The food was delicious: I tried the Margherita pizza, crispy and full of authentic flavors, made with the freshest ingredients typical of the Veneto region. I paired it with a glass of local wine, which made everything perfect. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. But the real highlight was the staff. From the first moment, the team welcomed me with extraordinary kindness and professionalism. The waiters were attentive to every detail, ready to recommend the best dishes based on my tastes and ensuring impeccable service without being intrusive. A special compliment goes to all the staff: polite, smiling, and passionate about their work, they made me feel like a family friend rather than just another customer. Thanks to them, the evening was magical! I will return soon and highly recommend it to everyone. 5 full stars!

Recently, they made a mistake with a pizza, but after I called them, they were immediately helpful and professional: in about 30 minutes, they delivered the correct one. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but what makes the difference is how they are handled. In this case, customer service was prompt and efficient, demonstrating customer care. This gesture certainly helps build loyalty and encourages repeat orders. Thank you so much.

14/12/2025: Small, limited-seat Osteria near the center of Sarego. The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained, a happy medium between a restaurant and a family-friendly setting. I'd call it "warm," and it brings to mind the osterias of yesteryear. The menu is simple but carefully curated, with a few basic dishes. The cuisine, while not exactly home-style, is simple, reminiscent of the flavors we ate at our grandparents' house, along with a few off-menu items, still in keeping with the restaurant's style, but decidedly more modern. The service is top-notch, with friendly and polite staff who explain everything you need to know in a professional and knowledgeable manner—perhaps even too professional for such a place. I really liked the way they explained the wines and dishes, but given the setting, I think it's a bit out of place, at least until you get used to it. Prices are slightly above average, justified by the high quality of the ingredients, the quantity, and especially the presentation—a mix of traditional and modern—with a carefully selected wine pairing, bottled only, to complement the dishes on offer.

16/11/2025: First time here for a Sunday lunch with friends. I was impressed by the hospitality, the professionalism of the staff, and the quality of the dishes served and the excellent selection of wines. The atmosphere is informal and clean, with plenty of seating, and in the summer you can also eat outside with a view of the surrounding nature. I saw some negative reviews before coming here, especially regarding the bill, which some customers said was quite high... well, I have to state my honest opinion: if some customers don't appreciate the quality of the products and the meticulous preparation of the dishes, it takes palates that can do so, and I can honestly say that Osteria al Brolo is definitely not a McDonald's!!!! To conclude, in addition to complimenting the entire staff for making me feel at home, I will definitely be back because the 5 stars are fully deserved, it's a shame there aren't 10!!!! Top!!!!!

28/12/2025: A biblical disgrace, we had dinner and 2 hours later we returned with friends and of course we didn't have dinner we drank and stayed in company in the end he put 4 euros on the bill for a cover charge they will never see us again.... not only did he only write one cover charge on the receipt and he had the nerve to ask for the 2 euros he hadn't written down.... poverty at the highest levels.... - water 2.50 euros for a 0.75 bottle from the mineralized tap, we are in Trissino how do we deal with PFAS? For that amount you have to serve me branded water sealed in a glass bottle; - French fries €4: 15 sticks of thin, pre-fried fries soaked in oil... - Panzerotto with berries: stale, dry dough, a teaspoon of berries, and low-quality, inedible cream... €2 for a "face-to-face" tablecloth made of very thin black TNT, no breadsticks, paper napkins, or condiments at the table. And don't ask for oil because they'll tell you we put it on, you don't need it! So what should I pay for a cover charge for a fabric tablecloth, fabric napkin, breadsticks, and condiments at the table? These are really out of line.

22/02/2026: Had Sunday lunch as a couple, and the food was very good, including a gnocchi tasting. It wasn't expensive, and we didn't have dessert (we were full after three sauces), but the food was excellent. The dining room is large, but a bit noisy.
