22/06/2025: The place is right on the lake, there are many outdoor seats, the view is exceptional, as for the food, I ate a hamburger and I have to say it was excellent, served with French fries, the service was fast even though the place was very crowded (I'm talking about a Saturday at the end of June), we will definitely be back

22/06/2025: Great place with a beautiful view of the lake! Friendly staff and great aperol spritz for a decent price. The bruschetta with tomato was not the best, but absolutely okay.

30/06/2025: Nice, friendly staff, we sat down with children, we ate on the spot. Large selection, delicious crispy pasta, good value for money. We chose several sides, ham-mushroom, spinach-ricotta, tomato-mozzarella, crab-zucchini, four-cheese. All were delicious, the children loved it and ate everything.

28/06/2025: I always make a point of visiting this restaurant. The pizza at Pizza al taglio is very tasty. They also do hotdogs. A short walk from the train station. There are plenty of options available. It is no frills that adds to its charm. Friendly service. Clean toilets. A few seats outside as well as plenty inside.

30/06/2025: Arrived around 10pm on a Sunday evening. Ordered drinks and food, and reserved the pool table. The drinks arrived after 45 minutes, and the place was completely empty... After 1 hour the air conditioning was turned off and the doors were opened, letting hot air into the place. The atmosphere would have been nice if it hadn't been visibly very dirty. The food, mostly fried, was soggy, not very salty and very greasy... And barely 2 napkins were provided for a total of 5 people... When it came to paying we had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to the counter after we had notified a waitress that we wanted to pay. The price to reserve the pool table was €22 for 1h30, obviously the cues were not the best quality, to be polite, and the table was ruined.

29/06/2025: Poor service, they took our order after 45 minutes, we arrived at 9.15pm, they served us at 10.35pm for a hot dog (raw sausage), a large salad and a Tomahawk, served completely raw on cold lava stone. Too bad, maybe booking with the fork penalised us. Never again.

20/06/2025: Very good by Italian standards! Relatively inexpensive, a bit off the beaten track, but still worth the trip.

15/06/2025: What can I say .. when someone does a job they like and are passionate about it shows and then add the location! Exceptional dishes and courteous, kind and professional staff! Menu recommendation As appetizers Beef tartare or marinated trout carpaccio As first courses Paccheri with swordfish or for those who want to dare a little tagliolini with squid ink cacio e pepe with shrimp tartare (worth the dinner!!!) As second courses Tentacles of octopus cooked twice or beef fillet As for white wines I would take a lugana doc le create ottella or even a Manzoni bianco di cecchetto if you want to change grape variety or even the campo del soglio which has an ancient grape variety the tuchì the selva capuzza winery is one of the few wineries that grows it (excellent wine) While for reds Carmenere Mader La Viene Congratulations to everyone!

18/07/2025: Sotto un cielo blu profondo e avvolti dall'atmosfera calda di una piazza viva e suggestiva, abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza gastronomica semplicemente perfetta. Il protagonista assoluto? Una fiorentina da sogno: cotta alla perfezione, con l'esterno ben rosolato e un cuore tenero e succoso. Una carne così non la si dimentica facilmente. Ad accompagnare questo capolavoro, due calici di rosato fresco e profumato in perfetta armonia con la cena e l'atmosfera romantica del luogo. Il servizio è stato cordiale e discreto, il tavolo ben curato, e ogni dettaglio ha contribuito a rendere la serata davvero speciale. Un ristorante che riesce a unire qualità eccellente, atmosfera autentica e sapori memorabili. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca il vero gusto italiano, con vista e cuore.

08/07/2025: I recently went to dinner at the L’Arina del Sante restaurant, intrigued by the change in management and the new features introduced. The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept, with a pleasant and well-organized environment, ideal for an evening with friends or an informal dinner. The staff was kind and helpful, ready to explain the dishes and to satisfy every request with courtesy. However, one of the first impressions concerns the menu, which left me a little perplexed: I expected a greater variety in both the first courses and the second courses, especially considering the restaurant setting. The choice in those sections of the menu is rather limited and could be expanded to offer more alternatives to those who do not want a pizza. Having said that, it must be recognized that the pizza menu is instead very rich and varied, with classic and gourmet options, able to satisfy different tastes and preferences. In the end we opted for a seafood appetizer, a mixed fry and baked potatoes. The appetizer was well presented and with fresh raw materials, even if I would have liked some more creative or sophisticated options. The fritto misto was the dish I enjoyed the most: light, crispy and not greasy, with a good variety of fish and generous portions. The baked potatoes, simple but well cooked, accompanied everything in a pleasant way. Overall it was a pleasant dinner, but the restaurant could really make a leap in quality by focusing on a broader and more structured culinary proposal, especially regarding the first and second courses. The potential is there, and I hope that over time the new management will be able to fully enhance it. I will gladly return to also try the pizzas, which seem to be the strong point of the restaurant.

08/07/2025: We made a reservation for 4 people at 8:00 PM. We arrived on time, but only three tables were occupied. They sat us down, and after 20 minutes they brought us drinks and asked for our orders. After waiting over 60 minutes for four pizzas, we went to the kitchen to complain, and they apologized, saying there were problems with the oven. Despite having asked several times and drank several beers while waiting, no one had notified us. We waited, hoping to at least eat our pizzas. Once served, they were inedible; the dough hadn't risen, and the ingredients were terrible. We left the restaurant, paid for our drinks, and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO.

10/06/2025: Prenotato con amiche il turno quello delle 21/21.15 ci hanno fatto accomodare , location bella per la posizione fronte lago ! Personale poco professionale, alcuni parlano malissimo l italiano, rapporto molto freddo. Abbiamo ordinato un piatto vegetariano e solo 2 primi e un polpo dato che i menu che ci sono stati forniti rendevano l’esperienza di scelta poco pratica e confusionaria. Noi abbiamo comunque mangiato tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato, sia per fame sia per buoncostume. L’unico aggettivo che potrei usare per descrivere i piatti é mediocre, e non a livello del prezzo che abbiamo pagato! Il pane che ci è stato servito e tanto decantato da una brochure che spiega l impasto, era stantio e insapore. Il piatto vegetariano 22€ è un piatto che in alcuni posti te lo offrono con l aperitivo: olive, pomodori secchi, paté di olive … insomma tutti cibi pronti da barattolo per un aperitivo!!! Di fronte al ristorante facevano da cornice , zaini vestiti e scarpe e gli schiamazzi di ragazzini tedeschi che facevano il bagno notturno. Non torneremo più!

03/07/2025: We came back after a good first experience. The pizza must have been washed badly in the washing machine because it is definitely smaller. A burnt pizza, a so-so pizza. They offered to change it which was appreciated, but definitely now the place is only touristy. The final price is not justified even by the view, enchanting. I don't think we will return. Too bad because the location would be excellent

06/06/2025: Dog-friendly :) Very quiet location, sheltered from the sun. Drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. The food is simple: burgers, hot dogs, and pasta.

09/06/2025: I went to this restaurant for a hen party. Unfortunately, the quality was really poor and the walls of the place were very dirty. There were unpleasant odors coming from the kitchen. The only positive note, if you want to call it that, was the water. Never again.

29/06/2025: I've been eating here several times over the past three years. The wait for pizza was very long. Unfortunately, the calzone was burnt on one side and lukewarm on the other, while the pizza was hot but burnt on the bottom. What is an absolute no-go, however, are canned mushrooms. Unbelievable! I didn't expect that and was very disappointed. We went to a different restaurant the next evening. It's a shame.
