly alcoholic flavor, completely different from what I requested, unfortunately I do not recommend this service!

08/11/2025: First time in this bar I went when it opened early around 5 in the morning I got 2 calzones and a foccia/red pizza to take away which I ate almost immediately. He was very kind but he could have reheated them since he also had an oven and instead I ate these things with ice since they were frozen as soon as they were put out and not even reheated.
