20/09/2025: Where do I begin? Pure horror from top to bottom. (We haven't even gotten our food yet.) Two full moons had already passed before we finally got a menu. The slick-faced waiter gave us a reproachful look when we didn't want to order ANY wine. When we finally got a menu and were shocked to discover that there were no meat-free dishes, I decided, with a heavy conscience, to order two side dishes (again, with a reproachful look from the waiter). I've been waiting for my two side dishes for 45 minutes now 🤘 The rest is up in the air. PS: The food arrived after we'd already made our way to the restroom a few times, which was nicer than the ambiance in the entire restaurant. The side dish simply arrived after the main course, or rather, one of the side dishes never actually made its way out of the kitchen!! The burger was okay. My plea to everyone: if your stomachs are already rumbling and you have a hungry lady with you, I would advise against visiting this place. Otherwise, it's fine. But the city is beautiful, and there are plenty of other good restaurants 😉

27/04/2026: Pollero da Roberto serves truly top-notch arancini in many different flavors—a must if you are in Trapani—with a very friendly host who makes it all the more special.
17/04/2026: As a fan of arancini, I can say that, for my taste, the outer crust is too hard and the rice lacks flavor. The topping, however, classic ragù and ham, is good. Overall, I would give it a barely pass mark because a great arancini needs something extra, which, in my opinion, these unfortunately lack.

17/12/2025: In October, we hosted our wedding guests at this splendid venue. We were treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative in organizing the event. This is the epitome of San Vito's fine dining experience. Special thanks to the owners, Vito and Matteo, and special praise to Nello, head waiter, and the entire waiting staff. We are so happy we chose this venue. Highly recommended!
10/11/2025: We had a wonderful dining experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant - authentic local cuisine. We tried the fish and couscous, both perfectly prepared and full of flavor. 👌🏻 The staff were professional and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and a lovely garden. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience refined Sicilian flavors in a stunning setting.

12/03/2026: We came from Palermo specifically to eat oysters at this restaurant, only to find it closed at 1:30 PM. If the owner didn't want to open, he could have at least called us. We drove an hour and a half to get here, only to end up on a pointless journey. It's a rural area; there's no need to make a special trip. It's not worth it, and the staff is rude. I hope anyone reading this review avoids this restaurant.

17/03/2026: We're on a business trip here in Mazara, and after a couple of trattorias, we tried this one too. It's a quiet, welcoming place, with kind and friendly staff, and Giacomo, the owner, made us feel right at home. The food is second to none; he's now the one recommending what to eat, and after more than a month, we can't complain. IF YOU'RE IN MAZARA, I RECOMMEND IT! And I almost forgot... Pasta al Satiro, one of their exclusive recipes, you have to try it!!!
15/03/2026: I recommend this trattoria, which is a bit far from the seafront. But the food, prices, quality, and quantity are all excellent.

12/04/2026: A sure thing My sixtieth birthday celebration, like every other time, the table was for twenty of us. We know the location; we hadn't been back in a while, but I had no hesitation in booking it. The owner is lovely, smiling, and helpful, with a passion for cooking and the dishes she offers. We didn't know what the menu had prepared, but we trusted it implicitly. The girl serving was very friendly and charming. She started with a series of appetizers: cecina with eggplant pâté on top, basil and ricotta tart with basil wafer and Sicilian cherry tomato cream, a basket of puntarelle and anchovies, crostini with cheese fondue, cured meat, and pink egg, a crispy oven-baked pappa al pomodoro, chocolate bread with chicken galantine and radicchio, the classic black crostini with vin santo, and puff pastry fingers with a gorgonzola cream to start, accompanied by prosecco. I also brought a magnum of Spatlese Riesling from the Mosel. To continue the lunch, we decide to order some Cortona Syrah, wild asparagus risotto, and artichoke-filled ravioli with a borage and nettle dressing. Then we move on to the main courses: mouth-watering Gran pezzo alla moschea alla moschea with mustard and roast potatoes, beer-baked pork chops with excellent zucchini, and to finish the main courses, baked guinea fowl on a bed of lettuce and stewed carrots. Everything was delicious. For dessert, the birthday boy was a shortcrust pastry cake with cooked custard, Portuguese milk, and biscuits so good I can still taste them in my mouth, all washed down with a glass of Moscato di Asti. What can I say? For me, this is the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. The bread and pasta are all made by the owner, the chef. The beauty of this restaurant is that you eat seasonal products available at that time of year, prepared with skill and intelligence. It's so great, you'll want to return every season. The price is very fair for the quality.
10/04/2026: I've been to this Italian no-menu restaurant four times already, and each time the menu is different and full of surprises! There were six appetizers alone, two main courses, two second courses, and two desserts—absolutely delicious! All the ingredients are created by the Italian owner himself, making them incredibly tasty. I've been here more than eight times, and each time the menu is different and full of surprises.
