09/12/2025: Since reopening in November, we've had dinner here with arrosticini, pizzas, and bruschetta! Everything's good! Even though there's a wait! A few days ago, we came back for dinner, and the pizzas weren't like before! 😔 Tasteless and overcooked, with the middle raw, not to mention the toppings...almost invisible. I'm sorry... But something has changed, and it's certainly not for the better when it comes to the pizzas!!! I strongly advise against the pizza!!! Otherwise, everything's good!

25/04/2025: On our way back from a trip to Puglia, we decided to stop at this restaurant instead of the usual sandwich at the service station. Located in an industrial area, the place is frequented by workers. The owner is welcoming, but the atmosphere is a bit less so given its simplicity. The main course was good, with vegetables that I would have preferred warm. So far, so good; the problem lies in the lack of a menu and the owner's subjective interpretation of how she charged for meals. For this reason, I'm listing in this review the prices we were given, which absolutely don't justify what we were served. The first course, for example, was homemade "strozzapreti" pasta with traces of a sour sauce and rare pieces of ragù for €10 (in Polignano al Mare, right in the center, we paid €8 for a first course and it was superior). The second course was €13. All in all, it might be worth the price, but I doubt working-class customers can afford to pay that kind of money for their lunch break! A first course, two second courses, two glasses of wine, a Fanta, a bottle of water, and two coffees for a total of €53...an absolutely disproportionate amount for the location, the setting, and the food offered. Sometimes, being fair and giving your customers the menu prevents inequality among them and the risk of unpleasant reviews like this. Not recommended.

20/07/2025: All good. Welcoming, comfortable, and well-ventilated atmosphere under the pergola. The friendly and professional staff. The food was very good, though the portions were perhaps a little on the small side (not that it's a mistake, but from a restaurant nestled in such a beautiful and welcoming mountain setting, one would expect more generous portions... but that's okay). I really enjoyed the wild garlic gnocchi. The arrosticini were average in flavor, but way too expensive (€2 a piece is truly excessive). Overall, a good place, but I would have liked slightly larger portions and slightly lower prices. Update. I read the restaurant's response. While confirming the quality of the ingredients, I'd like to point out (without any polemical intentions) that I'm from Abruzzo, that I know arrosticini inside out, that I'm perfectly familiar with the cuts and different weights, that I'm familiar with wholesale and retail prices, and that's why I reiterate that the arrosticini served, while delicious, were absolutely overpriced for their quality and size. Anyway, I repeat, no polemical intent... Just a piece of advice from a buyer who loves good food, quality ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere. Kind regards. See you next time.

12/10/2025: A charming cafe with delicious sweets and coffee. You can also drink beer and cocktails here, maybe try it next time. The service is polite and fast. Cozy room, there are about half a dozen tables outside.

15/08/2025: I ordered a birthday cake, sending photos and a precise description of the desired flavor, and repeatedly asking for confirmation. Unfortunately, a key request wasn't met: the sponge cake wasn't moist enough and the flavor was too sweet. The decoration was beautiful, but for €60 (€27/kg), I expected the instructions to be followed. The mistake was admitted, but I paid for it. Disappointing.

25/11/2025: We visited this small but welcoming restaurant. The owner, very attentive and knowledgeable, served us with care and professionalism. We recommend it for traditional Lucanian cuisine.

24/11/2025: An intimate restaurant that brings the flavors of home. Everything is handmade by the owner. We tried the Lucanian appetizer, a first course, a second course, and dessert, all delicious. We'll definitely be back.

12/10/2025: A truly pleasant experience! The welcome was excellent: we immediately felt at home. The place is warm and welcoming, with attention to detail but without excess, just as you'd expect from a restaurant that focuses on authenticity. The food is homemade and prepared with quality ingredients. A special mention goes to the homemade cured meats and cheeses: fresh, flavorful, and authentic, a true journey through local flavors. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

25/09/2025: Rustic yet welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. The house-made bruschetta is a treat for the palate.

16/06/2025: Questo luogo va vissuto. Non penso sia possibile descriverlo, per la ricchezza di cose che contornano i tavoli. Storia, arte, luci, colori. L’interno una passeggiata in cose meravigliose, d’altri tempi. Le pietanze, poi, toccano la perfezione. Il carpaccio di cervo con i carciofini è squisito, lo è anche un prosciutto, tagliato spesso, bagnato con olio d’oliva EVO. Completa il tutto un servizio professionale, amichevole e rispettoso. Tornerò, sicuramente.

03/11/2025: We went there with some friends and I have to say it was a great discovery. The pizza is truly excellent, thin and well-seasoned. The service is also excellent.

16/09/2025: The pizza is excellent, both the schiacciata and the tonda. You have to wait a bit on Saturday and Sunday evenings, but it's worth it. They're great. Unfortunately, they don't offer draft beer.
