20/09/2025: Where do I even begin? Pure horror from top to bottom. (We didn't even get our food.) It took ages to finally get a menu. The slick waiter gave us a reproachful look when we didn't want to order wine. When we finally got a menu and were horrified to discover there were no vegetarian options, I reluctantly ordered two sides (again with a reproachful look from the waiter). I've now been waiting 45 minutes for my two sides. 🤘
The rest is anyone's guess.
PS: The food arrived after we'd already made several trips to the restroom, which were more pleasant than the entire restaurant's ambiance. The side dish simply arrived after the main course, or rather, one of the side dishes never even made it out of the kitchen! The burger was okay.
My advice to everyone: if your stomachs are already rumbling and you have a hungry lady with you, then I would advise against visiting this restaurant. Otherwise, it's okay.
The city is beautiful, and you can find plenty of other good restaurants. 😉

07/08/2026: This is one of those places you shouldn't mention because they'll steal it and it becomes inaccessible, but for the sake of consistency, I'll tell you. The best arancini ever. A 100% Sicilian place frequented by Sicilians.
06/08/2026: Excellent rotisserie. Whenever I come to Trapani, I always stop by with my dad to stock up. The guys are all kind and delicious, always helpful and cheerful in helping you choose and offering you excellent quality and flavorful food—cabuci, arancini, and sandwiches—made fresh, fresh, and flavorful. Yesterday, Roberto's son was superb in everything he did. I've known his sister for many years, and they're all hard workers and decent people who deserve their time. Well done, guys, and see you soon!

14/07/2026: Fantastic meal at Profumi Di Cous Cous tonight. The service was attentive but not over the top, cocktails were very good and every dish was full of flavour. Highly recommend the meat cous cous main dish. The bill was was very very reasonable considering it’s a Michelin guide restaurant. Make sure to book in advance if wanting to eat here!

10/07/2026: Negative experience... the mixed grill was more of a "burnt mix"... we mentioned this to the staff in the dining room, and they were much more disappointed than the "maître d'," who only tried to justify it by saying that the ink visible on the fish was squid ink, because there was also squid in the grill... but squid ink doesn't taste burnt...
As a colleague in the industry, I know these types of mistakes can happen (although someone with a good eye wouldn't have even let that dish leave the kitchen).
But a professional tries to fix it... whether by suggesting they remake the dish, or even with a simple extra touch of kindness at the table, but here, no such thing.
08/07/2026: This restaurant primarily serves traditional seafood dishes, but I want to tell you about their sushi, which is truly a surprise.
My wife and I are huge sushi lovers: we've eaten it countless times in Japan and other Asian countries (I lived in Asia for over 10 years for work), always searching for the best. Now that we're back in Italy, we'd almost given up hope of finding something different from the usual Chinese all-you-can-eat joints. 😣
If you're a sushi lover, or simply understand what it means to eat good sushi, I recommend you come here and try the tuna nigiri and the red shrimp nigiri: absolutely excellent, both in terms of the portions, the consistency of the rice, and the quality of the fish. The staff is incredibly kind. We returned the next day, late in the afternoon, after a trip to Erice... because I know it'll be hard to find great sushi again in Treviso, where I live 👋🥲... I almost forgot the Gunkan with sea urchin... fantastic.

22/07/2026: Restaurant on the highway, we paid too much for the quality of the fish and the location, €90 each for exchanges that didn't taste very good, in fact, oysters with a worm that came out on the plate and with a response from the waiter who said that this is normal in oysters, never seen!!
