20/04/2026: Really wanted to like this place based on the reviews, unfortunately it’s one of the worst places I’ve eaten in all of Italy. The pasta was undercooked, not ‘al dente’, overly salty and bland. We ordered different dishes which tasted the same. The carbonara had 5 small pieces of burned guanciale which tasted very bitter. We were given some stale bread, no oil or vinegar to enjoy it with and to top it off they charge €2.40 for tap water. Not recommended.

30/11/2025: A modern, refined, and welcoming restaurant with a beautiful window offering a wonderful view. The staff is very kind, helpful, attentive to customer needs, and very prompt with service. The dishes are fabulous, with truly delicious specialties. The wine list is also excellent!!! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

03/04/2026: I have rarely experienced such unprofessional service. We and our children were treated with visible hostility even before we entered the building and immediately felt unwelcome. Meanwhile, a childless couple was welcomed in without hesitation; the difference was striking. Such child-unfriendly and disrespectful behavior is absolutely unacceptable. For us, it's a clear case of: never again!!

12/04/2026: We went last night with friends and had a great time. The staff was friendly and attentive to customer satisfaction. The various dishes were very well prepared and delicious, and the prices were more than fair. The tiramisu was amazing.

Don't expect the classic postcard-perfect lake view, as the restaurant is a bit further inland and less prominent than its lakeside counterparts, but that's precisely its strong point. Here, you don't pay for the view; you pay for what's on your plate. What to Expect: • Quality Food and Pizza: Nothing unnecessarily complicated, just good food, well-made, and satisfying. • Substance: The portions and flavors are just right, enough to leave you with a smile on your face. • Authenticity: I highly recommend this place because it focuses on authenticity. If you're in the area and want to play it safe without ending up in the usual tourist spots, stop by Mariano. It's definitely worth it!

05/04/2026: You need a lot of time and patience... a lot of patience. The pizza is average, but it completely lacked flavor. It's a shame, we drove all the way here for it, although there is parking.

14/03/2026: Beautiful location, fast and courteous service. The menu offers many dishes but little character. Some dishes arrived cold, and perhaps even hot, which wouldn't have changed my opinion. The kindness in the dining room makes up for what the food lacks.

22/03/2026: The restaurant was completely empty at 12:30. Was there a reservation? No. Then you can leave. They're probably serving ghosts here 👻. A decent restaurant could surely offer one table out of 30+ people and perhaps say for a maximum of 60 minutes. Sorry, we can't recommend it!

28/03/2026: We came to La Locanda di Noris on the recommendation of friends, and we had a wonderful time. Even though the place was packed, Marco was perfect. He welcomed us and made us feel completely at ease, helping us choose the perfect wine and recommending dishes, which we definitely enjoyed. The food was excellent and worthy of its reputation; we had a truly wonderful evening.

19/03/2026: This is the second time we've been here and we'll definitely be back. From the raw fish to the pasta and wine, everything is well prepared and has exceptional flavours.

27/10/2025: After having already stopped here several times on vacation in 2024, we couldn't resist spending an evening here again in 2025. In our opinion, it's the best pizza in Peschiera, with friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere.

12/10/2025: After reading reviews we were 50/50 about going. Couldn't have been better. Service was fantastic, staff happy to help finding the right beer with tasters and made sure we were all happy with what we were drinking. Food was great, pizza for myself was delicious, wife's pasta was amazing and sons chicken and chips absolutely hit the spot. If you are reading reviews like I did earlier and are unsure then please don't believe the negative reviews and go and eat here you will not be disappointed!!

04/05/2026: We were especially pleased to find "Carciofi alla giudia" on the menu outside of Rome. They were fantastic! We also really enjoyed the classics "Cacio e pepe" and "Amatriciana." Plus, everyone there was incredibly friendly.

03/05/2026: Typically Roman restaurant, from appetizers to first and second courses etc. all exquisite and excellent, if you find yourself passing through Peschiera del Garda and want to eat well and tasty it is a stop that you absolutely must make quality and courtesy are the order of the day, every time we return to Peschiera it is a fixed stop and never loses its goodness, keep it up
