It's certainly a high-quality pastry shop, with a good and varied selection, but the service frankly needs better management. There are so many staff, who seem to wander aimlessly, especially at the pastry counter. If they could be more efficient... They'd sell twice as much. But in any case, the quality makes up for it.

We bought some Pangoccioli, probably in the morning. They were nothing special, even reheated. I'd have to try other products to give a definitive opinion. I certainly can't rate them higher than 4 stars, and rating them lower would be unfair. Personally, I find them a good gauge for determining the quality of the dough, and the amount and quality of the chocolate chips is equally telling.

I bought a cake for my nephew's birthday. They are amazing!!! You can even order them the day before. They make chocolate writing and customize it to your liking. I highly recommend them!
