05/07/2026: We were very satisfied. The chef is very nice, and there was music playing in the background. The food was delicious, but not typically Italian; it was more American style. Despite that, there were many Italian guests. :) The yogurt portion was perhaps a little small, but I'm not complaining. :)

11/06/2026: After visiting the Marina we needed something fresh and cool and Maison Bocum has been the perfect place. Try the cremino al caffè e the orange taste cake hand made by the very nice host

08/08/2026: The welcome and service were perfect! The servers were very friendly and professional. The dishes were absolutely exquisite and fresh 😍💓 So far, it's truly our best experience in Palermo! I highly recommend this place!

06/08/2026: I wholeheartedly recommend this place to try their pastries. It's worth visiting, especially in the morning, as it gets crowded later in the day. We were warmly greeted and welcomed. The pastries were fresh, delicious, and affordable. ☺️ I also recommend the orange juice – served with plenty of ice, it's refreshing in the August heat. The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's easy to communicate in English. We paid 35 euros for breakfast (and a generous one at that) for seven people! There's no coperto. ☺️

25/05/2026: If all of Castelbuono is talking about Fiasconaro, you have to change the subject and stop at Palazzaccio, a completely renovated restaurant with friendly service and quality cuisine made with excellent ingredients! Almost everything is homemade... a relaxing lunch or dinner without going overboard. Typical local cuisine that aims to give you a different experience. They've succeeded! Fairly priced!

17/05/2026: This one deserves all the credit - the welcome, the food, the value for money - all excellent. We came in early for Saturday, the chef himself welcomed us in, we had a tour of the kitchen and in general had a great experience. The tasting appetizer menu of six dishes, the lamb chops and the suckling pig were freshly made and excellent. So was the dessert. The restaurant filled up by 9:30pm, while we came in at 7:30pm. We'll, the Michellin listing is well deserved.

11/07/2026: "Bye Bye Blues" had been on my list to visit for a few years due to its positive reviews. Our visit certainly lived up to those expectations. It is a lovely, small, and quiet restaurant with pleasant service. We opted for the Italian menu with wine pairings; the food—as well as the accompanying wines—surpassed all expectations. In terms of quality, the food rivals that of a one-star Michelin restaurant. Top-notch.

27/04/2026: I stopped by chance, and found a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with helpful and friendly staff. I ate a plate of excellent, sublime spaghetti alla marinara. The freshest fish was expertly cooked, and the finishing touch was those two raw red prawns from Mazara del Vallo. I highly recommend it. The only complaint is the QUANTITY; 30-50 grams more pasta would have been enough and I would have been delighted.

16/07/2026: Incredible food and extraordinary kindness! We didn't get the chance to eat at the restaurant because, due to a technical issue, Pasquale (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly!) couldn't open that day. But instead of sending us away, he prepared an incredible vegan takeaway dinner for us and refused to let us pay. The food was absolutely outstanding. There was an amazing variety of dishes, all delicious, creative, and made with so much care. What made this experience truly unforgettable, though, was Pasquale himself. His generosity, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our trip to Sicily so much more special. Some places stay with you because of the food; others because of the people. Singula gave us both. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Amazing food, a special atmosphere, and an owner who is simply an extraordinary human being. Thank you so, so much. We can't wait to come back!
