13/04/2025: Truly unique restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in Modena and its province. Sublime location; intimate, romantic, classy atmosphere. The service is attentive without ever being pompous. The possibility of meeting at the end of the evening with chef Annamaria is of great importance. Prices have room for improvement: sometimes they are truly excessive, senseless (water; coffee; wines; cover charge; fried dumpling starter >€20). Parking to improve, too small. Ultimately, a perfect restaurant for special occasions

07/04/2025: At Antica Moka time has stopped. An experience that goes beyond taste, capable of touching deep chords and giving a true caress to the soul. The atmosphere is enveloping, refined but never cold, capable of making you feel part of something authentic and rare. The flavors speak for themselves: intense, sincere, harmonious. Each dish is a story with attention to the smallest details, executed with skill and passion. The service is impeccable, made up of silent attention and measured gestures that complete an experience of absolute grace. A place where the heart stays a while, even after saying goodbye.

07/04/2025: We chose the seasonal menu without opting for any variations, also because it was the first time we went there. As you might expect from a haute cuisine restaurant, each course is carefully prepared both visually and from a gustatory point of view, the service is there but not overwhelming and we relied on Andrea, the sommelier, to accompany the various courses and I would say that each glass harmonized with the dish of the moment. The bread made by them is renewed every time it runs out, which could fill you up before the end of the meal. I suggest saving space for a cheese tasting, it's worth it. They are currently renovating the upper floors where rooms will be built, an added convenience for those coming from a bit far away, which is not uncommon given the location of the restaurant. An experience worth having.

30/03/2025: Fourth starred in my journey of discovery of experimental cuisine. 9-course menu at 330 euros for two people and 3 accompanying glasses at 110 euros for two people. Absolutely substantial dishes. An important sensory journey with exciting combinations of raw materials that are also simple but very well enhanced. We were not enthusiastic about the last dish: amatriciana revisited out of context both logical and path ... With onion and vinegar ... Unfortunately for the Roman it is an unpleasant combination with an unpleasant permanence in the mouth after the meal. Everything else promoted. Fantastic and friendly service. Very pleasant evening overall

The waiters operate together in synchrony and create a seamless experience. Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. From the moment you step inside, the refined elegance and impeccable service envelop you. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming, a perfect blend of classic charm and contemporary chic. But the true star is the food. Each dish is a masterpiece, a testament to the culinary vision of Aimo and Nadia. The innovative yet respectful approach to Italian cuisine is evident in every bite. The flavors are exquisitely balanced, the textures a delightful dance on the palate, and the presentation is nothing short of art. We savored every course, from the delicate appetizers to the stunningly delicious main courses. The wine list is equally impressive, offering a curated selection to perfectly complement the meal. While the price reflects the exceptional quality and experience, it is a worthwhile investment for a truly memorable culinary journey. 20/04/2025: The food isn't bad, but the dishes are unnecessarily complicated and sometimes tasteless. Too many sauces, sauces, etc. and you no longer understand what you are eating. Wine list and service ok. Prices increased compared to a couple of years ago.

19/03/2025: Don't be fooled by my 4 stars. They are 4 only because 5 for me equals perfection. The place is very beautiful, although I found the bathroom a bit neglected. The service was impeccable. The dishes, needless to say, were sublime. Too bad there wasn't any that particularly struck me. I didn't have the wow effect I was hoping for, but I undoubtedly had a pleasant experience. They also recommended an excellent wine that paired well with the dishes we chose.

12/04/2025: We had a fantastic evening! The food was absolutely delicious, with wonderful flavors and a thoughtful use of local ingredients. The wines were truly special, and we were pleasantly surprised with several extra small dishes to try. Inside, the restaurant looks quite chic, but the atmosphere is cozy and inviting rather than formal—thanks in large part to the incredibly kind and enthusiastic staff. We highly recommend dining here!

27/03/2025: We like to try Michelin restaurants when we travel and this restaurant richly deserves its inclusion in the Michelin guide and more! The dishes are cooked and presented to perfection. I particularly want to mention the dessert with cooked milk, specially-made vanilla gelato and fruit and vegetable salad that tasted soooooo good that I still could not forget it about 1 week after eating it. And the service was unbelievably outstanding. The owner greeted every patron with genuine warmth. He took an interest in every patron. How incredible is that?! To me, this restaurant sets the bar extremely high for other restaurants across the world to follow. Not only in terms of the food but also in terms of the service. We are so glad that we drove specially to this city in order to eat in this restaurant. Heartfelt thanks to all in this restaurant!

08/05/2025: A wonderful evening full of enjoyment! Completely unnoticed, one of the courses was substituted because I didn't want eggplant – very professional and attentive from the chef! And the service made the stay a harmonious, feel-good evening.

05/04/2025: Great experience! Dining at La Madia was a journey immersed in taste: having been able to taste 10 dishes each with different flavors and with various balances between the ingredients was exciting! Each course changed from the previous one in every way, including flavor, colors and plating. Very often flowers or herbs were used as ingredients, I personally am not used to them but it was a pleasant and extravagant surprise. Strictly top quality ingredients. It is certainly not the classic Brescian trattoria where you can find polenta and shin but, given that we are all children of the time in which we live, at La Madia we wanted to create a 2.0 service that offers two 7 or 10 course menus where the customer is treated like a King and, on the other hand, he is only asked to sit down and enjoy the journey in the taste of their dishes. I highly recommend

26/03/2025: Delicious lunch A great discovery this beautiful trattoria that everyone speaks highly of and rightly so. Everything is seasonal, everything is homemade, so experimental and of great quality. The first courses in particular were triumphant. You eat on wonderful vintage porcelain, in a refined and genuine environment, guided throughout by an attentive and thoughtful staff that knows what they are doing. Well done to everyone and well done to the chef who is always experimenting. We will definitely return
