15/12/2025: The prices keep rising, the food is mediocre, and the spirits are getting smaller and watered down. But the worst thing is the service, especially one waiter who, on several occasions when I've frequented this place, accompanied each time by a different person, is not only rude and unhelpful, but passive-aggressively insults customers. For example, one time I was sitting with a friend of mine, and another friend of ours joined us. Before ordering, he politely asked if he could, since it was 10 p.m. This waiter angrily replied that if he drank at the same rate as my friend and I, he could have three drinks in time for closing. All three of us were so shocked that we couldn't say anything in reply. If it weren't in Campo Santa Margherita, no one would frequent this place.

13/12/2025: Been here in December, so all was fast. Pizza con prosciutto was nice, as well as cappuccino, and check was 8.5€ which is pretty moderate for Venezia.

14/09/2025: My little daughter (3) urgently needed to go to the bathroom, so I politely asked the young waitress if I could briefly go with my daughter. She smiled at me and asked if I wanted a drink. I said no, just the restroom, please. She nodded, and we went. When we got there, there was a code lock with a note saying the code would be on the bill. I went back to the waitress and asked for a code, and she asked me again if I wanted a drink, grinning stupidly. That's not how you treat small children! In any case, you'll never see us as paying customers -> minus 5 stars.

03/09/2025: The food isn't great, the place is nice. Let's just say that if you want something quick, you can try it, or you can definitely find something better. Just cross the street and across the street is the much better Cadilac. I recommend crossing the street, trust me.

22/11/2025: Located a bit away from the hustle and bustle, the staff were friendly... Unfortunately, the food wasn't satisfactory for us. The pizzas tasted like they were frozen... The pasta as a starter was okay... but nothing special either... Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement.

22/11/2025: This was a great find. It feels old world Italian. The service was prompt and attentive. The prices very reasonable and you felt like a local. I would definitely eat here again. Best of all, no cover charge.

09/10/2025: Today I arrived in Venice with my mother and girlfriend, and on the first day of our trip we decided to visit this wonderful place. Many myths about Italian cuisine circulate in the Russian-speaking world. Some say it's overrated, others maintain that Italians have become lazy and that no one cares about the quality of their preparation anymore, but at least everyone agrees that Italian dishes are extraordinary. Yes, there are many places in our country that cook "Italian-style" to please our tastes, and coming to Italy I wasn't expecting a disappointment, but I was almost certain I wouldn't like it: after all, it's made for Italians, not for us. And maybe all Italian restaurants are like this, or maybe we just got lucky and ended up in the right place. Because the flavor of the dishes and the quality of the ingredients were excellent. My expectations of Italian cuisine, shaped by the opinions prevalent in our Russian-speaking countries, were completely wrong. That incredible balance of spices and the quality of the preparation completely convinced me that Italian cuisine is extraordinary. I was particularly amazed by the Quattro formaggi pizza: this combination of cheeses is simply perfect. We may not know all the nuances of Italian food culture, but who cares? The important thing is that three people were happy and had a wonderful time. Thank you for this enchanting place and its pleasant atmosphere. I'm sure we'll be back more than once during these six days in Venice. Thank you!

28/09/2025: This establishment has been transformed into the Birreria Fabbrica di Pedavena, although it has retained its original name. The pub remains as well-kept and spacious as before, but the menus have changed, offering a pub-style menu with a wide selection of dishes. The service is excellent, as are the pizzas.

24/08/2025: Delicious gelato 😍 very sweet and flavorful. Perfect temperature, and when you finish eating it, it's still perfect. For the price of a scoop, it's a good amount. The only thing I'd change is the flavors; in the past, they had very good flavors that you can't find anymore. It's still my favorite gelato shop.

31/03/2025: Sono venuto qui un paio di volte e ogni volta mi sono goduto un bel bicchiere di vino rosso e anche del cibo. L'atmosfera è bella e la musica era fantastica la prima volta, con un po' di blues e jazz. È facile entrare da soli o con gli amici. I came here a few times and enjoyed a nice glass of red wine each time and also some food. The ambiance is good and the music was great the first time, with some blues and jazz. It's easy to go in alone or with friends.

13/11/2025: Maeli's takeout pizza tops any ranking, always exceptional: top-quality ingredients and perfectly leavened. I often choose the whole wheat version, and unlike many pizzas out there these days, it doesn't disturb my digestion or my sleep. :>

14/10/2025: One of the best takeout pizzas in the area. Fast, precise, the service is excellent, and so is the result. They offer a wide selection of pizzas, and you can also order whole pans, Margherita, or with two toppings. Just call and in a few minutes, your pizza will be ready, made with excellent dough and quality ingredients.

27/10/2025: Overall, it's a nice place, clean and well-maintained, run by staff who are always friendly but not very sociable and rarely smile. They offer a wide selection of sweet and savory food; prices are a bit higher than average. I've stopped going because, especially in the afternoon, the music is quite loud and makes conversation difficult.
