08/03/2026: My favorite restaurant in Peschiera!
Prices are good. The restaurant is open year-round.
On tap Custoza + Duck Ragu Tagliatelle are match made in heaven. For something a little more upscale, the Amarone and Filet are to die for.
Big shoutout to Youssef for being an amazing waiter.
Come by yourself, or bring your friends/family. If it's the summer time, ask for a table outside. You won't be dissapointed!

22/03/2026: The restaurant was completely empty at 12:30. Was there a reservation? No. Then you can leave.
They're probably serving ghosts here 👻. A decent restaurant could surely offer one table out of 30+ people and perhaps say for a maximum of 60 minutes.
Sorry, we can't recommend it!

Stopping by chance in Peschiera del Garda, we opted for this traditional restaurant, choosing by chance.
Everything was truly delicious...from the appetizers to the first courses (try the venison ragù)...at a fair price.

27/10/2025: After having already stopped here several times on vacation in 2024, we couldn't resist spending an evening here again in 2025. In our opinion, it's the best pizza in Peschiera, with friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere.
12/10/2025: After reading reviews we were 50/50 about going. Couldn't have been better.
Service was fantastic, staff happy to help finding the right beer with tasters and made sure we were all happy with what we were drinking.
Food was great, pizza for myself was delicious, wife's pasta was amazing and sons chicken and chips absolutely hit the spot.
If you are reading reviews like I did earlier and are unsure then please don't believe the negative reviews and go and eat here you will not be disappointed!!

07/04/2026: A lovely, lovely place to eat. Great Lake views even if not by the window (book at least 3 days in advance for a window seat - thank me later). The food is full of flavour, and the ribs were absolutely delicious – a real highlight of the meal.
I had my heart set on lasagna, which unfortunately wasn’t available, but the alternative we chose (not the seafood pasta, but the closest option to it) was still very tasty and satisfying.
One of the standout touches is their “fortress bread” concept, inspired by what military soldiers ate in the 1800s, complete with a little bit of history alongside it. That combination of food and storytelling really hits the sweet spot when you’re on holiday.
If there’s one improvement to suggest, it would be to offer butter alongside olive oil. It may not be traditionally Italian, but many international visitors – particularly from the UK and the US – would appreciate having the choice.
Overall, a memorable dining experience in a beautiful setting.
06/04/2026: On Easter Monday, we had excellent food. Efficient service and reasonable wait times. The waiter, Andrea, was excellent and friendly. Highly recommended.

16/05/2025: We had the misfortune of having dinner here. The lasagne was bland, watery and overcooked to the point of being mush, carbonara had turned into scrambled egg and the roast potatoes were soggy and cold. I expect everything was frozen and reheated in the microwave. I sent my lasagne back and staff then avoided our table for the rest of the meal, even when it was apparent that several dishes were untouched. They were indifferent when I mentioned the issues with the food. If I was the owner I would be extremely concerned that such poor standard of food is allowed to leave the kitchen as most of it was inedible.
17/04/2025: Ottimo per tutto! Cibo, Prezzi, Posizione! Ci torno sempre volentieri al Ristorante Pizzeria Vecchia Marina; Lo consiglio!
p.s. fanno anche un ulteriore sconto del 10% a chi alloggia all'attiguo Hotel Johnson ! (Ottimo Hotel che consiglio).

23/07/2024: A wonderful bar to relax and chill out during the day or at night. Staff are very efficient and welcoming. We returned there are few times during our Bella Italia stay. Lots of food available, we went for desserts including pancakes, cocktails, drinks and ice-cream. A great treat for us on the walk back from dinner in Peschiera del Garda.
29/06/2024: Terrible customer service. Never been to a place where the workers were so obnoxious and rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never left any place a bad review before but I was so disgusted with how the workers treated us I had to. Do not go if you do not speak Italian because they will ignore you. The coffee was also the worst we've ever had. DO NOT GO!!!!

30/12/2024: Locale carino, ma manca la possibilità di fare colazioni salate: non ci sono tramezzini e tanto meno brioches salate. Per non uscire senza aver preso nulla, abbiamo ordinato due caffè. Nel bagno manca la tavoletta del water, non c'è il sapone (alle 10 del mattino), e l'asciugamani elettrico è collocato troppo alto, cosicche l'acqua colava giù dai gomiti. Inoltre, non c'è l'antibagno, quindi, figuriamoci i cattivi odori: insomma meglio non aver bisogno del bagno. Giudizio finale: ci sono locali migliori
04/10/2024: Amazing place for lunch! Amazing caprese panini and fabulous coffee!! A great view of the port also… we visiated many times on our 5 days.
