17/09/2025: We stayed at the hotel in late August/early September. The room, despite being a superior, was very small. This room type included a hydromassage shower (useless), a kettle for tea, and... instant coffee sachets (undrinkable). If I'd known better, I'd have brought my own coffee maker. Use of the Jacuzzi was also included, which lasted an interminable 40 minutes, and it was always occupied given the length. Otherwise, you have to pay! The best part is at the beach. Luckily, the cost of the umbrella and loungers is included in the total cost. On the beach, there's only one bathroom that's perpetually out of toilet paper and not very clean, and a shower with hot water that costs money and doesn't last long. There's no shelter with tables and chairs, and there's no bar. The beach attendant spends all day checking his phone. For a light lunch, you have to go three establishments further away. The Wi-Fi in the hotel isn't reliable because it constantly disconnects. I had work problems and went crazy. We only had lunch in the hotel restaurant once: neither praise nor infamy. Next summer we'll definitely change hotels and neighborhoods because there's nothing here, not even simple shops.

03/09/2025: A pleasant stay, good facilities, good food, good service, and friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommended, except for a few issues: the town has nothing to offer near the property, and the beach club is absolutely basic and needs to be brought up to par with the hotel's standard.

16/08/2025: Endless wait for a crouton... And the place wasn't even full... I had 2 beers and one was 2 fingers short... Well, honestly, even if the food was decent, in a pub the wait was absurd.

19/05/2025: Devo dire molto buono sotto tutti gli aspetti, ottima posizione dato che si trova a Mosciano stazione ed è un ottimo punto di incontro per chiunque, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile così come il suo staff, ingredienti e materia prima di ottima qualità, non mi resta che consigliarvelo vivamente

25/04/2025: Da Cacio e Peppe ci siamo sentiti subito accolti. Bruschette al pomodoro semplici e deliziose, seguite da un menù ricco che spazia tra pizze a lunga lievitazione (72 ore!) e piatti di carne curati e gustosi. Molto apprezzata l’attenzione alle intolleranze, con la possibilità di avere mozzarella senza lattosio, raro da trovare e segno di grande cura. Ottima anche la birra alla spina, dal gusto fresco e bilanciato. E per finire, un babà napoletano davvero speciale.. soffice, profumato, indimenticabile. Peppe, il titolare, con la sua esperienza e passione, sa come far sentire ogni cliente al centro. Un posto dove si mangia bene e ci si sente bene. Torneremo con piacere! ❤️

21/08/2025: A nice restaurant with average food. Unfortunately, the service is nonexistent, with only one person serving about 20-25 people (10 tables). You ask for information and they tell you to wait (about 10 minutes), ask for a bottle of water, and you're not sure when it will arrive. The details also make a difference: • Missing spoon on the pot of mussels. • Arrogance in bringing the dishes and drinks, as if they were doing you a favor. • Dirty plates left on the table until the next course is brought. Otherwise, the bill is above average. Recommendation: Definitely increase the number of waiting staff and treat guests with kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness. Conclusion: I think it's a restaurant with potential, but I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice due to the service they offer and the price of the dishes.

15/09/2025: We returned like every year, but this time a little disappointed, a problem with the service of the dishes, the chitarrina with clams was a fettuccine and I assure you that there is a big difference, poor communication with the customer, the place is nice at lunch, less so in the evening, the pizza is good but the mussels are a mix of fresh and old.

28/09/2025: Passing through the area, we stopped for a coffee at the bar. The place was clean. We had a slice of their homemade tart, which was delicious. And as a Neapolitan, I can tell you that the coffee is delicious. A great stop, we'll be back.

26/09/2025: I'm writing on behalf of Mrs. Mariani. The dishes we were served were always free, and no one ever asked for anything extra. Perhaps when you offered us polenta, it was devastating for you to make one with sauce and one without? You offered the gnocchi... it's not a crime to ask if they were also available on the day we were there. The fettuccine alla boscaiola were on the menu... but you didn't serve them. The fettuccine with sage is made differently... perhaps sautéed with fresh sage leaves... anyway, the most unpleasant thing is how you phrased your responses to our comments. Best regards.

24/08/2025: We sat down for lunch at 12:45 and got up at 1:45. They practically took our plates away from us. They literally kicked us out. Terrible service! We've been there before, but the treatment was completely different...obviously in a positive way. Anyway, we won't be back.
