21/05/2025: I was invited to a birthday party. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. The atmosphere is very nice, but unfortunately, I'm not used to eating with the DJ blasting music in my ears.

17/08/2025: A little too close to the road for my taste, but the food is really good, I especially recommend the bruschetta.

13/09/2025: Bar Golin, in Montecchio Maggiore's main square, at the foot of the historic church, is one of those places that welcomes you with simplicity and makes you feel right at home. In the morning, it's ideal for breakfast: good coffee, a wide selection of fresh pastries, sandwiches, and a relaxed atmosphere. During the day, it remains a convenient meeting place for a quick break, with freshly prepared sandwiches and tramezzini. In the evening, however, it changes its look: soft lighting, colorful colors, and a livelier atmosphere transform it into a true cocktail bar, perfect for an aperitivo or an evening with friends. Fair prices, friendly staff, and a venue that adapts to different times of the day.

04/09/2025: A café right next to the Montecchio Cathedral with a vast selection of pastries. Very friendly female staff. I was tempted to order their pancakes, which were written on the blackboard menu, but unfortunately, there wasn't time. The only flaw: The orange juice was full of orange strands. There was no juice. Everything else was fine.

08/09/2025: Excellent pizza, we appreciated that they don't allow dogs in the dining room. Highly recommended.

13/07/2025: Excellent pizza, normal wait times. If you come with the right company, you'll have a wonderful evening. If you have nothing to say to your guests or your wife, even 10 minutes seems like forever.

14/11/2025: 14.11.2025: to say the room is dirty would be a compliment. Layers of dust on the surfaces, floor and on the bed. Dirt on the floor. I found a yellow stain of human secret on the pillow (the stuff you pick out your nose). Naturally I went to the reception, to tell about the state of the room (which I paid for) and to ask for a refund for the 2nd night. The receptionist lost it. He threw a temper tantrum, screaming, hitting the desk and insulting me personally. Very unprofessional to say the least, I have never experienced anything remotely similar and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

13/07/2025: It was already 9:30, and that evening many years ago, my father, returning from a Sunday trip to the mountains, decided to stop by this pizzeria by chance to buy me a slice of pizza (at the time it was called Pizza New). That time he had chosen an unusual (for me) flavor: baked potatoes and sausage. Over the years, always returning from our daily mountain hikes, it became a regular stop, and every time tradition dictated stopping and enjoying this delicious pizza. One year my father took me here to celebrate my birthday ❤️ because I loved it so much. And for a mountain enthusiast, ending a beautiful day with a stop at my favorite pizzeria—how could it not be a happy day? Gradually, as I grew older, I moved from individual slices to whole pizzas, and now my perfect combo is with a piece of that delicious speck focaccia, which I grab while the pizza is baking. Over the years, I've watched this pizzeria slowly transform, noticing every little change, but one thing has always remained the same: the pizza! Every time I stop by, the potatoes and sausage always have the same wonderful, unmistakable aroma and flavor. It's so good that even when I'm full, I want to eat another slice. The best pizza ever (for me)! A heartfelt thank you to the staff for making me so happy every time, just like when I tried it that first evening with Mom and Dad!

26/10/2025: EMBARRASSING! After ordering a juice, a croissant, and a cappuccino, and waiting for HALF AN HOUR, we received nothing. Chaos, lost orders, people getting up and leaving. We left too. Ordered at 9:40, left at 10:10. Not even a restaurant waits that long. You were supposed to just put some things on the tray, but priority is given to the person at the counter who orders you a beer at 9:50 in the morning. Never again, change management, do something, embarrassing. Total disorganization, anarchy.

30/10/2025: Delicious food with large portions. Friendly staff giving a joke to lighten the mood. Dessert that tops off the meal. All around an excellent experience and enough food to last until the next day.

28/10/2025: You eat well, and you pay a fair price. The best pizza is the Ionica.

26/10/2025: I've been looking for a restaurant that would take me back in time for a while, and last night, thanks to some dear friends of mine, all foodies, I finally found it. I enjoyed everything from the house appetizer to the delicious (so to speak) sampling of the gargati with ragù di corte, which I highly recommend. The pharaonic grill was cooked to perfection. Special mention goes to the chef (also an expert on trains) and the hostess, who, with speed, practicality, and an uncommon view, always served us the dishes with a smile... thank you, we'll definitely be back.

21/10/2025: Fantastic food The staff, however, is confusing and tends to point at each other. There's no menu, so prices aren't displayed. They don't accept debit cards. We spent €20 each for six people for mixed side dishes, mixed meat, wine, and water. Was this the right price? There's no way to know, especially reading other reviews. So, the food is excellent, but the management is borderline illegal. Reservations are required because there's never any space, not even for parking.

04/10/2025: The food and coffee are excellent, but charging €3.50 for a rice bowl seems excessive. Water and coffee are not included. The bathroom is clean, but only 1.
