It is always packed with people laughing and enjoying their two hosts, Meg and Pasquale who not only make sure you have everything the way you like it but are also very knowledgable about everything Italian and always ready to help. A great introduction to Puglia and always an uplifting experience! Cant wait to go back!

02/05/2026: I can honestly say that Borgo Egnazia is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. It is not just about the stunning infrastructure, the real magic lies in the people and the service. Everyone is warm, kind, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. It truly feels like being welcomed into a local family.
A special thank you to Loredana, Gianvito, Rosita, Giacomo, and Devid, who treated my wife and me like family and made our stay unforgettable. You all did an amazing job, cheers to the entire Borgo Egnazia team.
Everything is simply top notch. The food, the gelato shop, the golf course, and every corner of the property are 10 out of 10.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy a once in a lifetime experience.

19/05/2026: We had to take a deep breath when we arrived; this location is simply stunning. After half an hour of taking photos and strolling among olive trees over 1000 years old, we sat down at a table with a breathtaking view.
Top-notch service, incredibly friendly people, and a truly exceptional chef. We've been to Italy many times and always love coming back, but for me, this place feels like the real Italy.
Next time, we'll definitely stay overnight.

If you're passing through San Pancrazio Salentino, Pizzeria Fratelli Buccolieri is an absolute must.
The pizza dough is light, digestible, and perfectly cooked, but the undisputed star of the menu is their sfogliatine. To say it's delicious is an understatement: it's simply a masterpiece of crispy outside and soft inside, filled with fresh, top-quality ingredients. A true explosion of flavor that alone is worth the trip!
The place is welcoming, and the atmosphere is typical of things made with love. Special mention also goes to the staff and owners: kind, fast, and always smiling, capable of making you feel at home from the first moment.

30/04/2026: What can we say? For us, Don Angus means trust, consistently guaranteed quality, and the wonderful feeling of being at home.
The star of the show is, of course, the top-quality meat, but a special mention goes to the service, always attentive and courteous, capable of accommodating every request with utmost professionalism.
We absolutely recommend it!

08/06/2026: Wine shop and restaurant Il Cucco is located in the small town of Cisternino. It is a modern yet authentically decorated restaurant with an inner courtyard. The menu is diverse, the food is of high quality, and coincidentally, there was a Dutch waitress present who served us wonderfully. Definitely worth a visit!

A special mention goes to the person who guided us throughout the day, making sure we had time to eat, that we were taken care of, and who kindly explained everything we needed to know during the wedding cake moment. 14/07/2026: A charming little restaurant with an authentic atmosphere, authentic and tasty traditional local dishes, and a rare kind owner. I really hope to return before I leave.
14/07/2026: Dinner with friends, tables outside, quiet street. Mr. Luigi was delicious, like everything we ate. I asked questions because I was curious, and I learned that he was in the same business, so I learned that it was a family-run business that was coming of age this year.
The recommended wine was perfect for us, and the fava beans and friggitelli were also really good.
The attention to detail in the bathroom was exceptional.
Well done! And so much passion and patience...

From the first bite, it’s clear this is a place where tradition and artistry are in perfect harmony.
Each dish is a revelation — local Apulian ingredients transformed with precision and soul. The flavors are both bold and delicate, rooted in authenticity yet elevated to something unforgettable. The experience flows seamlessly, with each course presented like a work of art that respects the region’s heritage while pushing it forward.
A special mention must go to Pastry Chef Giuseppe, whose desserts are nothing less than masterpieces. His creations are light yet decadent, imaginative yet deeply comforting — the perfect finale to an already remarkable meal. Cielo at La Sommità is a jewel of Puglia, and without question, worthy of a Michelin star.

11/08/2026: A cozy spot in bustling Ostuni. We hadn't made a reservation and had a 40-minute wait. The staff were incredibly friendly and worked their socks off. We were offered a table and were well taken care of, whether there were other people waiting or not. All the staff members spoke English or certainly did their best to help. As a starter, we ordered the carrots and the capocollo, followed by the special orechiette and the paccheri with ragú. We asked for a matching glass of wine. The combination of the wine and the food was truly delicious. This restaurant is highly recommended in the city!
