07/09/2025: Good ice cream, but rude and suspicious staff. Dealing with customers is certainly not easy, but you know before you take on certain jobs that if you're not suited to them, you'd be better off looking elsewhere.

20/07/2025: Speaking of ice cream I can only say good things. But Italy was famous for quality and quantity... this place seems scared to serve enough amount of ice cream in the cups or cones. What a shame...

Tutto buono ma servizio troppo veloce, ci ho messo poco più che il tempo che di solito ho in mensa ….comunque l’assaggio merita

16/05/2025: Esta noche hemos comido en este restaurante de Pescara después de haber hecho una reserva. Pedimos una botella de vino dos entradas y dos guarniciones. La comida era excelente, y el servicio era genial también. La comida se arruinó un poco por el hecho de que nos dieron cinco minutos para salir después de estar allí solo un poco menos de 90 minutos. Nunca he tenido que pasar esto en los Estados Unidos y mucho menos en Italia, donde nació el movimiento slow food. Nuestra botella de vino estaba casi terminada (claramente nos hubiéramos ido pronto) y nunca nos preguntaron si queríamos postre. Sin embargo, alguien que no había sido nuestro camarero se acercó y nos dijo que tenían otros clientes y que necesitábamos estar fuera en cinco minutos. Quedamos bastante sorprendidos y realmente puso un giro negativo en la experiencia por lo demás agradable.

26/09/2025: Very nice place, with a bowling alley too. We played a game and then stayed for dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful, the menu was extensive, including vegetarian options, the prices were average, and the food was excellent. The sandwiches were really good, though the bread was the only thing I didn't like a lot about it. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I recommend it!

02/09/2025: I've been coming to this place in Ortona for several years. It's changed management, but the service remains the same: slow, mediocre, and not at all eager to work. The people are young, but not very cheerful or enthusiastic about working, but that's probably not their fault... A very nice place, well decorated, better than last year, and with a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea. The food is good, everything seems fresh, but for Italy, there's little variety, and sometimes they tell you "we're not doing it today"... The drinks are very good. For breakfast, it's fine, but the staff seems to be completely unaffected by the morning espresso... Prices are expensive, but the view is included, so... well, it's understandable. Occasionally, there's live DJ music. At least it's still a good alternative in Ortona, since it has little to offer commercially.

28/09/2025: A very negative experience; we left almost all the dishes because they were inedible, the quality was terrible, and the smell was very unpleasant. When paying at the register, we politely expressed our concerns about the food served, and the owner shrugged her shoulders without even saying, "I'm sorry."

16/08/2025: Excellent pizza, just the way we like it—thin and crispy. A lovely atmosphere with a vaulted brick ceiling and friendly staff. Excellent value. I recommend it.

11/12/2025: What a shame!! We went to this restaurant on New Year's Eve 2024/2025 and New Year's Day, and we had fantastic food. The quality was excellent (although the service was very slow). On Sunday, December 7, we went again, having booked a week in advance. When we arrived, they told us it wasn't possible because the restaurant was full and we'd arrived too late (coming from Rome and with a dog). We'd given 1:30/2:00 PM... disappointed, we left. However, looking around the dining room, you could see annoyed faces, probably due to the slow service... maybe that's why they didn't even offer to wait if a table became available.

27/11/2025: Very bad experience. The bathrooms were rundown, the prices were high, and the food was mediocre. Everyone was rude. Never again.

25/10/2025: No way!!! The Deliveroo guy shows up with only 4 pizzas and 3 fries, while the order also included 3 Cokes and 3 sachets of mayonnaise. Okay, I ask for a refund on Deliveroo, but they don't refund the full amount, just a portion. I try the pizza, and it's rock hard. I try the fries, and they're literally flaccid. I'm done with both this pizzeria and Deliveroo.

24/10/2025: I used the Too Good Too Go app with pickup in the afternoon, it was a good snack, 4-5 slices of pizza for 3e

28/10/2025: A delicious dinner, a rustic yet authentic restaurant, perfect for those who appreciate substance and interesting stories. Excellent ricotta ravioli, tasty lamb with a side of delicious chicory. A truly authentic family atmosphere. Thanks, Silvan!

01/12/2025: A typical Castel di Sangro restaurant, rustic in style, serving good-quality, freshly prepared, traditional cuisine. It's not a huge restaurant, but there are outdoor tables. I recommend choosing from the many meat specialties and pasta dishes with rich, flavorful sauces. Located in the historic center of town. Prices are reasonable. Book ahead.

03/11/2025: A place without too many expectations. Classic home cooking, everything well-cooked: fresh pasta made on the spot, cheese and egg ballotte (perhaps more bread and egg), good grilled caciocavallo, average arrosticini, and dessert: a classic crunchy parfait. A positive note was that they kindly seated us at 2:45 PM without a reservation and with two small dogs, which is not something you'd find at many restaurants in the area. Recommended!
