12/06/2025: Great hotel. I highly recommend it. Good breakfast, good rooms, good service, great pool. It's really close to the city by bike. Apart from the highway noise, everything here is top-notch.

09/06/2025: Everything was decent for the category, but the walk to the lake was longer than expected and partially unpaved, which is normal in Italy. Very satisfied.

24/06/2025: Very good pizza and friendly staff! Although I didn't like the additional cost of basil, since basil was also included in the ingredients of the Margherita pizza. Place also chosen by Barbieri, met weeks ago to enjoy a pizza with his collaborators. Highly recommended!

11/07/2025: It's a joke that the courts are closed from 12 to 3 p.m. Overall, it's nice, but the service isn't the best. And the organization of the pool and other entertainment is poor.

11/07/2025: I was at the Butterfly, the entertainment was fantastic, Davide, the head entertainer, was very professional, and Chiara, I think, was the nicest entertainer I've ever seen.

17/06/2025: The 4.0 star rating is inadequate to reality. The pub was recommended by locals. We ordered 4 different pizzas and everyone was satisfied. I recommend, local.

30/06/2025: Dogs weren't welcome, although there was plenty of space. We were assigned a spot in the last corner because of the dogs. The campsite is dog-friendly, but the restaurant isn't. Not recommended.

02/05/2025: Very close to the lake and you can quickly walk to the center or the train station. The people are very friendly and put a lot of effort into breakfast. The homemade apple strudel is a delight😋

02/07/2025: Unfortunately, the service here completely ruined what could’ve been a great experience. Right at the entrance, we asked if we could sit outside — there were free tables and other guests already seated there — but were told no because it might rain (even though the sun was shining). Instead, they placed us inside next to a misting fan that was literally dripping water on us. Meanwhile, we watched other guests being seated outside. When we asked again, the staff reluctantly agreed but made it clear it was an inconvenience for them. We even had to carry all our things to the new table ourselves. The food and drinks were genuinely good, but the service was unprofessional for a place that positions itself as high-end. Plates were handed across the table instead of being served properly. One waiter even expected me to pass him my plate instead of walking over. When the bill came, it was handed to one of the women at the table, despite the men clearly asking for it — a small thing, but telling. We ordered seafood and spent quite a bit here, but the zero-effort service made us feel like we weren’t welcome. Definitely not coming back.

CORRECTION 2025😒 Unfortunately, the end of our vacation was very disappointing. The quality has declined significantly. The sushi is poorly rolled. Everything is poorly presented. You wonder what's being brought to your table because the difference is so great compared to the pictures on the menu. By the way, you eat from sheets of paper, like in a fast-food restaurant. Our question about non-alcoholic beer was answered by tapping on the wine category. Overall, the visit was very disappointing. We won't be back; there are better options nearby with the same concept.
