16/09/2025: One of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. Simple, authentic dishes that respect tradition and use top-quality raw materials.

15/09/2025: A very bad experience. The welcome was cold and unfriendly. The ravioli didn't seem fresh and the sauce was watery, the strozzapreti were overcooked and tasteless. The arrosticini had an unpleasant odor. Overall, one of the worst meals I've had in Abruzzo.

29/09/2025: The pizza was good, but the one with zucchini was a little bland.

08/08/2025: The cashiers are very kind and friendly but the prices are just not up to par, 15 euros for 4 pieces of pizza and a supplì, crazy markups not even in Parioli.

01/10/2025: An experience to forget. The food was embarrassingly good: fish was not fresh and tasteless, and the presentation was poor. But the worst part was finding a hair stuck in one of the portions. Disgusting and totally unacceptable, it even makes me question the hygiene of the kitchen. An all-you-can-eat restaurant like this shouldn't even open: a waste of money, never again. I'm not giving 0 stars because I can't.

03/08/2025: Personale gentile e molto disponibile , piatti abbondanti e di qualità ottima . Abbiamo preso uno spaghetto alle vongole e 2 gravioli ripieni di pesce che erano eccezionali, la frittura di paranza e sogliola per mio figlio il Prezzo giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato lo consiglio vivamente.

24/07/2025: Tan bueno que yo y mi prometido hemos estado aquí dos veces seguidas (hora de la cena y al día siguiente hora del almuerzo). La relación calidad-precio es totalmente vale la pena la visita. El propietario y el maitre es muy amable y también adecuadamente preparado. Los platos estaban absolutamente deliciosos; recomendamos ir a una comida a base de pescado, porque todo estaba bien cocinado y con sabor. En consecuencia, sugiero probar el aperitivo frío y caliente, luego ir por el marisco de cicatello y pesto y definitivamente debe tener el pescado frito (uno de los más crujientes que he tenido) todo acompañado de una buena botella de vino blanco local. Simplemente: ¡a por IT!

05/08/2025: Location curata anche se sulla strada. Crudo freschissimo ( i migliori cannolicchi mai mangiati). Antipasti crudi e cotti sia classici che originali ma comunque buonissimi. Primi curati con prodotti di qualità, come secondi ottimo il pescato del giorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo soprattutto se si prendono i menù a prezzo fisso (50/70€). Ci siamo trovati così bene che ci siamo tornati 2 volte, difficile trovare a Vasto un ristorante di pesce meglio di questo.

12/06/2025: Siamo stati con un gruppo di colleghi, ma soprattutto amici, al ristorante Valleluna nel mese di aprile, nonostante avessero due pranzi molto numerosi per degli anniversari il servizio è stato al top. Pesce freschissimo, sia crudo che cotto, antipasti buonissimi e di alta qualità. La gentilezza del gestore e dei dipendenti è la ciliegina sulla torta. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

07/11/2025: We've ordered takeout pizza from this place a few times. The pizza and fried foods are good, the problem is the portions. 2 out of 4 times the pizza was small and 3 out of 4 the fried foods were small. So after the first two times I pointed it out to my partner, who reported it to the owner, who apologized and said she'd fix the mistake the next time. So she did, she gave us the fried foods for free, and I thought I'd fixed it, but then today again the pizzas and the zucchini flowers, two portions of each, didn't make one... and I thought, why if we pay for the portions in full, do we get half portions? I won't be back.

12/10/2025: This bar is very popular with workers, builders, law enforcement, and people just passing by, and who knows why, 90% of them are men...! 🤔🤔 The atmosphere is clean and decent, with the usual breakfast pastries, but I have no idea if there's any food available.

21/06/2025: For a gas station it's an ok restaurant. For a restaurant, it's... a gas station. But you can catch your breath, eat something and drink something. Or, simply, have a coffee.

17/09/2025: On Sunday, five of us went to lunch at the new Scaricarello a 4 vele. The place was half-empty. We sat down at 1:00 PM, and the first courses arrived at a quarter to 3:00 PM. During the hour and three-quarter wait, we ate the bruschetta we ordered (very good, but it took 45 minutes for it to arrive, and we had to order it three times: the first two times, they'd lost the order) and drank the wrong wine (we ordered one bottle, and another arrived—we didn't ask for a change, fearing we'd have to wait an hour). During the nearly two-hour wait for our first courses, besides drinking wine and hopefully staring at the kitchen in the back of the restaurant, we also witnessed a couple of incorrect orders, meaning waiters came to our table with dishes ordered by other tables. The problem, then, is clearly in the kitchen: the restaurant can't efficiently manage such an extensive menu (from 100 Abruzzo-style first courses to fish dishes, meat main courses, and numerous appetizers with various platters), and in fact the only thing that arrives quickly is dessert, because it's already ready. It's strange to be in a restaurant at lunchtime and see that almost no one is eating because everyone is waiting! It's a shame because the dishes were good; the first courses were really well cooked, and the second courses looked tasty too. In short, the talent is there, but the skill is lacking. Let's hope they improve... I wouldn't go back now; no one wants to wait two hours for a plate of pasta, no matter how good it is.

31/10/2025: I've known the manager since 2008, when he brought: Pizza, Drinks, Sweets, & Chips And I can tell you that Nino is a good guy. The food he prepares is the best ever.

31/10/2025: My review, although not positive, isn't meant to be a disparagement of this historic business, but rather food for thought. I arrived this morning around 10:00 a.m., and after browsing the dessert display, I paid a kind and smiling young man at the register for a maritozzo with cream and a cappuccino. I headed to the counter and asked for the cappuccino and the maritozzo. There were no other customers at the counter, but orders were coming in for tables. I was served my cappuccino, and the barista asked first her colleague and then her colleague for my maritozzo. I was almost finished with my cappuccino, but there was no sign of the maritozzo. Not having much time and wanting to have breakfast with both a drink and a dessert at the same time, I went to get one myself from the lady at the dessert counter. By the time I got back to the counter, my half-cappuccino had been thrown away. It can happen, but my thought is... 1) I was walking with a stroller in tow, and from the counter I could see it was headed towards the dessert counter... 2) If you haven't served me the maritozzo yet, why do you think I've left? 3) What do you mean, I'll do it again with a smile? Instead, both baristas looked at me with great annoyance, as if I were the one to blame, prompting me to grab my maritozzo and leave, eating it on the street. 4) If it's so complicated to get dessert brought to the counter, why didn't the person at the cashier tell me to go to the dessert display first? I'll conclude by saying that better organization would make this historic place more attractive to us customers, given that it has so many good reasons. This morning I chose it over the other bars because it had a very convenient entrance for a stroller, for example. I also want to point out that both the cappuccino and the maritozzo were excellent and more than fair priced... but sometimes you get lost in a little, and if you don't, it's difficult to return to a place.

26/08/2025: A highly prestigious pastry shop and café in the center of Chieti. For a few years now, it's also been a good restaurant, open for lunch, with affordable prices. Truly excellent coffee and high-quality pastries (I love the shortcrust pastry cannoli). For over a century, Vittoria has never disappointed, always remembering that it's not old, but historic! Highly recommended! ♥️
