12/10/2025: Poor, poorly organized, and unpolite staff. I hope they change that.

29/08/2025: I couldn't enjoy the music or the atmosphere because the rudeness of the bodyguards and staff was the main feature of the evening.

22/06/2025: We ordered two pizzas for home delivery, inedible! And the cost was also high. A Margherita spread with the feet and completely burnt, but how can you take a pizza like that out of the restaurant? Shameful. The other one with potatoes and cooked ham was better but the problem of the rubbery dough remains. Better does not mean good

23/06/2025: Terrible experience!!! despite many of my friends had told me that the service was poor and the lady was always rude and instead of welcoming you with a smile, it seems like she is doing you a favor and doesn't know how to make cappuccino (which is always dirty water) or pay attention to orders, she often makes mistakes, despite all this I thought she had a few problems, you know, it can happen that's why she is always with this "long face" and I went back 3/4 times with friends exclusively for the pastries which are good, and I spent a lot of money, I saw how expensive they are, despite all this, I attacked myself in front of people accusing me that I had written a bad review which for me is the first time in my life that I have written because it was really a very ugly scene not deserved among other things and the lady who should have nothing to do with this profession showed herself in all her beauty.. I don't know her she doesn't know me how can she say things like that treating customers in this way, she seemed half crazy to me really unbalanced!!!! in fact it has scared away so many customers at this point I would never go back either!!!

19/06/2025: I went into this place to buy a croissant: in front of me there was only one person at the counter, then another customer arrived after me. To my surprise, the lady behind the counter served the person who was actually in front first, but then completely ignored the order of arrival, serving the person who had arrived after me, even though she had clearly seen me. When I pointed this out, I heard the reply: "Well, I serve the person I see in front." Too bad that standing behind someone, in line, is exactly the right way to wait your turn. It's not just about a croissant (empty almond croissant €1.80) but about respect and good manners towards customers. As far as I'm concerned, I won't go back there again.

12/08/2025: Rudeness comes first. I entered the deli at 1:50 PM and was scolded for closing at 2 PM. Absurd. Too bad, the food is actually very good.

05/10/2025: We dined at this restaurant somewhat by chance, but luck was truly on our side! Kindness, helpfulness, cleanliness, a wide menu to choose from, very fresh and beautifully presented fish, fast and non-chaotic organization. The manager was very friendly and helpful with my kids, always with a smile and a welcome joke. Luckily, we got in relatively early for dinner since we hadn't booked, and in fact, the place soon deservedly filled up. Thank you for the special evening we shared!

05/09/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff. The dinner was plentiful and good. The room and hotel interior were dated. The bed was noisy, the closet was large but not worthy of a 4-star hotel, and the TV was unusable. The bathroom had a tiny shower, a leaking bidet faucet, and no complimentary toiletries.

03/09/2025: I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Honestly, after seeing the room and having dinner on the first day, I would have left right away. Anyway, the breakfast was super plentiful and delicious. Naturally, the staff was super friendly and always available. You can ask for anything. The food, despite its ups and downs, wasn't bad. The only thing the chef needs to understand is that if he offers chicken breast scallops on the menu, they must be scallops, not chicken breast with lemon juice 🍋 🤣, and also undercooked. The rooms need to pay more attention to the small details, especially in the bathrooms. Otherwise, the rooms are a bit old. But they are welcoming. Thanks to the two waiters, they were super good and friendly. It wasn't always this bad, no. You can ask for anything.

23/08/2025: The place is poorly used, the food is excellent and the price is good, it's a shame about the service which takes indescribably long, is poorly organised and the waiters are not dressed appropriately in my opinion.

24/10/2025: Beautiful place, but you can't go there expecting to eat well. Prices are high for the quality, and the food doesn't live up to expectations. The view is one of the best in Abruzzo, but it's not worth the price: €89 for two, including the cheapest tagliata on the menu. The service didn't really have any negatives, but it was slow; they got our order wrong, and the waitress was almost surly.
