21/05/2025: Update 2025: the ability to make a takeaway order correctly is equivalent to the ability of a Deliveroo rider to use their own thermal bag. I order with Deliveroo, in the order there is a Mc Crunchy Chicken and other things. In the sandwich, I remove the sauce and the tomato, I leave the rest. In their order, not the Deliveroo one, it says only salad, well I also find the tomato. I understand that they are both vegetables, but there is a difference and a lot too. Fortunately, I am not allergic to them, but I simply do not like them. Given that on Deliveroo the prices have increased by 30%, I would say that 30% more attention, would not hurt, given that it is not the first time they make a mistake. As for the delivery, let's not even talk about it. I catch the Indian rider (it is not the same thing, but I think he was from Bangladesh), who as usual, does not use his own thermal bag. Result: everything cold. An experience definitely not to be repeated, especially if you offer a service, which is then managed with the feet, both by Mc Donald's and by Deliveroo.

06/05/2025: the place with the most beautiful view in Bassano but the service remains shameful. I like to bring relatives and friends here to admire the view of the River. Terrible service. Rude staff and owners. Then I wanted to bring some friends of mine to book. I took the number on the site. I contacted them on WhatsApp to book and found out that they blocked me. Tell me the meaning. Put the number on the site or better yet, they could also say that they don't accept bookings via WhatsApp. This tavern really disappointed me due to the service. I will never recommend it again. I won't go back until my attitude changes. This is not the way to treat customers who want to come and spend for the rest I always compliment you on the clean, tidy place as mentioned, beautiful view, exceptional food but the service needs improvement, best regards

06/04/2025: I worked in the kitchen as a dishwasher, they have cheap stuff, the refrigerators are rusty, they keep the stuff in plastic boxes without labels. In the hidden there is all the fruit, vegetables, cream for dessert, mozzarella, the bucket with the blended tomato without a lid that they put on the pizzas. Fish, meat all frozen. We won't talk about cold cuts. The salad isn't washed, not even the tomatoes, nothing at all. The oil that makes the fries is changed every 2 weeks if not more. To dry the cutlery and other things they have old sheets and tablecloths that I used to cut them into small pieces, and with those they dry everything. There are people who come into the kitchen to say hello to TURCO which is the coconut. But I wonder don't they all see the little plastic jars, all the dirt?

27/01/2025: Perhaps the first time we have had a terrible time with the service: as soon as we arrive they can't find the reservation (made by telephone); the girl gets annoyed by practically everything; at 11.30pm they ask us to leave and close the door heavily. We're sorry, because we've always had a good time. Evidently they didn't select the staff well.

05/05/2025: Il locale è in una zona collinare molto bella e all'interno, soprattutto nella grotta l'ambiente è suggestivo. Il menù è quasi esclusivamente a base di cacciagione e poiché io non ne mangio, ho ordinato baccalà e dei fagottini con pere ,tartufo e Asiago. Il cibo era buono, ma le quantità scarse (soprattutto dei contorni, nel nostro caso verdura cotta e patate al forno ). I prezzi un po' eccessivi. Il personale gentile.

28/04/2025: In occasione di battesimo siamo stati deliziati dalla buona cucina curata, genuina, il tutto ben equilibrato e sopratutto i condimenti ben fatti,leggeri.Che dire eccezionali i fagottini ripieni Asiago pere,conditi al burro e tartufo.E carni veramente di qualità,buonissima pa caponata una delle migliori mai assaggiate.Complimenti continuate così e bravissime le cameriere molto attente e professionali.

31/03/2025: Ottimo locale, il personale è gentilissimo, cercano sempre di trovarti un posto a sedere anche se è pieno, a volte ti trovano anche una soluzione alternativa vicino al bar, pur di accontentarti. Il cibo è ottimo, ben presentato, con eleganza e qualità ottima. Anche il gestore simpatico, ultimamente prendiamo sempre la tagliata di cervo. Ci piaceva molto la braciola di cervo ma non la fanno più! Ottimi contorni, ottimi dolci. Prezzi adeguati.

22/12/2024: ABANDON ALL HOPE, YE WHO ENTER We arrived at the place and positioned ourselves in front of the counter, ready to order. We asked which flavors of brioche were still available and they were listed. However, while we were ordering, we were promptly interrupted: we should have given priority to the table already seated and reconsidered our choice, since some of the requested brioches were no longer available. #vabenelostesso, or maybe not. The situation worsened when we were told: "You know that you cannot enter with the dog". At that moment I thought: a beautiful silence was never written. It is worth remembering that, since 2013, the national legislation recognizes Pet Friendly places, adapting—with a nine-year delay—to European standards. At that point, I went out, left the dog outside and went back in to document the place. I found the floor covered in crumbs, ideal for an ant party. (I attach a photo.) Then I went to the bathroom and, unfortunately, I was shocked to find everything dirty there too. Perhaps the only cross-contamination to worry about was washing your hands and then getting them dirty again when drying them. I use the past tense because I described an experience that had been lived and concluded, which will certainly not be repeated in the future. P.S. The brioche was edible. One of those places where you stop if you're hungry, but if you're hungry... look elsewhere.

06/04/2025: Negative experience, I've been vegan for a long time but overcooked vegetables... it goes against the principles of natural cuisine, an à la carte menu doesn't exist and in the end you get a surprise, very expensive for what we got!!! I read several positive reviews...maybe they weren't on the same day, but.........
