11/10/2025: This is my second time ordering from this pizzeria: the first time, the pizza was half charred, but I accepted it anyway. This second time, the pizza was completely charred, and I didn't even mention it to the restaurant because it was already in the box. This is a charred "mafia" pizza that should be on your menu. It's shameful to deliver a pizza in such condition, even if you paid in full. I'm sorry, but I advise you not to go there. Those black spots on the pizza should be peppers...

07/12/2025: My experience at this establishment was terrible due to the absolutely unacceptable behavior of an employee. I was in line with other people when a white-shirted employee approached, walking past everyone else and acting arrogant. When I politely pointed out that he needed to respect his shift, he reacted aggressively, saying things like, "I work here, you don't know who I am," and threatening to have me kicked out simply because I'd asked him to respect a basic rule. The situation escalated when, coming out of the bathroom, he grabbed my arm, squeezing tightly, and repeating, "I'll show you." Shortly thereafter, I was actually removed from the establishment without the opportunity to retrieve my sweatshirt, remaining in the cold for about 15 minutes. Only another employee of his let me in. Such behavior, especially from a staff member, is totally intolerable. Incidents like this should never happen in a establishment that claims to offer a serious service.

27/08/2025: High prices for a self-service restaurant. I ordered an appetizer, a fried dish, and a first course; the cashier suggested splitting the appetizer into two plates to share, saying it would count as one portion. When it came to the bill, however, it was passed off as two half portions, a little ploy to overcharge. After pointing this out, they refunded me €4, but the intentional attempt to inflate the price is clear. The total was €47, a high price considering the portions and the self-service (the fried dish, in particular, was very small). The food was good, but the quality-price ratio didn't justify the experience. Mistakes happen, but it seemed like a really nasty attempt to overcharge.

12/10/2025: The wait for the courses was really long, and the dishes were so-so. The tagliata was lukewarm, and the potatoes fell apart because they were so overcooked. The ingredients were good, you could tell despite the preparation, and the atmosphere was too. It was probably just an unlucky evening, I hope.

29/11/2025: Pizzeria Unicentro has become a regular stop for my partner and I. We order pizza there almost every week. We also chose it because it's a light pizza that doesn't linger in your stomach overnight.

20/12/2025: We stopped here WITHOUT a reservation and LOVED IT! Antonio was brilliant and "il cuoco," Claudio served us "a meal to die for." We loved the informality. We arrived for dinner and made not a single decision, the meal was pre-detemined and fabulous. This is our new home away from home.

10/01/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Authentic experience and flavors of Abruzzo! During our vacation in Pizzoferrato, we dined at Locanda Italia, and we were thrilled! We dined there for several days, trying different and always delicious dishes. From the tender and juicy veal steak to the perfectly creamy carbonara to the roasted cow's milk cheese, each dish was a true discovery of authentic flavors. The sagnette with beans and sausage, a typical Abruzzo dish prepared with great care, and the pasta all'arrabbiata with its bold yet balanced flavor were unforgettable. All this was accompanied by an excellent house wine that enhanced every course. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended! Giuseppe

18/09/2025: Good service, good beer, normal place, the pizza disappointed me, it was hard, I don't know how to cut it very well, I had a lot of difficulty and not because of the knife, the cooked ham on my wife's pizza raised some doubts...

13/09/2025: High quality pizzas, fresh ingredients and very kind staff both in the dining room and in the kitchen, the pizza chef came to greet us, very quiet atmosphere with pleasant background music that does not prevent conversation, highly recommended, go there you will not regret it

14/08/2025: We went to the restaurant with a reservation at 8:30 PM. We already knew what to order, so we ordered right away: a bruschetta with sausage as an appetizer, 20 arrosticini, and two beers. After more than an hour of waiting, the waiter informed us that the arrosticini were out of stock, including the frozen ones, and that we could choose something else. At the same time, our appetizer arrived... completely burned and inedible. At that point, we got up to leave, but had to wait in line at the cash register, which wasn't working. Meanwhile, other customers in our situation were forced to rush to other restaurants that were almost closing. Result: we left without dinner, still paying a cover charge and two warm beers after a pointless wait. It wasn't just our experience: the table next to us had ordered a Margherita pizza and a hamburger with fries. The fries never arrived, the burger was burnt, and the pizza was bland. There's a complete lack of organization in the kitchen and in order management. It's unacceptable to let you know after more than an hour that the main course isn't available and to offer frozen food instead of fresh. A terrible experience: never again.

13/08/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for three years because the food is excellent. The pizza is really good, and so are the arrosticini. Unfortunately, the pizzonde this year were horribly seasoned with low-quality vegetables and were completely indigestible. Isn't it negligent to use two fresh tomatoes? The problem with this place is the slow service. The waiters wander around like people who are in suspense and can't hear. The orders are almost always wrong, and you get one thing instead of another. To avoid further waiting, you eat but without satisfaction. There's no fruit. And in July, oh dear, buy her two bottles of ratafia... and yet it would take very little to make a customer happy, but it almost seems like you don't care because the tourists are just passing by and leaving.

16/03/2026: Captain America was supposed to have crispy bacon as the main ingredient. There were three small strips all over the toast. I'm also adding a photo of the Sarchia my wife ordered. This shows the amount of artichokes supposedly included in the description. There are a few leaves.

15/02/2026: I went with several reservations and fairly low expectations. I ordered an appetizer, a pizza, a portion of fries, and water. Overall, the food wasn't bad: the pizza was decent and the appetizer was average. The fries, however, were a bit too greasy, which could definitely be improved. The worst aspect of the experience was the service: the wait was decidedly long, both to order and to receive the food. This slowness significantly impacted the final rating. The bill also seemed slightly above average for the quality offered and the type of restaurant, which isn't located in a busy or particularly touristy area. All in all, an average experience: not exciting, but not to be dismissed either. Just OK.

01/02/2026: We sat down at 1:25 PM and after an hour we only managed to get one appetizer. It's not possible. We'll never go back.

11/02/2026: I attended an 18th birthday party. Nothing to complain about. The staff was courteous and attentive. The menu was excellent, and the atmosphere was bright, spacious, and tidy.

07/01/2026: Former Pink Panther. A venue used for extremely classic events. It's not open daily, and I believe the food service is connected to a catering company.

18/01/2026: It's 4:04 PM, and we were seated at 1:31 PM. There were four of us... we waited a long time to see the menu, and almost an hour to eat the appetizer (a simple seafood salad). Then the first course (paccheri with amberjack sauce) arrived around 3:20 PM. It's 4:04 PM and we're still sitting here, waiting for the glass of wine we ordered half an hour ago. We're about to say goodbye and leave.

17/12/2025: Hot and cold appetizers a little poor for my character, but anyway it makes up for the first and second courses... very good dishes in the end... service faster and more attentive than the last time I ate here.
