01/05/2026: The best sushi I've ever eaten. The selection is huge, the service is friendly and competent, and the price of €24.95 is totally fair. My dessert, deep-fried ice cream, was prepared with great care. I highly recommend everyone visit Sushinoi.

30/04/2026: Very good sushi, much better and fresher than in the Netherlands, and for lunch only 13.90 per adult (Mon-Thu). Definitely go there.

24/12/2025: The food is okay, the toilets and showers are outdated, and you can tell you're not as welcome anymore. The only good thing is that there aren't as many German truckers there anymore.

14/12/2025: Everything was great! I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on it. The restaurant has a homey atmosphere. Everything was delicious. It felt like I was home during a big family celebration. Everything was very clean, and the decor was traditional Italian. This was my first time here. I'll come back whenever I can, even just for the delicious traditional Italian cuisine. The pasta is made by the chef himself. Parking is average, and it was quiet on a Saturday afternoon. There were no parking garages open. It was quiet and peaceful. There are several shops nearby, including a Volya store. It's an hour's walk to the lake. Parking is included in your meal at the restaurant only on weekdays. I didn't really understand what hours the restaurant is open, though. But even if it's busy, they always find a seat for you and feed you. Overall, the weekend was a pleasant one :)

08/02/2026: We stayed at this campsite in September 2025, in a cabin. I repeatedly showed the campsite staff that I didn't want to park my (new) car in the space assigned to me because it was around a blind bend. They forced me to use the parking space assigned to me. 3 days later, they caused me damage (by unknown people) worth 1,800 euros. The campsite didn't want to know anything, the person in charge of the cabins barely spoke Italian, and the reception passed the problem on to them without solving it, so a stay that was supposed to be quite cheap ended up costing us a fortune. The dishes in the cabins were dirty, and at 6 in the morning the cleaning staff started working, making a mess (obviously they weren't to blame for anything, but rather the person who managed the situation). Not to mention the smell from the toilet drains. All of this was reported to the managers without them intervening. We especially appreciate the pool lifeguards: they were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly—truly a rare gem in this little village. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

02/02/2026: A Disappointing Stay with a Bright Spot in the Restaurant We had higher expectations. Unfortunately, we have to say that our mobile home is in dire need of a complete renovation. The furnishings are very dated, and the container smelled musty. We also found the waste disposal system to be very impractical. The fact that waste can only be disposed of during two hours a day severely limits flexibility during our vacation. When we couldn't wait until it opened on our departure day, we had a very unpleasant and loud confrontation with a staff member, which we found to be quite unwelcoming. In general, the campsite has an atmosphere of many prohibitions, which somewhat detracts from the relaxation. Furthermore, the campsite is only conditionally recommended for dog owners: The much-touted "dog zone" is unfortunately in a state that is hardly acceptable for animals, resulting in many dogs relieving themselves directly on the campsite. The only bright spot: The restaurant on the premises. We received extremely friendly service here, and the food was truly excellent. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight of our stay.

10/04/2026: Amazing mixed grill (for 2). LOVED the Calzones! Very atmospheric, relaxed & friendly. A really lovely restaurant. Bread sticks on your table are not complementary, €2.50 but yummy! Definitely would recommend for a romantic meal or family with well-behaved kids. 5 star.

05/04/2026: A diet-focused Easter lunch. After a two-hour wait, we left, only managing to eat appetizers. Evidently, the kitchen had some serious problems. All we had to do was let them know about the problem, and we would have changed venues... Even the receipt was incorrect, with dishes counted but never arriving, so we had to ask for a correction. An Easter lunch we'll sadly remember...

07/04/2026: The food was good, but it was difficult to communicate with the staff in English, and the fries (large) for €6 were only two potatoes, I think because I was a tourist. The staff saw the young tourists and decided to give us these instead of large fries... If you're a tourist, I wouldn't recommend going there. The staff constantly glared at you and made communication difficult.

15/10/2025: Excellent business lunch. The place is small, and if you're alone, you can share a table and chat, which is unusual these days. Appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, water, wine, and coffee. All good, for 13 euros. Where else can you find anything like it?

19/08/2025: A very nice restaurant. The food and service are top-notch. We've been there several times and it's always great. A definite recommendation. If you want to immerse yourself in Italian life away from the tourist spots, this is the place for you.

15/08/2025: The food was very good. We had spaghetti with seafood for dinner. The seafood was delicious and very well cooked, and the prices were very reasonable. We had tiramisu for dessert, which was very fresh and delicious.

12/04/2026: Very good ice cream, the best in Peschiera del Garda. You won't be able to drink after eating it, which is already a LOT. The girls are very kind, and they have many flavors to please everyone. Well done!

07/04/2026: A lovely, lovely place to eat. Great Lake views even if not by the window (book at least 3 days in advance for a window seat - thank me later). The food is full of flavour, and the ribs were absolutely delicious – a real highlight of the meal. I had my heart set on lasagna, which unfortunately wasn’t available, but the alternative we chose (not the seafood pasta, but the closest option to it) was still very tasty and satisfying. One of the standout touches is their “fortress bread” concept, inspired by what military soldiers ate in the 1800s, complete with a little bit of history alongside it. That combination of food and storytelling really hits the sweet spot when you’re on holiday. If there’s one improvement to suggest, it would be to offer butter alongside olive oil. It may not be traditionally Italian, but many international visitors – particularly from the UK and the US – would appreciate having the choice. Overall, a memorable dining experience in a beautiful setting.

05/05/2026: The restaurant is somewhat hidden away in the narrow alleys. As a result, it’s not crowded, and the atmosphere is very peaceful, with a great terrace. The waiter was very friendly and did an excellent job. The appetizers, like all the pizzas we ordered, were outstanding. The portions were generous, and the value for money was excellent. We’re thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

04/05/2026: Speed ​​and quality without ever losing their friendliness. We stopped by for dinner on a Saturday night, and the place was packed, but the owner found us a seat right away. Having a two-and-a-half-year-old, speedy service was important to us so he could eat according to his schedule, and I can say that the place fully met our needs: very short wait times, just a few minutes, both for the first courses and for the pizzas (in true Neapolitan style, truly delicious). Despite the place being packed, the staff managed to maintain excellent speed without ever losing their friendliness; they never failed to offer a smile or a kind word, so kudos to all the staff. The prices are a little high, but completely in line with the restaurants in Peschiera del Garda.
