30/07/2025: We've enjoyed our visit to the Apollo for years. The food tonight was fantastic, as always. The 'Rombo al forno' (oven-baked turbot) was truly delicious and was filleted and presented at our table by the staff. We'll continue to come and recommend it to anyone else who enjoys good food!

04/04/2025: Margherita pizza was delicious, we got plenty fresh basil leaves. Staff was friendly. I gave 3 for atmosphere becuse its take away (of course it won't be romántic) but everything was clean and tidy inside. And price was really good too.

04/08/2025: Nice place, maybe with a bit too loud music. The pannini is a bread roll with some ham/salami or whatever you choose, some tomato, and all that for €6-7. Anyway, a bad experience, but of course, this is the only area of Venice without normal restaurants. Few options, anyway. I'll never go back.

02/08/2025: Fantastic! Really amazing sandwiches, crispy, made fresh then and there. Lovely fresh ingredients. Go for the fresh juice, delicious! Great coffee. The fact lots of locals came in was a great sign. The young lady serving was so friendly, efficient and fun!

07/08/2025: The appetizer is the restaurant's calling card, and I must say the gnocco fritto with Tuscan pancetta and the culatello with honeyed pecorino are superb. And what about the Florentine steak? Fantastic flavor! Porca vacca, a guarantee. Unbeatable value for money. Highly recommended!

27/06/2025: The servers were nice. But the pizza was more like a tortilla sheet with thin edges. Instead of lemonade we got some limoncello which was also full of alcohol. I don't recommend it to those who are used to Hungarian pizzas. Maybe the Italian pizza dough is thin but if I had ordered two of them, I'm not sure I would have enjoyed it.

27/06/2025: Very light and thin pizza, digestible quickly. The restaurant part is not exciting. In summer you sweat even inside the restaurant.

15/08/2025: Great gelato - i enjoyed the suso caramel toffee flavour (not too sweet and the bits throughout were delightful - reminded me of a stroop waffle) and passionfruit (deliciously tart).The line looked intimidating but it was fast moving and they allowed you to try one flavour per person. A nearby sales assistant advised to be wary of pick pocketers in the area.

25/06/2025: A peculiar place. From club sandwiches to restaurant dishes that are also quite sophisticated. However, this also means that you go from €30 to €100 for two people in an instant. A decent environment that is not exactly well-kept but clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I recommend it.

07/07/2025: Mi rincresce dover dire che purtroppo ho prenotato in questo ristorante per il mio quarantesimo compleanno, da subito la serata non si è messa bene. Arriviamo... non veniamo accolti.. ci lasciano in piedi 10 minuti abbondanti con 3 figli di cui uno piccolo ad aspettare vicino ai tavoli dove c'erano le persone che stavano già mangiando, loro a disagio, noi più di loro. Ad un certo punto cerco di attirare l'attenzione di un cameriere per farci accomodare, il cameriere palesemente scocciato risponde in malo modo. Ci fanno finalmente sedere, tre sedie su cinque erano piene di briciole, inoltre c'era questo piccolo giardinetto con piscina meraviglioso, ma ahimè avevano lasciato l'aspirapolvere proprio davanti la piscina, orribile da vedere, ho pensato magari è solo perchè siamo a inizio serata, poi lo toglieranno, no, rimase lì tutto il tempo... ad ogni modo chiedo cortesemente un seggiolino per il bimbo, dopo un quarto d'ora deve ancora arrivare, allorché sollecito il seggiolino, viene avanti lo stesso cameriere ancora più scocciato quasi buttandolo lì e andandosene via senza dire nulla. Non ci ho più visto, sono andata a lamentarmi con il proprietario del locale, lo chef tra l'altro, da subito si è scusato per il comportamento del suo dipendente e si è giustificato dicendo che le persone brave e competenti hanno un certo tipo di costo, difficili da trovare, e a quel punto inizia a servirci soltanto lui, competente, servizievole, improvvisamente eravamo dei clienti all'altezza. Ci ha portato anche degli antipasti offerti dalla casa per scusarsi ulteriormente. Tutto cibo impeccabile e delizioso. Sta di fatto che per quanto mi riguarda io ho deciso di non metterci più piede. C'è stato veramente troppo troppo disagio, anche momenti di nervoso, e non esiste davvero che un cliente venga trattato in questo modo. A distanza di mesi parlando con un'amica mi ha confermato la stessa identica cosa, servizio pessimo, stesso cameriere. Anche lei ha detto mai più. Evidentemente per questo proprietario è più importante risparmiare sul salario di un suo dipendente che tenersi i clienti.

04/07/2025: Overpriced for what it is. Ordered lobster linguini 28e and salted beef fillet 33e/person. Would not have mind to pay the price if the food was good linguini ended up being bland and the fillet too salty. Nothing special and for what we got definitely not worth the price. I will not eat here again.

21/07/2025: Best lunch we had in Venice. Great service, food, and prices. A godsend on a hot hot day. Try the special pasta. You know the place is great when next to you is a table full of elderly Italian people having a great big meal.

11/07/2025: During my recent visit to this charming Italian restaurant, I had the pleasure of trying their prawn spaghetti with tomato sauce. The dish was nothing short of delightful! 11/07/2025: We had such a superb lunch we went back for dinner! We got lucky and were able to get a table without waiting both times (we went early)! Sitting in the courtyard was lovely. Superb pastas. Excellent fritti misti. My son who doesn’t eat seafood ordered the green peppercorn steak and it was unexpectedly great.

13/07/2025: Locale molto bello, piatti curati e decisamente ottimi. Servizio partito molto lento, in quanto ci abbiamo messo diverso tempo ad ordinare, ma hanno recuperato subito in quanto non abbiamo aspettato molto i piatti scelti. L’unica pecca il servizio relativo al vino. Questo si serve al tavolo dopo aver mostrato la bottiglia, non si portano i calici già riempiti, si fa assaggiare e si versa!

07/07/2025: Ho apprezzato questo ristorante per la qualità della carne e il servizio accurato. Prezzi ragionevoli. Ambiente confortevole e rilassante.
