I would like to report a serious issue regarding the behavior of McDonald's staff with whom I interact during my work as a delivery driver. The staff at this McDonald's location, Viale Corrado IV, 54, 67100 L'Aquila (AQ), are extremely rude, racist, and devoid of any professional ethics. Foreign workers are treated in an offensive and discriminatory manner, with a hostile attitude evident in both the behavior and expressions of the manager and much of the staff. Working as a delivery driver, I pick up orders from numerous restaurants and businesses every day. Despite this, I have never encountered such negative, disrespectful, and humiliating behavior anywhere else. The way foreign workers are viewed and treated is particularly concerning. There is a clear sense of contempt and hostility toward them, which should have no place in a modern, professional work environment.

Very nice and good in terms of food and atmosphere, but ordering from McDrive becomes a bit of a problem: This evening I went to get it through Mc Drive, and up to that point on the menu screen everything was correct, so I ordered food and paid; once I got home it happened that he gave me 4 portions of Rich Cheese Bacon instead of 2 and added few condiments.
