Taverna delle Follie is without a doubt my favorite seafood restaurant, a true gem that never ceases to amaze.
Donato, the owner, together with his impeccable staff, always manages to offer a gastronomic experience that lives up to expectations, with professionalism and passion.
The entry into the Michelin guide is the deserved recognition of a refined cuisine and meticulous attention to every detail.
The wine list is a true praise to the quality and the wide selection, curated and capable of enhancing each dish offered with combinations studied down to the smallest details.
Every visit to Taverna delle Follie is a confirmation of excellence, a five-star experience that I warmly recommend to anyone who loves quality seafood cuisine
30/05/2025: In a corner of the world, almost forgotten by God, you discover one of the most important culinary experiences in the Caserta area, the menu proposals are of high quality, furthermore the raw materials follow the seasons expertly enhanced by the kitchen. Not least the welcome and preparation of the waiting staff attentive to every request and possible food problem.

04/06/2025: We were in this fantastic corner of the universe for June 2nd and to say that I was ecstatic is an understatement. Tullio's professionalism and hospitality are wonderful, not to mention the genuineness of the products! Highly recommended!
24/05/2025: Antipasto scadente e misero con prosciutto crudo di scarsa qualità una fettina misera si pancetta di colore scuro(poco invitante)una fettina di salame cn un retrogusto poco piacevole al palato "il tutto"accompagnato da bruschette nn condite e pomodorini acquosi da salvare le zucchine alla scapece(buone)..per nn parlare poi delle melanzane a funghetti che sapevano solo di olio stra fritto.. passiamo al secondo misto carne(si fa per dire)composto da un pezzetto di agnello(nn male)una salsiccia discreta e dei pezzettini di carne praticamente bruciati e poco cotti dentro.. patate al forno(accettabili)andiamo al conto e paghiamo la bellezza di €58..che è tantissimo in un agriturismo soprattutto per la quantità e la qualità del cibo..la proprietaria manco a chiedere cm era andata e neanche ad offrire un caffè fredda ma sorridente allo stesso tempo.. falsissima..MAI PIÙ!!!!

15/06/2025: Ehh che dire... 40km fatti per andare dal segreto di pulcinella che ne sono valsi la delle pena, Giuseppe Bove non si smentisce mai e la 3 volta che ci vado ed è sempre una scoperta con le sue new entry delle pizze del mese, ho portato amici e ne siamo usciti estasiati, una delle migliori pizze in assoluto impasto sempre più digeribile
15/06/2025: Location bellissima, curata, ordinata ,bagni pulitissimi . Servizio impeccabile,veloce e puntuale.Tutte le ragazze molto gentili ed attente ai bisogni. Le pizze favolose ,saporite con prodotti di altissima qualità .Patatine fritte asciutte , saporite così come il resto.Prezzo giusto per l'eccellenza e la qualità.Ritorneremo con piacere.Complimenti.

14/05/2025: I was in this facility on May 11, 2025 for my mother's birthday... we had lunch out and chose this facility!! Truly a fantastic place!! The facility, the grounds, the children's playground, the animals, the pool, the venue are all beautiful!! As for the food, it's really excellent... high quality, polite and courteous staff!! I highly recommend it!!

22/02/2025: Esperienza molto interessante! Il posto è molto bello tranquillo e ben curato. Il tour del vigneto e della cantina è stato piacevolmente descritto da uno dei proprietari. Ottimo il servizio di degustazione. Un esperienza da ripetere magari periodo estivo o autunnale. Grazie!
