04/06/2026: HYPOSONIC DELIGHTS IN THE PAPAL RESIDENCE 🍷 Dear fellow connoisseurs of good taste, I, the writer, have had the privilege of sitting at the table of the Atman banquet, in the monumental splendor of Villa Rospigliosi. We are not faced with the usual deceptive dinner, but with an intellectual work of art concocted by the head chef, Marco Cahssai, and christened the Hyposonic journey. Every element of the menu meets the requirements of hygienic science and the most sublime delight for the palate. The chef possesses a refined technique that serves not to mask the ingredients, but rather to enhance their intrinsic nature. Even a humble cauliflower, placed at the beginning, is ennobled to regal dignity. The true innovation, which would have piqued the curiosity of my maestro Pellegrino Artusi, lies in the combination with the nectars of the cellar and other elixirs. The steward doesn't just pour wine, but boldly introduces black tea and high-quality beers. This approach transforms and amplifies the perception of taste in a stunning way. The highlights of the evening, capable of reconciling man with creation, were a sumptuous creamed rice with cuttlefish and taralli, and a memorable tongue happily married to a 2008 Riesling. Marietta herself, my trusted housekeeper, would have applauded such precision craftsmanship. From the vigorous thrust of the charcoal-grilled artichoke to the purifying freshness of the beetroot and pomegranate, the stomach is not offended but supremely benefited. It is the triumph of the Artusian triad: Hygiene marries Good Taste, and Economy, despite the considerable expense, finds full justification in excellence.
