06/06/2026: Wow. What a place. you have to stay here to realize this great hotel. We got a suite partialy over looking the grand canal. amaizing.

23/05/2026: The hotel is completely run-down and has seen better days. The floor in the room was extremely dirty. The white carpet was stained with dirt. The bathroom was particularly bad. The shower head was completely rusted and the shower was covered in black mold, even on the walls. We always travel in this price range, but I've never experienced such poor hygiene, even when I was younger and had only booked a guesthouse. I certainly wouldn't book there again. The staff was completely inattentive. No one asked if everything was alright. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

05/05/2026: The food was okay, but the prices were expensive. The service was average. The worst and stupidest thing about this restaurant was that you had to pay an extra 3 euros per person for "service."

04/05/2026: We ordered two piadina kebabs, but were delivered two panini kebabs. When we asked to correct the order, we were told they wouldn't be able to bring us the correct one for an hour. After an hour and twenty minutes, nothing had arrived, so we called to inquire. The response was very rude: "You ate them anyway." Actually, I don't eat sandwiches or bread, so it wasn't the same to me at all. After almost two hours, one kebab finally arrived, but that too was wrong: it contained onions and spicy sauce, even though I had specifically asked for it to be without. In the end, I didn't eat anything, and instead of apologizing, they complained that we had eaten "for free" and even doubled the amount. A very negative experience: slow service, poor customer service, and unprofessional attitude. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

08/12/2025: The prices are sky-high for the quality of the food, and they're not very consistent. The menu isn't very clear on prices and descriptions. What surprises me is the 3.50 cover charge, not so much for us adults, but for the kids. A disgrace!

08/06/2026: The sea is the Lido sea, in its finest form, with the tranquility of Alberoni. The service is courteous and impeccable. The trattoria's cuisine combines a family atmosphere and quality.

25/05/2026: The pastry shop is located on Venice's main thoroughfare, with thousands of tourists passing through every day. All the shops are flashy and low-quality, designed to lure tourists in and rip them off. Pasticceria Martini is a lovely exception, so much so that it's a popular spot among Venetians: the products are incredibly fresh and high-quality. The sweet rice cake is exceptional.

08/06/2026: Delicious sandwiches and tramezzini. The salads and piadinas, and the toasted sandwiches are very tasty. I definitely recommend breakfast and lunch at Bar Milano. Sometimes they even have live music. Helpful and friendly.

20/11/2025: incredible! if you need a spot for lunch while visiting Burano this is the place. we had the calabrese pizza and it was one of the best things we ate in italy. truly a perfect pizza. we also had a bottle of rosé and it was wonderful. staff was very kind as well. could not recommend it enough!

06/04/2026: I really don't recommend this restaurant, not so much for the food but much more for the service. The waiters at the counter are really rude, very arrogant and have little respect. Rudeness is the order of the day.

14/05/2026: The flavor of the Italian dishes is surprisingly good, especially since you're served by an Asian family. We came here for breakfast during our three days in Venice, and we also had lunch here a couple of times. The lasagna and pizza were delicious! The quality-price ratio is excellent! And the coffee is exceptional, especially the latte. Highly recommended!!
