14/06/2025: Fuimos a cenar a Carmignano y paramos en la Antica Torre. Experiencia excepcional. Teníamos: Crostini con tomates, pesto hecho de guisantes y hummus. Delicioso entrante. Plato principal: lingüine al doppio gambero, calabacín, menta e limone y el risotto con crema de calabacín, fonduta di pecorino, noci tostate, salsiccia e erbe aromatiche. También probé el carpaccio di spigola con crema de aguacate. Todo era excepcional. El postre, granita de limón casera, delicioso. Teníamos una botella de blanco. Nos quedamos impresionados por la excelente cocina y el cuidado en el servicio. Buen trabajo chicos.

01/01/2025: Positive experience even if perhaps the price is a bit high for the glasses of bubbles (4 glasses 28 euros Trento doc, very good but a bit overpriced) and 5 euros for the service, for the rest everything is ok, excellent platters of cold cuts and cheeses, excellent spaghetti with bottarga, excellent salmon and very good dessert, 64 euros per person a bit too much but given the occasion it was worth it

10/07/2025: Very nice place with a fantastic view. There are games for children, goats, donkeys, horses, good food, friendly staff, good prices. The food was good: appetizers with a good selection and excellent cured meats, crescentine, stracchino cheese and pickles, two first courses, two second courses (sliced steak and wild boar), dessert, coffee, wine, water, €35.
