15/02/2025: Atmosfera piacevole e familiare, servizio efficiente, veloce. La signora che ha servito è stata gentile, cordiale e accogliente, si è intrattenuta a chiacchierare con noi. Il cibo ottimo ed abbondante.
09/11/2024: Necessaria piccola cronoscalata, buona la location, ottima la mise en place: posateria e bicchieri splendenti, attento servizio ai tavoli. Scelta di un menù completo euro 30, ed altro ridotto di euro 22. I prezzi in media conformi alla ristorazione sui Nebrodi. Antipasti in gran quantità, ottimi quelli locali meno altri. Primi: accettabile il ragù di suino, respinto in cucina altro con funghi, completamente insapore. secondi tris di carne, ma assaggiata la salsiccia, per niente buona rimandiamo tutto indietro, ( forse avremo dovuto assaggiare le altre tipologie, che senza dubbio saranno state più gustose ) Ricordo che in passato si è mangiato molto meglio.

05/05/2025: Tried it on Easter Monday, nice place both in terms of location and food, in short, a little bit of everything, the dishes were in the right quantity, you didn't wake up too full or hungry. Excellent quality of raw materials and great kindness of the staff, very helpful and present in the room.
05/05/2025: Clean place, welcoming, quick and impeccable service even though it was full. With careful attention, especially to children, they give priority and the wait is reduced to a minimum. Abundant dishes and delicious. The owner passes through the raw cuts of meat before going to roast them.

I can only confirm the reputation of this place...
Everything was to my liking, starting from the reservation on the phone. Education and courtesy are the masters, quality aperitifs and high-end cocktails... the guy who served us was very kind in giving us advice. My cocktail (gin and tonic) was perfect and I would add that in addition to the advice received, I was also shown the bottle of gin with which it was made. The 321 bottles on display are a sight to behold at the location.
03/06/2025: beautiful place, delicious aperitifs, truly exquisite staff for courtesy, kindness and professionalism, I really recommend it for a nice evening! The best aperitif in Messina!

07/06/2025: This is a really fantastic restaurant and the staff are wonderful. We had the tasting menu and the 3 glasses of wine to pair. The food was some of the best we ate in Italy and the experience was fab. It is the right mix of formal dining and relaxed atmosphere. The food and service were excellent. I would return to Palermo just to go to this restaurant! If you consider doing the 8 course tasting menu book no later than 8.30 it takes a while!

25/05/2025: É già la seconda volta che andiamo a cena in questo ristorante e devo dire veramente ottimo; chef Filippo molto bravo, piatti ben curati e buonissimi; bel locale e a tutti molto professionali e gentili e penso torneremo prestissimo.
02/05/2025: Muy pocos clientes la noche que fuimos (espero que por lo general sea mejor frecuentado). Tuvimos el tartar de ternera con salsa inspirada en el tonnato. Morir por eso. El mejor plato que probé en toda la semana. Como principal tenía un trozo de atún fresco, cebolla roja y un poco de patata que era el especial del día. Decente pero nada especial. Buen y sabroso vino de catarata. Un plus que se podía ver al chef trabajando a través de una ventana. Personal amable.

La cucina è semplicemente straordinaria: ogni panino è preparato con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità, esaltando i sapori autentici senza mai risultare banale, i sapori sono equilibrati e le combinazioni originali, segno di una grande attenzione ai dettagli e passione per la cucina.
