Very nice and welcoming wine shop, with excellent expertise on natural wines which is the result of more than passionate research. We ate a first course of fresh pasta (the Genoese sauce is excellent for those of us who love onions), crostini and vegetarian croutons, and it was all excellent and tasty; and obviously drank very well, recommended by the innkeeper Stefania. The service was also very attentive and kind, of those who willingly do their job. We also liked the location: in the city, but away from the square full of bars. A place like this must be sought and discovered :)

Very nice, simple but very good menu, lots of kindness and excellent wine. A perfect lunch break in the middle of a walk in Pistoia.

Locale molto carino, arredato con gusto e creatività. Ottima accoglienza. La proprietaria ti accoglie con simpatia e competenza. È molto preparata sui vini e spiega i piatti nei minimi particolari. I taglieri con salumi e formaggi molto buoni sono consigliati. Meritano anche i maccheroni al ragù di anatra e i dolci. Da non perdere. Grazie. Anna e Paola

Un locale semplice, con punti di forza. Semplicità, qualità dei prodotti, assortimento dei vini. Non è un ristorante, non è un pub, non è una pizzeria, cosa è? E ciò che ti aspetti o almeno ciò che mi aspettavo io: un luogo dove poter gustare in tranquillità dei buoni formaggi e se vuoi dell’altro ma sorseggiando e assaggiando dei buoni vini sapientemente, se vuoi, consigliati. Bravi.
