05/04/2026: And what can I say? Excellent food, impeccable service, and the maître d' with unparalleled knowledge of wines and spirits. The owner is always present, supervising everything without being intrusive. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Campania.

13/03/2026: Excellent dinner and very attentive service. The location is truly beautiful and elegant, perfect for a pleasant evening. My only small complaint: during dinner, a guest at another table started playing guitar and singing, causing a bit of a disturbance in the dining room. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

23/11/2025: A pleasant experience with Tullio. He showed us around his educational farm, and we made cheese with him. We continued the day with a lunch he prepared with local products, including freshly made fior di latte! Thanks to Tullio and his team.

07/04/2026: Quality, expertise, location, and value are the result of the owner Marino's expert management. We visited him again on Easter Monday (traveling 180 km), and he and his staff were exceptional, as always. We can't wait to return.

The quality of the food is top-notch, with carefully crafted dishes and fresh ingredients that are evident in every bite. Special mention goes to the service, which is excellent and professional, making us feel truly welcomed. The wine list deserves special mention: we chose an Aglianico del Sannio from Aia dei Colombi, a full-bodied local red that perfectly complemented our meal, confirming the restaurant's dedication to local excellence. An ideal place for a quality team lunch. We'll definitely be back!

27/03/2026: Only the price is gourmet. I'm sorry to write this review but paying 47 euros for 2 pizzas, 1 montanarina, 1 water and a beer seems like an exaggeration to me. The pizza wasn't worth that price.

In Montesarchio, "Pulcinella's Secret" isn't just a dinner, but a gastronomic journey where the pizzaiolo's technique meets the chef's vision. Must-try dishes: La Montanara: Often Giuseppe's calling card. The frying is masterful, dry and crispy, a cushion of air that enhances the quality of the tomatoes and dairy products. La Milanese di Bove: A masterpiece of creativity. Translating the identity of a Lombard classic onto a disc of Campanian pasta is a technical challenge, overcome with elegance and surprising flavor. Carciofi tri atti: Here, the makings of a champion are evident. The artichoke is explored in different consistencies and temperatures, transforming a seasonal ingredient into a complex sensory experience. Verdict: The dough is disarmingly light, the result of constant study and research. Giuseppe Bove welcomes customers with the passion of someone who has a secret to keep and, fortunately, to share at the table. A must-visit for anyone seeking signature pizza beyond the usual circuits.

11/04/2026: We went there for a graduation dinner. The farmhouse was beautiful, both inside and out. The waiters were kind and patient despite our karaoke screams (🤣). The food was excellent, and they even asked for seconds. A great place to celebrate ceremonies, etc.

06/04/2026: We went to Tenuta del Ghebbio for lunch on Easter Monday. The location is beautiful and very welcoming. Much of the structure has remained original. It's well-preserved, despite being renovated. The rooms are very well-maintained and beautifully furnished. The cellar, although small, retains all its originality, carved out of stone and tuff. The food was very good and well-prepared. The staff was very professional and friendly. The outdoor garden and pool were well-kept. The manager was very professional and friendly with guests. Everything was very welcoming, both in terms of the structure and the food. This hotel is worth trying in the future. An experience worth repeating.
