02/06/2025: Rude staff, they are not in the profession. When you ask for something the answer is always that it is finished and they have to go and get it, with relative waiting, clever and stingy they always try to save on everything. First obscene 80's restaurant.

04/02/2025: A fascinating location, I have been entrusting the realization of every ceremony to the magnificent staff of Villa Bianca for years. The food, service and environment are of the highest quality. Thanks to Gianni who professionally manages to advise the client in the difficult choice of the ceremony.

08/08/2025: The food is excellent. Pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles is superb, and the breaded pecorino cheese is a specialty. The atmosphere and service are exceptional.

29/07/2025: August 8th, the place was half full. You have to call them or they won't stop. But once we called, they arrived right away and served us quickly. They were very kind and courteous, and the service was fast. The fettuccine was delicious. Update: Unfortunately, I went back last summer and the pasta was cold and overcooked. The staff is always very kind, courteous, and attentive, but unfortunately, the pasta wasn't up to par.

10/05/2025: The last time we were there was more or less a year ago.... Today? I knew about the change in management but I didn't think I would find such an absurd situation. Never again! The service is non-existent, at times embarrassing... The only one who survives is the lady with the braids.... At least she's nice

19/08/2025: Very, very questionable dog-friendly policy. On Monday, after making a reservation by phone and notifying us of the presence of a dog... for which we were told there was no problem, entry was allowed (they didn't even notice the dog's presence so docile it was). On Tuesday, magically, during the reservation process, we were told "it's a big problem" - "I have to cancel your reservation" - "there are no more tables available" - "a penalty was also paid by the person who made the reservation yesterday... then they will have to be pilloried." A series of excuses that made us smile a lot. Not to mention the service: after the pizza dinner for 7 people, a nice cheese platter (the main course) was delivered to the last person... who in the meantime watched us eat in silence and suffering. Service and hospitality need reviewing, food average.

16/08/2025: Top carbonara, top sandwich, top arrosticini!!! Spotlessly clean bathroom, you can look at yourself in the mirror!! Be wary of one-star reviews; they're just frustrated people!!🤫

20/04/2025: E’ senza dubbio da valorizzare e consigliare. Locale easy così come i ragazzi che lo portano avanti. Affabili, simpatici e semplici. Comunque, dopo tre sere consecutive a cena, si può solo scrivere che la pizza, senza tanti fronzoli e clamore, è tra le migliori del comprensorio e a Castel di Sangro, che conosciamo bene, penso la migliore in termini di digeribilità. I sapori (ottimi) e l’impasto sono tipici della pizza napoletana ma la digeribilità ripeto è qualcosa che raramente si trova in giro. Insalatone bilanciate nel giusto, prezzi ok. Avanti così ragazzi! Finalmente un po’ di semplicità e tanto valore!! Unica nota negativa è che guardando la tv la la mia squadra del cuore ha perso😊

17/08/2025: We've always been coming to the restaurant, but for the first time this year we decided to book a table at the restaurant for the August bank holiday. A total disappointment. The menu was embarrassing, costing 45 euros per person for a plate of ham and melon (already on the table before we arrived), a portion of white lasagna, and a plate of cold roast beef. It's a shame because the place has great potential. Instead, the restaurant offers terrible menus, the bungalows were closed (on August bank holiday!!!!!!!) and consequently there were very few people. I remember that until a few years ago, it was always full in August. I really hope to see this place managed properly again.

20/07/2025: Location bella perché terrazza sul mare, ma mangiare così nel 2025 no. Pizza precotta immangiabile e impossibile una cosa del genere oggi come oggi, birra temperatura ambiente e il vino in caraffa ma no grazie. Non so se è un caso ma esperienza negativa mi dispiace

06/07/2025: Ci troviamo per caso domenica 6 luglio 2025: il ristorante è abbastanza pieno, una ragazza e un signore si aggirano tra i tavoli, ma l’attesa è abbastanza lunga. Ordiniamo un tagliere di selvaggina e uno di carpaccio, poi dei maltagliati con ragù e zucchine e zafferano e due contorni, cicoria e verdura grigliata. Il tagliere era davvero imbarazzante (aveva un accenno di tartufo sulla mortadella - di maiale- che sapeva di nulla. Il resto con salame e n.1 mini salsiccetta di cinghiale (?) con qualche fetta di qualcosa affumicato. Il primo ancor più’ imbarazzante, i maltagliati salatissimi con un ragù bianco e di zucchine forse l’idea, mette lo zafferano rimasto nelle parole della cameriera…tra l’altro cotti molto male. Finiamo con la cicoria che dava sull’acido. Il Tutto ben pagato. La domenica è la vostra vetrina, cari ristoratori, non accampate scuse che ci sono troppi clienti! Essere bravi il martedì è facile… cambiate mestiere altrimenti.

22/03/2025: Locale disposto su più piani collegati da una bella scala interna. Tavoli e arredamenti essenziali, puliti, moderni. Piatti interessanti e servizio gentile.

13/04/2025: Siamo andati dietro consiglio di un amico. Bel locale al centro di Pescara. Al Cameriere ordiniamo due entrecote : un Uruguaiano e uno americano. Ci raccomandiamo della cottura: medio alta. Arriva la prima delle due completamente al sangue e fredda sia al cuore che esternamente. Ci portano una pietra dove continuare la cottura ma ormai la Frittata era già fatta e per di più tanto fumo che dava veramente fastidio (a fine cena si raccomanda lavanderia per lavaggio maglia pantaloni e giacca) in quanto tutti sul tavolo avevano la pietra. Raccomandiamo a questo punto di cuocere bene il secondo taglio ma risultato peggio della prima cottura. Sinceramente esperienza molto deludente Un ristorante dove i prezzi sono più alti di molto della media e il coperto costa ben 4 € a persona dovrebbe avere del personale qualificato, (latitante in tutte le richieste) il coperto con tovaglia e non le posate poggiate sul tavolo e per finire se vuole usare le pietre per ultimare la cottura dovrebbe avere un impianto di aspirazione. E’ impensabile che dopo la cena bisogna passare a casa a farsi una doccia e cambiarsi. Inoltre la carne servita era sinceramente di media qualità. Tanta apparenza ma pochissima sostanza

20/03/2025: Siamo andati per la cena di san valentino, locale bello e curato esteticamente, con l’aggiunta di qualche palloncino a forma di cuore per la serata. Nota a favore musica e ambiente calmo e rilassante. Personale cordiale e preparato. Ci hanno portato un drink di benvenuto per iniziare, molto scenico ma nulla di che, poi anche un entrée gradevole. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasto una focaccia con mortadella, pistacchio e stracciatella da dividere, molto buona. Come portata principale invece ci siamo fatti consigliare ed abbiamo preso un black angus uruguagio che abbiamo apprezzato. Per finire come dolci abbiamo optato per un tiramisù che non era proprio il massimo a differenza della namelaka che era molto buona e delicata. prezzo alto ma giustificato dalla qualità e il locale in generale, coperto anche un po’ alto ma probabilmente serve a coprire entrèe e cocktail di benvenuto. Consigliato per serate speciali😼

16/08/2025: We tried this restaurant for dinner, trying the raw fish appetizer, a first course, and a second course. The food was average, but not excellent (you have to indicate on the menu that spicy food is available). Good service and a nice atmosphere. Overall, it was good, but not "Wow"-worthy. Prices were average.
