Fish prepared with care and refinement. Spectacular all-tuna dish. If you come to Mauro, a taste of the raw meats is a must. Wide choice of wines. Somellier a little grumpy but professional.

Trattoria that has successfully evolved into a temple of good fish. From the first step beyond the threshold of the restaurant, the atmosphere clearly communicates the intentions of Mr. Mauro and his staff: to pamper the palate with top-quality raw materials in an intimate and refined environment. Colorful menu and very respectful of fish, with proposals based on daily availability and without excessively risky elaborations. Punctual and never intrusive service. Materia prima freschissima e di ottima qualità e cura dei dettagli ad altissimo livello. Crudi e cotti di pesce impeccabili, presentati con cura da un personale di sala attento, preparato e disponibile così come lo chef, pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti. Ottima e variegata anche la carta dei vini. Prezzo in linea con la qualità del servizio.
