16/05/2026: The place is truly beautiful, well-maintained, and beautifully presented, which is why we chose to come here. I had booked specifying that three of the four people were celiac, after asking if gluten-free options were available and receiving confirmation.
Once we arrived, we had to remind ourselves of this several times, but gradually we discovered that many dishes were unsuitable, including some appetizers ordered and delivered without proper attention to the situation. After reiterating this several times, we realized that many of the dishes were unsuitable.
Being celiac isn't a choice, and those who are celiac often feel uncomfortable when dining out, because they don't always feel completely comfortable having to constantly ask for information or special requests. For this very reason, when a restaurant confirms the availability of gluten-free options, we expect greater preparation and attention. It's a shame, because the location truly deserves it.

29/07/2026: The starters were plentiful and delicious, we also ordered two main courses of fried fish and roast meat, all fresh, genuine and plentiful.
25/07/2026: A truly excellent experience! We chose one of the set menus, a great way to sample the restaurant's various specialties at an affordable price. Everything was plentiful and prepared with quality ingredients.
The appetizers were excellent and rich in flavor, while the real stars of the dinner were the sliced beef, tender and perfectly cooked, and the fried fish, crispy, light, and truly delicious.
Special praise also goes to the owners and staff, who are very approachable, friendly, and always available, making you feel immediately at ease. As a very welcome gesture, they even offered us mussels, which were incredibly fresh and delicious, a thoughtful touch we greatly appreciated.
The atmosphere was welcoming, the set menus were excellent, and the cuisine truly deserves its merits. We'll definitely be back and recommend it without hesitation!

26/06/2026: Excellent hospitality, delicious and authentic dishes. Tasty cuisine made with high-quality ingredients truly makes a difference in this restaurant constellation. Anyone who manages to do this while maintaining authentic flavors deserves nothing less than great recognition. The wine list is also excellent. Thanks to the manager, who shared some very interesting stories about the food and his business. See you soon, hopefully!
20/06/2026: We were greeted at the last minute by the owner, a helpful and very kind person, but, above all, we ate divinely. Quality ingredients, homemade yet impeccable. We'll definitely be back!

14/06/2026: We had a lunch reservation. We arrived an hour early, and although they were still closed, they offered us water. We were also given free rein to visit their fantastic wine cellar. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Peppe Zullo even came around to greet each guest and exchange a few words. The rather long drive from Bari was definitely worth it. We will certainly be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Una delusione,tanto fumo e niente arrosto questo è il termine adatto per definire questo posto e non solo il luogo anche chi lo gestisce sono passati 3 anni da tutto ciò è purtroppo noi ne riportiamo ancora l'amaro in bocca e non solo noi,dove 2 genitori hanno fatto sacrifici tutto l'anno per rendere la comunione della propria figlia una meraviglia ci siamo affidati a loro e al signore che ci accolse come il film di pinocchio luì naturalmente era la volpe o il gatto (scegliete voi) e noi poveri illusi alle prime Volte ci siamo affidati a lui.
Scegliemmo villa jamele per il posto che tanto di capello ne vale la pena poi ci mostro il menù ed era ok animazione e DJ ottimo dissi c'è tutto e sembra essere davvero tutto molto bello, sii certo come no un giorno prima della comunione ci chiamano e ci dicono guardi c'è un problema non possiamo fare più a villa jamele perché è saltata la corrente e abbiamo dei problemi quindi vi sposteremo (60 persone) a villa paradiso.
Lo sconforto la rabbia mi arrabbio con quel povero di mio marito, lì non mi piaceva troppo retroò il signor Francesco non si fece nemmeno trovare quando portammo la roba li, vabbè calmiamoci è solo una sala...
Giorno della comunione: arriviamo disposizione dei tavoli non comment eravamo insieme ad altra gente e vabbè lasciamo stare anche questo particolare,aria cupa il dj che non ha nominato una sola volta mia figlia una paranoia totale,ok dissi vabbè ora i bambini faranno qualcosa con l'animazione signori e signori non c'era l'animazione si scusano dicendo che il padre della ragazza dell'animazione non si era sentito bene 😱 io dissi ma e' uno scherzo un piano B? Non c'è mia figlia pianse tutto il giorno e noi con lei con una pena al cuore che ci portiamo ancora oggi, a per il mangiare niente di particolare un 6 è più che sufficiente.

04/04/2026: It was on our list of places to visit, to try, and we finally went. In my opinion, it's a wine bar with a kitchen, serving good, high-quality osteria-style cuisine. They have a large selection of wines at fair prices. The simple dishes are traditional from Puglia and Gargano. We didn't try the meat, but they did try the cod in five different versions, all excellent. The traditional country appetizers were good. The EVO oil is locally produced, and you can taste it. A very welcoming place in the historic part of town; you can't access it by car, only on foot. A very good experience, definitely worth trying again. I personally found the chickpea and turnip hummus dish very good. Very well balanced.
22/02/2026: If you're looking for the perfect combination of rustic atmosphere and gastronomic excellence, Opuswine is a must-visit. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by the warmth of the exposed stone walls and the kindness of the owner. The dishes are delicious, crafted with excellent quality ingredients and respect for tradition, an explosion of authentic flavors. For lovers of fine wine, the selection is very interesting.
A place where time seems to stand still, the wine flows generously, and the food warms the heart. Attentive service, smiling and never intrusive.

06/08/2026: A simply wonderful place, a true corner of paradise.
It's a farmhouse immersed in nature where you can breathe in peace. For animal lovers, it's a special place: sheep, chickens, geese, and countless cats make the atmosphere even more magical. The cave where the cheeses are aged is also beautiful.
The cuisine is exceptional; it's hard to say which was the best dish because they were all delicious. Special mention goes to the ricotta cake with vanilla cream: simply sublime.
A special thanks to Michela, the owner, a very sweet and kind person, as are all the staff.
The bill was more than fair, and I really appreciated a simple but beautiful gesture: figs picked from their own tree were brought to each table to taste. It's those little touches that really make a difference.
Highly recommended!
05/08/2026: A truly enchanting experience. The ladies are incredibly kind and immediately make you feel at home, not to mention the quality of the meat (they don't serve first courses, the menu focuses on second courses). We truly ate wonderfully, spent a fair amount, and discovered an unforgettable little corner of Gargano.

Lunch organized by an uncle. The attention to detail in the plating was second only to the flavors each dish delivered. Veal with tuna sauce and shellfish, paccheri with fish sauce, to name a few. The most surprising thing was the dessert: gelato on a fruit and vegetable salad! Well done!

We visited this restaurant last Sunday and had a fantastic experience. We ate wonderfully: the ingredients were top-quality, and the presentation was beautiful, as the eye deserves its share.
The service was impeccable, managed by a skilled, friendly, and attentive staff. The owners and chef were also truly friendly. The extraordinary value for money is also worthy of note. We'll definitely be back!

12/06/2026: This isn't the first time we've come with friends to this charming and unique little place. A small room with just a few seats, where the owner Luigi is very welcoming and friendly. The room is filled with truly original details and a truly unique background music. As for the food, I can confirm the specialty of the pizza slices served, with their very light dough and high-quality ingredients, from the truffles to the schiacciatine with gorgonzola and pecans, to the pepperoni and sausage slice. All accompanied by quality wines and excellent sparkling wines. The desserts are also superb.
Congratulations, Luigi, for your professionalism and, above all, for your desire to give your place a unique and excellent feel.
