29/06/2025: Let's start with the positive notes. Both the dough and the search for quality of the ingredients are good. There is no arguing about this point. The sore point, unfortunately, is that the pizzas, as time goes by, are offered with increasingly exaggerated cords and increasingly smaller dimensions. To be more explicit, they are more similar to the baby pizzas that were once ordered for children. All this means that the toppings on the pizzas are increasingly scarce and the prices are still high. Even the appetizers, which until a few years ago were particularly generous, are now increasingly dietetic. (But if I want to be on a diet, I'll stay at home). Example of Italian Frying proposed by Ragno: 1 croquette, 1 arancino, 1 mozzarella, 1 omelette and fried courgettes €9.00, but the size of the fried foods is for babies.....A bit like nouvelle cuisine, large plates and a spoonful, if you're lucky, of food. To prove what I say, just look at the many photos of Ragno's pizzas and understand that my criticism is intended to be constructive and not destructive. I can also understand that behind every commercial activity there are out-of-pocket expenses that obviously weigh on the business, but what I can't stand is that the end customer always has to pay the highest price. I'm also fine with you increasing prices, but at the same time, try to offer in exchange products proportionate to what we spend and not small pizzas or appetizers for starving people. But we humans are like this: as long as we eat out, we are all happy and I add... superficial He who is happy enjoys...not me, if I pay and not a little, I also want to eat. In Avellino, there is no shortage of excellent pizzerias, which offer the right quality-price ratio.

08/06/2025: 5 star experience, abundant dishes, delicious food and speed and courtesy are the masters of the house. Rich and varied appetizer, tasty and flavorful first courses, the meat of the second courses was really soft and juicy and even the desserts were a wonderful icing on the cake! But what is most surprising is that the owner brings aluminum trays to the table to fill with food leftovers to avoid waste! Noisy and rustic place but highly recommended!

02/06/2025: I had been there years ago and remembered that the food was excellent... last night, during a business meeting, I had confirmation: if possible, even better than then. Impeccable welcome from Rino, the owner, who made me feel at home, or rather, among friends. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and a menu that conquers from the first to the last dish. Excellent meats, exquisite pizza, everything taken care of in the smallest details. A truly pleasant evening, between taste and sincere hospitality. I will definitely be back. Congratulations!

06/04/2025: Locale storico che non avevo mai avuto il piacere di provare. Mi è stato consigliato da un'amica e lo provo con piacere. L'esperienza è stata davvero unica,posto molto tranquillo,curato e con un'atmosfera romantica. La cena è stata straordinaria,una vera esperienza di sapori particolari e proposte nuove. Sono rimasto davvero molto colpito. Personale di servizio cordiale e attento,per non parlare di Ada che è una vera professionista. Consigliatissimo,tappa obbligatoria nell'eccellenza di Avellino.

Good starter and not too abundant (which I appreciate because it leaves room to try other things without getting full). Ravioli with truffle (made as it should be), Super sliced ​​meat and finally delicious pork fillet. We took an Aglianico Iole Andreotti but they also have less "demanding" wines. Very particular location and prices in line with the average (in my opinion very honest, given the quality of the products). Perfect service. I will go back without a doubt.

02/06/2025: I also come from Puglia and work in the restaurant industry. I can say that this business is family-run and they work hard. The offer is varied, the environment is very nice and characteristic especially the tavern downstairs where you can choose from a variety of wines. I honestly found the food good even if nothing sophisticated or refined. Let's look at the negative aspect that I have to point out to my "fellow" restaurateurs: one of the owners comes to me and asks me "so what can I bring you"? And I tell him "I don't know what you have, so how can I tell you what to bring me"? This is to tell him, bring the menu so I can see what you have and decide. They don't have a menu so it's not possible to know what they prepare and above all how much the courses cost. But what's even more serious is that nowadays the menu is essential to see intolerances and allergens (something unknown in this place). You go a bit groping, also because you don't understand what they bring you and how much you pay for it. We took some meat and we went by trust on the weight (but also on the price) because you need a scale with the receipt to actually understand if that meat was 600 g as they told us. All in all, half of the dishes and their prices are in line with the market, but the other half are not. But not displaying the price and not letting you see the menu seems more like a tactic to catch tourists (and I was not a tourist). The only place where the price was visible was the cellar with the wines. We appreciated the fact that they offered us a digestive. However, I want to take a photo of the bill because the "fiscal" receipt?? if you draw the sum The total paid does not coincide with the sum of the dishes. In my life it is the only place where they rounded up. Dear colleagues, it is definitely a place not to recommend to other people, not for the quality of the food, but for everything else. With €140 here in Puglia I will make you a seafood menu that you will never forget in your life.

15/06/2025: Struttura che consiglio per chi vuole provare una cucina stellata e vivere anche un momento molto intimo in piacevole compagnia.

26/05/2025: È sempre difficile arrivare a un giudizio definitivo in ristoranti di questa fascia. Difficile che possa piacere tutto, difficile che possa convincere tutto, difficile comprendere alcune scelte. Il finger food iniziale può essere un mood simpatico per iniziare ad approcciare le tendenze e le vocazioni dello chef, se non fosse che si finisce per perdersi e confondersi tra 101 sapori e profumi diversi, alcuni gradevoli, a tratti esplosivi, altri più anonimi e direi quasi inutili. Stesse sensazioni poi con le pietanze al piatto. Troppe portate. Ci si confonde e ci si dimentica quasi tutto. D’altronde è il ricordo che lascia a fare grande un ristorante. Sapidità a volte eccessive, come nella signature, lo spaghetto allo scoglio con bisque di oltre 50 pesci, in cui si esalta più la sapidità che il suo stesso concentrato di mare. Ma d’altronde sono scelte, discutibili o meno, come quella di prediligere in maniera energica il tocco francese trascurando invece quasi del tutto il territorio. Ai dolci poi si arriva ad un trionfo di vanità, puntando più sul “wow” delle giocose presentazioni che sulla sostanza sia della grande che piccola pasticceria. Insomma più bassi che alti, da un ristorante di questo calibro ci si sarebbe aspettato qualcosa in più (a voler essere generosi), magari con una maggiore sintesi, poiché come in tutte le cose, il troppo stroppia.

13/05/2025: The new management, partially already operating in the pizza restaurant, has experience and clear ideas, the quality of the food offered is very high and the result is a place that is increasingly a sure reference for the upper Caserta area and the Sannio area. And not only that. The choice of dishes is not wide, but for me it is more than enough to satisfy every desire and to guarantee lots of freshness and, as mentioned, quality and attention in the preparation of the dishes. It ranges, just to mention a few, from pizzas fragrant and light like a cloud of garlic appetizers based on exceptional cured meats and vegetables in season, to first courses with dry pasta or stuffed eggs and finally the extraordinary cuts of beef. The desserts are equally delicious and well made and off you go away wishing to return soon. The environment is serene and welcoming, as is the service, young and precise, the wine list, it is not very large but as well as the menu it is more than enough to satisfy everyone. The final bill is correct and the rating is high.

08/04/2025: Muy buena pizzería a un precio inmejorable. Tienen horno de leña y eso se nota mucho, un sitio para volver en el futuro sin ninguna duda.
