14/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience. First of all, the setting is magnificent; dining in the courtyard is pure bliss—beautiful, authentic, and full of flavor. The menu itself is equally delightful. Three daily specials featuring ultra-fresh ingredients, and then a selection of well-executed, flavorful, and superbly presented à la carte dishes. The wine list is also excellent; the Sicilian rosé from Mount Etna is a pure marvel—fresh and perfectly crafted. The only downside is that you need to book well in advance, but that's the price of success.

14/07/2026: Good restaurant in Noto with people who know about wine.

02/06/2026: Absolute excellence. I've been to several restaurants in Ortigia, but this one struck me for the complexity of the dishes, the quality of the service (the best ever), and the absolutely enviable location in an oasis of absolute tranquility. The best in Ortigia for those who eat gluten-free. Thank you.

02/06/2026: The four of us foodies visited the restaurant because a local had recommended it as a hidden gem… promising authentic Sicilian cuisine… we found the place packed with Americans who were clearly enjoying themselves… we got the distinct impression that the chef had apparently eaten a clown for breakfast… the names of the dishes and their combinations can only be described as bizarre… the hot dishes arrived cold and everything we ordered was completely tasteless… to top it all off, the whole thing was decorated with various pastes in neon colors… at night, the food presented a few additional challenges… far too expensive for what was offered… one star for the food is actually too generous…

08/05/2026: I paid my bill with a Wise Visa card which I use extensively in Europe for euro purchases. For some reason the bill was charged in Canadian dollars with a very poor exchange rate. I pointed this out to the waiter and he said he can’t change it so I paid. This is the first time this has happened on my Europe trip using my Wise card. Even used it at the same restaurant this morning and it processed in euros. I then asked the server if they could reverse the charge so I could pay the correct amount in cash euros. He said this could not be done. When I got home, I noticed the printed receipt has a note saying “I have been offered the choice of currency”. I clearly wasn’t given a choice. Someone is taking advantage of me. Either the vendor or the the transaction company ‘flat pay’

02/05/2026: Delicious fresh sandwiches made on site, a wide selection of toppings, very good wine 🍷

09/05/2026: The food is excellent and served with great kindness. I tried the delicious lupini tempeh with seasonal vegetables and kimchi, and for dessert I had a chocolate mousse with dates. They also brought me whole-wheat bread and organic olive oil. Highly recommended!

08/05/2026: A vibrant place. They are food artists if you ask me. The vegan carbonara was so creamy and tasteful. Friendly and knowledgable staff with a real passion for good vegan food and wine.

23/02/2026: Amazing staff, the sandwiches were rich in taste and the beverages super refreshing. Very good pricing! And the Atmosphere is perfect, being right in the center of the town.

29/01/2026: The love and enthusiasm with which Massimo prepares his sandwiches is surprising. It's reductive to call them just sandwiches, given the explosion of flavors that unfold. Highly recommended.

09/07/2026: We ate here twice in the early afternoon for lunch. We had grilled zucchini and salad. A bag of fresh baguette was provided free of charge. The service was exceptionally friendly. The prices were perfectly reasonable. In the evenings, there was a queue, which we could see from our B&B nearby. So, a lunchtime or afternoon visit is definitely worthwhile!

09/07/2026: I found this place on Instagram and was eagerly anticipating it, given the numerous enthusiastic reviews, but I left feeling a little disappointed. We arrived at 8:50 pm and still had to wait until 10:30 pm for a table for two. The pasta dishes were good, but in my opinion, they didn't justify such a long wait. However, the quality was definitely there, thanks to carefully selected ingredients and excellent value for money, which is hard to find in France. We tried the Goffredo pasta, which was advertised as spicy, but it wasn't at all. I also ordered the pistachio and shrimp pasta, which was very good, with a smooth and flavorful sauce.

22/06/2026: A truly unforgettable evening, a charming place, and a very kind and knowledgeable owner who takes you on a journey through authentic flavors, all accompanied by a magical atmosphere. The quality and quantity of the food are excellent, at a more than fair price. When we're in the area, we'll definitely be back, in fact, we'd even go a few miles further to return. Thanks again for a wonderful evening, congratulations, and see you next time!
