22/06/2025: Excellent cuisine, everything good, terrace near the sea... only very negative thing is the presence of smokers, and a seller of roses and various objects, which certainly devalues ​​the place a lot.

20/06/2025: Very disappointed, we have been coming for several years and we agree to pay more. On the other hand, the dishes are halved in size while the price is multiplied by two, the spaghetti Vongole went from €6.90 at a certain time to €13 and the dishes are not at all equal from one table to another. A portion of spaghetti for 1 person on a table (neighbor) well filled and correct but a dish for two where there was barely the plate of the person (neighbor) is unacceptable, I really do not recommend coming to this restaurant anymore. See attached photo it even looks like the dish arrived from another table and already started. Scam 👎🏻

12/05/2025: I ordered a 2kg "giant" croissant for my son's party; it was space leavened very well, super puffed and decorated by angels, the owner is very friendly and the staff is always kind and helpful, it's not the first cake I've taken from them and it certainly won't be the last, I think one of the best pastry shops in Avezzano. Highly recommended!

31/03/2025: Dolci e caffe nella media e prezzi esagerati! 2 caffe e 2 dolci monoporzione 10 euro!!! Senza servizio al tavolo, senza acqua e il bagno fuori servizio per la 3a volta nello stesso mese. Esperienza pessima

17/03/2025: Shameful, I cross Aspromonte with more than 4000 meters of altitude difference in three days and these guys here charge me €20 for a tiny sandwich, a piece of dessert and two coffees. The receipt wasn't even in the owner's mind. I don't know if you pissed me off or disgusted me more, I left speechless because I was so pissed off and exhausted from the mountain of not wanting to argue. Starving.

28/12/2024: The bar/pastry service is excellent, the desserts are really good, especially the zeppole. Absolutely worth trying.

03/05/2025: Un ristorante ricavato in un suggestivo locale, con volta a botte ed archi in mattoni a vista sapientemente illuminato. Personale cortese e professionale, attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Punto di forza, come da nome del ristorante, la carne alla brace .Ho provato una eccellente tagliata di manzo, con cottura media perfettamente rispondente ai miei gusti, tenera e saporita, accompagnata da due contorni ( già previsti dal menù). I vini proposti rappresentano la ottima produzione delle varie cantine locali. Un tiramisù ha concluso l'ottima cena. Da tornarci

29/04/2025: Piatto di antipasto ( non piace il tartufo ed il miele) quindi ho evitato la mortadella al tartufo e il prosciutto al miele, al posto non hanno inserito nulla, il prezzo non è variato, due pezzettini di formaggio scarsa quantità, prosciutto crudo e ventricina da evitare , portato il pane senza olio , pezzetti di prosciutto sott’olio no, bruschette passabili, buoni i gnocchi al coccio , arrosticini non dí nostro gradimento, ottimo le due cischeik hai frutti di bosco , prezzo un po’ alto

29/05/2025: Mi dispiace per il locale, ma da quando è venuto a mancare il PERNO di tutto, ogni cosa va a schifo. Riempiono bottiglie d'acqua mezze vuote per darle ai clienti, riciclano pasti e il personale cazzeggia come se facessero i cavoli loro. La bottiglia viene servita CHIUSA e non reciclata con tappi aperti. Potete pure non credere, ma ha perso PUNTI.

24/04/2025: Quick lunch with cavatelli with chickpeas and home-made vegetables, sautéed cabbage and strawberries. Tasty dishes at very competitive prices. Vintage place where it is pleasant to sit. Very fast service. Must try.

11/02/2025: Absolutely must try! The flavor of the fish is delicious and cooked to perfection, without the use of too many condiments that could camouflage the flavours. Abundant quantities and very honest prices. Super friendly and very nice owners. Truly a discovery! We'll be back soon!

17/09/2024: Very simple location, practically on the beach. Fast service. Few dishes, simple and delicious. We went in mid September for a quick lunch with the last rays of sun and it was perfect. In 50 minutes we managed to leave and enjoy the sea view. Very good and honest. To try and try again.

30/01/2025: Partiti da Pescara carichi di aspettative. Beh, delusione totale. Prima e ultima volta. Provato l’unico menu presente, tale Amarcord che non ha alcun senso e presenta gusti che non sono affatto da stella. Servizio spesso impacciato, la spiegazione non si sentiva nemmeno. Conto sopra le righe, alle nostre osservazioni lo chef ha storto il naso e nemmeno ci ha salutato. In cucina servono meno social e molta sostanza, che qui manca del tutto. Pensavamo che Pescara fosse messa a livello ristorativo ma da queste parti se la passano peggio!

18/11/2024: Si mangia bene, non c’è dubbio. Però forse la stella Michelin è eccessiva. Titolare cortese ma troppe descrizioni minuziose dei piatti. Ambiente un tantino eccessivamente minimalista. Conto salato in linea con il target del posto. Buonino.

28/02/2025: Specifically, I have traveled through Italy during the years of my travels from Trieste to Porto Cesareo. I love Italy and go back several times a year. Over the many years of traveling, I have stayed in an incredible number of hotels, guest houses and various B & Bs. Since I myself work at a hotel and have been in the tourism industry for more than 20 years, I have always rated all my accommodations on Booking as a full 10, because they deserved it. I'll make one exception here and if I can't review on booking, I'll review here. I would like to point out in advance that the rating does not refer to the hotel's services or the quality of the accommodation, but is an assessment exclusively of the management. At the beginning of January 2025, I made a reservation on Booking for June 2025. Today I received a request from the hotel to cancel the reservation myself, because they are planning to renovate the hotel. I consider this action to be absolutely unprofessional, because the reconstruction is not planned from one day to the next, but is planned in advance (at least for the off-season and not for the summer). And when it was already known that there would be a period of reconstruction, they should have closed the online sales capacity of the rooms so that no one could make a reservation. Alternatively, plan the reconstruction from a certain period when there is no reservation and then the online sales capacity of the rooms is closed - this is the usual procedure. According to booking, this is the only hotel right in the city center of Civitella del Tronto, so I canceled the reservation because I wouldn't be able to stay there anyway, due to the closure. In a situation where you have everything planned, bought plane tickets, tickets for all trains throughout Italy (high-speed trains to Basilicata, back through Abruzzo and the final to Venezia), booked hotels in all cities, this hotel wants to cancel your reservation and it will completely ruin your travel plans, because apparently there is no other hotel in the city center of Civitella del Tronto. If the sales capacity on booking was closed, I would have made my vacation plans differently, so I have already lost a certain amount of money (at least for the trains) and now I am looking for an alternative solution. I hope that Mr. Zunica is aware that my cancellation of the reservation was due to my good will, I did not have to cancel the reservation and he would have to find accommodation in the same or higher category of the hotel in the given location, exactly according to the booking conditions. I do not recommend this hotel, the management's unprofessional approach will cause you a lot of extra worries instead of a pleasant stay.

14/01/2025: The room called the "grottino" is intimate and welcoming but you pay for the fact that there is no air conditioning. The staff should be more careful when asking the degree of doneness of the meat.

17/04/2025: Good restaurant specializing in cod. But you can eat other things too. The first ones are excellent I would exclude the appetizers (classics, nothing special.) The second courses are good. Service not very efficient and too hasty.
