I would add one more positive note, congratulations for the attention to the object holders (beautiful and elegant and very simple wooden wine boxes) also for us men who today travel for work with two phones 📞 iPad keys 🔑 car 🚗 house keys etc. etc.

24/02/2025: Con gli anni abbiamo imparato, che la stella Michelin non è di per se garanzia di una esperienza da ricordare, ma questa è l'eccezione che conferma la regola. Locale carino, ma minimal, senza eccessi. Tanto personale, alcuni non molto empatici, ma comunque tutti super cortesi. Abbiamo scelto il menù caccia, ed è stato un susseguirsi di piatti eccellenti. A cominciare dall'aperitivo, con diversi assaggi, tutti ben pensati ed eseguiti. Il menù comincia che un'eccezionale battuta d'anatra, con una carne dal sapore divino. A seguire il cinghiale, sorprendente per sapore e per come è costruito il piatto. Ottimi anche il risotto al colombaccio (forse un filo su di sapore) e la pernice rossa. Appena sotto il livello il cervo e il dolce, ma qui influisce anche la fame calante. Saltiamo l'opzione di aggiungere una degustazione di formaggi, ma il carrello è invitante. Carta vini enciclopedica, e con ricarichi ridicolmente bassi. Insomma uno stellato, dove il cibo è ottimo e non si spende una follia.

20/03/2025: Had a wonderful night at Il Convivo Troiani, well worth its Michelin star. Appropriate decor - a temple to food. Professional and humorous staff. Wonderful and inventive flavours, playful (this seems to be a real thing in Rome Micehelin places). They even played with colours in one dish, made me think of Raphael (getting carried away here). Great value for its star.

15/03/2025: We had the 9 course meal (plus 3, sweets). The service was great and the food was excellent. Definitely worth coming back!

12/03/2025: In love with this place, hospitality, service, amazing food. A starred restaurant where there is harmony rather than contrasts in the menu. Because contrasting tastes is easy, making a harmonious dish is not for everyone.

01/03/2025: Simply a fantastic restaurant. It's been a long time since I ate tagliatella with a ragù like this. Very good, perfect cooking and properly prepared ragù. Homemade the way I like it! Really good Marked I will be back soon

25/02/2025: One of my favorite places where me and my partner ate in Bologna. The place is quite small and from the outside is more difficult to spot. Pro tip: make a reservation, we were lucky and found a spot because we came on at opening time. House wine was amazing, the tortellini and broth was just outstanding, the cheese platter, and the gramigna with a light sausage and pumpkin ragu and zuppa Inglese were also good (even though they change the menu periodically). In my opinion this is a must go place, as the staff is friendly, they speak English, they have day specials and the place feels very cozy.

19/03/2025: Don't be fooled by my 4 stars. They are 4 only because 5 for me is equal to perfection. The place is very beautiful, even if I found the bathroom a bit neglected. The service was impeccable. The dishes, needless to say, were sublime. Too bad there were none that particularly struck me. I didn't have the wow effect I was hoping for, but I undoubtedly had a pleasant experience. They also recommended an excellent wine that paired well with the dishes chosen.

09/03/2025: Extremely pleasant experience, a must do! Care is the word closest to this reality, for food, for the environment, for the balance between times, music and solutions.. The research and experimentation of flavors in each course, worthily described, was highly appreciated, but even more so were the education, hospitality and pride shown by all the staff, which should be essential in anyone who carries out this job. It will be a great pleasure to return!

10/11/2024: Nous avons très bien mangé dans une atmosphère chic et chaleureuse. Il s’agit d’une cuisine traditionnelle revisité dans une clé moderne qui peut satisfaire les palais les plus exigeants. Je le conseille vivement.

17/10/2024: Excellent and special dinner in a large and tasteful environment. Very fresh raw materials in dishes that combine innovation and translation. The owner and staff offer punctual and present service in the right way.

06/03/2025: I recommend this restaurant located in the historic center. Beautiful historic and unique place with tables also in the garden overlooking the lake. We had two first courses: Maltagliati, homemade, with tench and Fagiolina del Trasimeno. Very good. Compliments.

27/02/2025: Piatti straordinari, realizzati con materie prime eccellenti e di assoluta freschezza. La presentazione è impeccabile, e gli abbinamenti con i vini esaltano ogni sapore, regalando un vero e proprio viaggio nel gusto autentico. Il gelato stratosferico a chiusura ti lascia senza fiato.

11/02/2025: My husband reserved a table for dinner at Sissi for the two of us for my birthday, and it was a wonderful evening. The food was of high quality, the service was very competent and attentive, but never intrusive. We were welcomed by Signor Fenoglio and he himself also explained the menu. It was also very appreciative that he personally stopped by almost every table and exchanged a few words with the guests. For my birthday, not only was the table discreetly decorated, my dessert was also "garnished" with a birthday candle. We had a wonderful evening and can fully recommend the restaurant - not just for birthday surprises :-)

09/02/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An evening at Sissi in Merano is worth it. The menu? Creative and full of surprises. There were also really good wine recommendations that were a perfect fit. The hosts? Super nice and warm – you immediately feel at home. All in all, a really nice evening that we definitely won't forget.
