I had amazing paccheri with lobster, a delicious fish main course, and an exquisite dessert. Attentive and friendly service, Carlo was able to please us and fulfill all our requests. 02/02/2026: Passing through Opi for an overnight stay, we dined at this traditional restaurant. It offers a typical mountain atmosphere in front of a roaring fireplace. The asparagus, pecorino, and sausage were excellent, as were the arrosticini, and my wife absolutely loved the chocolate cake. The hostess was very kind, and the waiter deserves special mention, a very polite and precise young man. We'll definitely be back.

22/02/2026: The large dining room is always very crowded. To increase capacity, they're narrowing the seating. It's difficult to talk because with all those people, you have to raise your voice to be heard, and it creates a lot of noise. If you're looking for a relaxing evening, don't choose this place. In the summer, with the veranda open, it's much better. Overall, the service isn't too slow. The waiters are young and friendly. The food is decent. Be careful with your bill if the older gentleman is at the cash register (nice but very noisy).

08/02/2026: I went to this place with some friends for the first time, rustic atmosphere, fast service, attentive and kind waiters, very very good pizza, just a little high and crunchy, quality products, a little noisy but it's ok considering it was full, normal price.

15/02/2026: The place was decorated in the 80s-90s style. We were three: 1 cold cut with cheese 2 first courses, tagliatelle with mushrooms, but it was a portion divided between two people. They actually finished it with three forkfuls; it wasn't even 70 grams! We even asked for another portion because these two were meager. 2 bottles of water 1 haineken 3 desserts €75!!!!!!!!!! 🤬 SHAMEFUL

20/04/2026: We stopped for one night in the neighboring village while passing through. We went to Estrò without a reservation, taking our dog with us, based on the Michelin recommendation. We had a sensational meal, and it was very reasonably priced. Absolutely recommendable. I was able to pay the chef and exchange a few words with him. He was incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent as well. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

11/04/2026: I had high expectations from Estrò - Il Bistrot con l’accento, especially given its mention in the Michelin Guide—but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The wine selection was genuinely very good, and honestly, that might be the highlight of the place. It almost felt like the Michelin recognition leaned more on that than the overall dining experience. Service, however, was a major letdown. The staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire evening. As for the food, it simply didn’t meet expectations. Most of the dishes we ordered had to be sent back to the kitchen, which is something I rarely do. That alone says a lot. To make matters worse, the prices are quite high, and in one case even incorrect on the bill—something that should never happen at this level. Overall, a very underwhelming experience that does not justify the reputation or the cost. I wouldn’t return.

02/11/2025: We had lunch here with a friend ❤️ as soon as we arrived in Roseto. The fish is good, and the wine is good too. The staff is friendly, helpful, and kind. I recommend it.
