02/06/2025: Frequentiamo la Trattoria Del Bivio da quasi 20 anni e ogni volta è sempre una piacevole sorpresa. La cucina di Massimo è incredibile, i suoi piatti non deludono mai, la grande attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime, la tecnica e lo lo studio dietro ogni piatto, portano la clientela in un viaggio gourmet stellare. Nonostante il menù raffinato e l'ambiente elegante, Selia, la proprietaria, ti fa sentire come a casa, guidandoti in questa incredibile avventura enogastronomica, con sapienza e professionalità. Dopo la cena abbiamo pernottato in una bella stanza in stile Langa con una fantastica vista sulle colline, di fronte alla piscina interna riscaldata. Abbiamo concluso questo fantastico weekend con una lauta colazione interamente preparata dalla cucina esaltando prodotti del territorio, come la crema di nocciole, pane e brioches di loro produzione, uova strapazzate e ogni ben di Dio si possa immaginare. Consiglio a chiunque di provare quest'esperienza. Noi come sempre torneremo! Grazie di cuore Selia e Massimo!

11/05/2025: Vedendo le recensioni e le foto invitanti abbiamo deciso di venire qui e di passar la notte in una delle splendide camere per goderci la cena degustando un buon vino senza pensieri di dover guidare poi.. Il ristorante offre una selezione di piatti molto ricercata e l'esperienza e la cordialità della proprietaria fanno da cornice alla serata.. Gentilissima dall accoglienza ai saluti finali.. assolutamente consigliato sia come ristorante che per soggiornarvi..

04/04/2025: Ivo & Poldo Uno in accoglienza nel locale e prodigo di consigli per il menù che vuoi assaggiare, l'altro é il menù che vuoi assaggiare. Attento ai sapori e pronto ad uscire con pranzi e cene a tema che hanno nelle sue creazioni il punto di forza. Un modo bello dove la semplicità si coniuga con la voglia di farti scoprire nuovi sapori ereditati dalla tradizione. Andare ogni tanto fa bene al cuore (ed al palato).

11/06/2025: Exceptional service and food. Choosing what to order was a struggle, but eventually, we got there. From the gnocchi to the filetto con verdure, everything was spot-on, and you can't go wrong by picking anything on the menu. The zabaione is a must-have when you visit.

18/06/2025: Probably one of the 5 best restaurants I have been in my life. The owner and her team take great effort in making the dinner a great experience. They want you to feel welcome. The sommelier is amazing also. Take your time for dinner and relax for this amazing experience. I have been here several time, and now also came here to sit outside. Recommended. You will not regret coming here.

14/06/2025: Gemma is wonderful, she puts enthusiasm into her work as you can taste it in her tajarin cut with a knife. Highly recommended, the real Piedmontese food as it once was, thanks Gemma!!!

13/06/2025: Gemma delle Langhe is an authentic osteria, where simplicity meets good handmade food and the pleasure of conviviality. Personal note: courgettes with less garlic and rabbit a bit stringy, but it remains a beautiful experience of sincere and welcoming cuisine. Forza Gemma!

With one-of-a-kind services, Madernassa is the perfect structure for a lunch, a dinner and for any kind of event, including private parties and weddings. All the staff has the ability to manage with love, professionalism, every aspect, with a success of the event beyond all expectations (in our case of spouses, friends and relatives)! The kitchen, masterfully led by the D'Errico brothers, has confirmed itself as a guarantee even for events with over 100 people, always maintaining the very high quality standard in taste, presentation, creativity and refinement of the raw materials to which they have accustomed us over the years! A dream location that I recommend to anyone who wants to be sure of hitting the mark 🤩

30/05/2025: Siamo stati accolti da Luciano, una persona simpaticissima, il cui calore e ospitalità rendono il benvenuto davvero speciale. La cucina è tipica e familiare: qui la qualità non si misura in termini di alta cucina, ma in una semplice eccellenza, fatta di genuinità e sapori autentici. Che dire del resto? Lasciatevi consigliare da lui se volete trascorrere una serata all’insegna della convivialità, in un luogo dove l’atmosfera e la location esprimono perfettamente questo spirito. I vini sono ottimi e gli antipasti… beh, non hanno fatto altro che prolungare il piacere di un’esperienza davvero godibile. Consiglio prenotate in largo anticipo se non volete rimanere a bocca vuota.
