26/07/2025: This place was just great. Even though it is a small cafeteria/bakery style establishment the personnel was just so nice, funny and they had no problem understanding our horrible Italian. I would come back even if it were just to talk to the employees - such a funny experience. The food was great for brunch/snack and the coffee was also good. If you are in Enna and want a snack or something sweet I fully recommend this place.

14/07/2025: Tourists beware! A cappuccino, a Coca-Cola, and a small cannoli cost €9. Plus, the ticket doesn't show how much each item costs. Shameful.

25/07/2025: Homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles.... Excellent.... Salvatore is a friendly and helpful person.

16/07/2025: I went a few days ago and found myself with ten of my friends for pizza. We were served frozen pizza that was moldy in some parts, not to mention the waiter's numerous touches on the pizza. Riccardo's pizza was a rock, he couldn't eat it. I don't recommend this place. Eat at home and you'll be better off.

26/08/2025: A very charming establishment, with tables for dining under a sheltered canopy, well protected from the wind and sun but with a view. The bar offers both breakfast and lunch and dinner. Delicious freshly baked croissants. Parking is available right outside the establishment along the seafront in paid parking lots. The beach is wide and sheltered from currents with breakers.

23/08/2025: Terrible experience. Burnt pizzas served 30 minutes before the arrosticini, which were supposed to be the appetizer, as explicitly requested. At the bill, they insisted on one single order and, only after much insistence, two separate ones for each family. Unfairly accused of trying to "rip off" someone. The bill listed 6 covers instead of 3; I reported the error, no apology, just arrogance: "Go ahead and write a review, we're always full anyway." Not recommended: check the receipt line by line. I read the response below: The strange thing is that I never spoke to him, and the person who paid was one of the friends present at the evening who told me about it, and who, by the way, is retired. I think he'd be better off weighing his words and explaining why he doubled the number of covers and not threatening nonsense... now even more inadvisable after the absurd response.

13/07/2025: We had a great time, we had a seafood dinner, excellent linguine allo scoglio, followed by a mixed grill of seafood. Everything was good and plentiful. The owners were very friendly. Recommended.

16/08/2025: We celebrated a birthday, and thanks to Raffaella's organization, we made it unique. Top of the line.

16/08/2025: My wife and I had dinner on August 15, 2025. The side dishes were good and plentiful, but it was a shame about everything else... the waiters were completely absent. The mixed grill of fish was truly miserable. The fries, eggplant, and zucchini saved the dinner!

13/08/2025: I've been going to this pub for many years, and each time it gets worse... The owners are very friendly and helpful, but the organization leaves much to be desired, and the quality of the food is constantly declining. It's located on the seafront, so parking is difficult to find, and the location is very basic.

13/08/2025: Terrible experience. Even though the fish was fresh (like in a thousand other places), I can't say I ate "good." The experience was marred by the owner's arrogance and the sloppiness of the service (a basket of bread was brought to our table and taken away still full twice, just like that, for no reason...). Small portions don't automatically mean "haute cuisine." I'd like to point out that you're still eating in the middle of the street and paying a price disproportionate to the location and service. However, the name is fitting: the peacock is a bird that thinks it's more beautiful than it is. I'll end with the same greeting as the other night: good luck! Because you need a lot of work to learn how to treat customers while avoiding that unjustified and unjustifiable condescending look, given that it's the customer who allows you to prosper, and the capacity of a credit card can hardly be deduced from a T-shirt. Poor us! Or rather, poor you!!

IN RECENT YEARS, IT HAS ALSO ADDITED AN OUTDOOR SPACE IN A QUAINT ALLEY IN THE HISTORIC CENTER, WHERE A CENTURY-OLD VINE STRETCHES ABOUT THREE METERS IN THE HEIGHT. THE GOURMET CUISINE FEATURES SOPHISTICATED DISHES PREPARED WITH LOCAL INGREDIENTS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. THE RAW CUISINE IS EXCELLENT AND FRESH, THE APPETIZERS ARE DELICIOUS AND NEVER MINIMAL, AND THE FIRST AND MAIN COURSES ARE WELL-MEALED. THE PASTRY ALSO PRESENTS DELICIOUS PRODUCTS. THE WINE CELLAR IS EXCELLENT, COMPLEMENTED BY THE EXPERTISE OF THE DINING STAFF. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, IT'S A PERFECT EVENING.

09/06/2025: Locale ampio e carino con spazi esterni. Accoglienza esemplare e servizio cortese preciso e attento. I primi sono buoni e consigliati rispetto alla carne che almeno nel nostro caso era già preparata e riscaldata al momento e tuttavia non male anche se nella terra degli arrosticini saremmo stati lieti di aspettare come si conviene in Osteria. Ci spiace far rimarcare il tema della cottura della carne perché sono stati davvero tutti molto gentili simpatici e premurosi.

27/04/2025: Cibo di ottima qualità, a partire dall'olio EVO di produzione locale. Abbiamo mangiato carne alla brace squisita, in particolare l'agnello. Ambiente raffinato, servizio preciso e veloce. Nel menu non pizze ma pinse, che non abbiamo assaggiato.

21/06/2025: Veniamo catapultati, grazie ad una famiglia locale che ci ospita, in questo vortice di fine anni '80. Bottiglie di Valentini esposte in fila, poster di cene sociali attaccate alle pareti. Il locale ben presto si popola di individui di tutte le età. La figlia del titolare ci prende l'ordine, ma arrivano cose anche extra: peperoni e uova, pallotte cacio e ova, misticanza strascinata con fagioli del posto, formaggio fritto e... Fegato con cipolle. Mai mangiato così buono. L'antipasto vale la sosta, se non fosse che, per continuare, abbiamo optato per due paste della casa (fatevi consigliare) e una grigliata di agnello. Il servizio è ancora con il gueridon, con la massima attenzione e cordialità e il proprietario è davvero un tipo da conoscere! Una sosta che ricorderò perché la porto nel cuore e che mi ha fatto scoprire la vera cucina e accoglienza abruzzese.
