03/03/2025: Pizzeria Al Saraceno Bassano del Grappa. Very nice and well furnished place, very kind owners and really good dishes with genuine ingredients coming from the territory they belong to! We enjoyed some very well seasoned and cooked to perfection pizzas, Dolomite beers were also good. We will be back

We went to burger king after a while and the price had gone up on the buns we bought before, when my family got the buns the bread was burnt and tasted really terrible and disgusting, we went in to get the buns changed but they just refused saying the temperatures had changed but I was sure the bread was burnt as it had an unusual taste, plus the steak was dry

17/03/2025: When I'm in Thiene it's my fixed stop but I don't know what happened this time it disappointed expectations. The staff was listless, I even asked to charge my cell phone and they left it next to the socket without even plugging it in. I had asked for a large portion of veal since I would only eat that, without problems for a surcharge, I received 1 and a half slices. Positive note: the new guy is super sociable. Too bad since I'm a loyal customer 😔

From the first contact they proved to be extremely professional and helpful, answering all my questions clearly. The work was carried out with impeccable punctuality, respecting all the agreed deadlines. The skill of the team was evident right from the start: they took care of every detail with precision, competence, speed and respect for the property. Special thanks to the owners, Tobia and Nicola, for the professionalism they demonstrated in every situation and, why not, for their courtesy and friendliness. I highly recommend Gheno Tetti to anyone looking for a serious, reliable and competent company for roof work. Truly excellent service! 16/04/2025: Deeply negative experience. After receiving confirmation via email of the availability of a room for a specific night, I responded – again via email – confirming my intention to book. Despite the speed of my response (a few hours later), I was informed only two days later that the room had been given to others. An unserious behavior, which denotes little consideration for the customer and a total lack of professionalism. To my understandable complaint, the response was even more unacceptable: the owner insinuated that she would publish our private correspondence to justify herself publicly, forgetting that making private conversations public without consent is not only incorrect, but also potentially punishable by law. I strongly advise against relying on this structure: the impression is that of an improvised, non-transparent management, and incapable of assuming its responsibilities.

09/11/2024: Everything was delicious, the ice cream was never tastier, as were the churros which I now can't live without but the staff is extremely rude for example I was with my friends getting the churros and the lady asked me if we had paid and I didn't I knew and I replied well and then I turned to my friend who showed me this photo which made me laugh no and they hadn't actually paid and the girl told me look if you keep doing this we won't make you anymore come here and then he looked at me and after this I no longer go when that lady is there and every time she is there she is always rude and unpleasant!!!

09/04/2025: Brasserie atmosphere. An interesting choice during lunch breaks for menus starting from €11. I had some grilled chicken, well cooked, with crispy dippers and a side of grilled vegetables. Fresh ingredients, everything good. Accompanied by a HB draft beer. Good choice of beers and varied menu, grill oriented. Satisfied.
