Craft beer and grill located in one of Pescara's many beach resorts... Lungomare Papà Giovanni XXIII, not Viale G. D'Annunzio as it appears on Maps. Very good arrosticini; my benchmark is the cooking of liver arrosticini, which isn't easy and requires more attention from the grill master. Excellent beer.

I'm reluctant to give this place only 3 stars, which, unfortunately, could have deserved more if it weren't for the extremely slow service. Despite the restaurant being half-empty, we waited over an hour for two burgers, which were good, but you shouldn't wait that long for dinner, especially when the place isn't that busy. The location is welcoming, the prices are average, and the burger is good overall. The meat is high-quality, but the bread, unfortunately, could use some improvement, and my burger arrived cold and undercooked. The fries are good and appear to be homemade...unfortunately, the service weighs heavily on the overall rating.

We dined at Hop & Co.; the place is truly beautiful, with attention to every detail, and very unique. We ordered bruschetta, fries, and arrosticini, two glasses of rosé, a tiramisu, and a coffee. The bruschetta was very good, the fries were overcooked, and the arrosticini were good... I found the tiramisu a bit tasteless. The quality/price ratio was in line with the type of place.

Randomly stopped here because it was along the bike path, and I'm glad we did. Nice beer and excellent atmosphere. I wish there were a few more beer options. The nachos we had were Ok but nothing special. Id come back here again but I hope they continue to expand beer offerings and improve the food!

05/06/2026: A truly excellent experience! Overall, the meat was excellent, cooked to perfection, and there was a wide selection of cuts and options. A special mention goes to the mutton and liver arrosticini: flavorful, well-cooked, and truly exceptional. The dishes were carefully prepared, with generous portions and authentic flavors. My only complaint was the veal steak, which we requested medium-rare and probably would have benefited from a few more minutes of rest before being served. Fast service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Overall, an ideal place for meat lovers, definitely recommended and worth returning to.
04/06/2026: I appreciated the simplicity of the service and the owner's recommendations. He understood that even though we were tourists, we wanted to experience the authenticity of the place, and he recommended dishes and quantities. The mutton, both in the form of arrosticini, the mutton, and a stew were truly delicious.
