30/11/2025: My sister-in-law, our dog, and I arrived after a long walk in the cold. We asked if the dog could come in and they said yes. We ordered, paid, and waited 30 minutes for our breakfast, only because the lady claimed the payment "hadn't been recorded." Incidentally: the croissants were truly awful. When I asked for a glass of water for the puppy, I first received an absurd reply that "customers aren't allowed to drink after a dog," then a man intervened, in a rude tone, telling everyone to leave because "the dog would have thrown the water on the floor." In that moment, I felt humiliated and treated as if I were a nuisance just for asking for water. When we were leaving, the lady tried to make amends, but made things worse by calling my dog ​​a "murderer" just because he wanted to play. And to top it all off, I saw the same lady retrieve the water carton from the trash and take it behind the counter, near the food... embarrassing. I've never experienced such rude and discriminatory treatment, just because we're not local. We'll never return.

So, we opted for a seafood appetizer and seafood spaghetti for the main course, and we were delighted. The seafood, which often turns out rubbery, was cooked perfectly, and the sauce on the spaghetti was so wonderful that I ended up mopping up my wife's plate with the sauce. The waiter, Bruno, if I remember correctly, was professional and friendly. Just a few steps and you'll be at the Ponte degli Alpini.

15/06/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance and was amazed by the excellent quality of the service, the food, and the best coffee not only in Vicenza but the Veneto region! If you're celiac, like me, the chef is excellent and very attentive, which isn't always a given when you're out and about!! The staff is incredibly fast, professional, and very efficient. 22/09/2025: The pizza was decent but nothing special; don't expect authentic Neapolitan pizza, which you can find at other pizzerias in the Vicenza area. The place is cramped. Drinks are expensive (beer for €0.50 is €7.50). When we got the bill, we were charged for four glasses of wine instead of two. Be careful if you split the bill, as the receipt doesn't list the individual items. Upon request, the owner refunded us the correct amount without even apologizing for the "inconvenience." Overall, the value for money is disappointing. P.S. The one in the photo is a large glass of wine; we paid extra; you decide on the quantities.

The frozen yogurt was out of this world. I've never had anything like it anywhere else. From now on, when I crave frozen yogurt, I know where to go.
