12/04/2026: Nothing to say. Definitely not an everyday restaurant, but one for special occasions or culinary experiences. Refined cuisine, rich in flavor, but never bland. No detail is overlooked, and excellent service is ensured by Sandro and the housekeeper, who, near the end of the meal, goes around the tables to say hello and make sure everything is going well! I highly recommend this restaurant to Modena residents and tourists looking for culinary authors!

12/04/2026: An unforgettable sensory experience. A sublime dinner from start to finish. We chose the "Tutti al mare" tasting menu, a fitting name: each course was a veritable explosion of flavors and contrasts, interpreted with exceptional technique and passion. The atmosphere is inviting, warm, and truly comfortable, instantly putting guests at ease. Special praise also goes to the service, which was absolutely excellent: attentive, professional, yet never intrusive. An experience worth repeating and highly recommended to anyone seeking excellence.

28/03/2026: An absolutely must-try experience. The three menus available are always a difficult choice, as each is unique and excellent in its own way. This is my second time back, and it's a sure thing. The food is excellent. The dishes are well-balanced and well-rounded, leaving you feeling satisfied and content. The owner, Andrea, is an exceptional sommelier, showcasing the passion and professionalism he brings to selecting, recommending, and serving wines. You'll find one of, if not the, best wine cellars in Emilia-Romagna. I highly recommend a wine tasting to accompany your menu. In my opinion, a guarantee and an absolute must-try!

10/03/2026: The food isn't tasty, just plain bad. Only people who've never had anything better than a McDonald's burger might like it. It's unclear why it's got a target star. The service is excellent.

30/04/2026: One of the best restaurants in Bologna, reservations are a must, or you need to queue up in advance, as it seems that only the four seats at the bar are available for walk-ins.

25/04/2026: It is Michelin recommended and we were expecting a lovely meal…it surpassed our expectations. The staff provided a comprehensive description of each dish and service was faultless. Each course was delicious, flavoursome and perfectly executed. Fabulous experience and would highly recommend…but make sure you book a table.

07/04/2026: Not cheap but interesting and delicious food. We had the five course tasting menu for lunch and actually received about 9 courses. The wine was also very good.

21/04/2026: A truly special lunch for my 50th birthday. Excellent food, perfect welcome, and impeccable customer service. Rosario and his staff are the best!

14/04/2026: The excellent cuisine and the warm welcome of Mr. Rosario are the restaurant's strong points. As soon as we arrived, having warned us that two other diners were running late, he not only took care to engage us in lively conversation but also immediately arranged for us to have some good wine. The atmosphere was immediately familiar and authentic, the expression of someone who truly does this job with passion, a quality that is reflected in the cuisine: we enjoyed homemade dishes with intense and authentic flavors, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everything was excellent: the ultra-fresh anchovy fillets, the fried fish, the tiella barese meatballs, the octopus, the seared tuna, the bruschetta with caparroni, and even the first courses, each more delicious than the last (my spaghetti with crab was superb). To round off the evening, a special mention must also be made of the impeccable service and the truly welcoming atmosphere.

08/05/2026: We dined at Sissi and had the "Settepiatti" menu – it was simply superb. Every course was prepared with meticulous attention to detail, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. We were particularly impressed by the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – we felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The service was also attentive, friendly, and highly professional without being intrusive. A truly special evening with exceptional cuisine and a wonderful ambiance. We will definitely be back!

19/04/2026: For those passing through Franciacorta or Iseo, this is an event not to be missed. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a trattoria from another era, but with cuisine that, starting from tradition, becomes innovative and refined. Familiar ingredients are presented with completely new formats, cooking methods, and flavors. During the experience, after each course, you'll wonder, "What's next?" And the next surprise will make you forget the last one. Fantastic service provided by people who are passionate about their work and the stories they share with you about each course. A truly special experience. The cuisine in particular deserves more than just a mention in the Michelin Guide. An experience I will recommend to everyone. A sincere thank you to all the staff and especially to my colleagues who introduced me to it.
