01/09/2025: Unfortunately, my visit to this ice cream parlor was very disappointing. The ice cream itself was okay, but the service was extremely unfriendly and spoiled any joy I had. I didn't feel welcome as a guest.

06/10/2025: A bar in the heart of Piazza Ferretto; from the outdoor tables, you can admire the entire porticoed promenade.
The service is embarrassingly rude, making you feel a bit uncomfortable.
The croissants are rubbery, limp, and awful (they should change suppliers).
The cappuccino is pleasant overall, but with a poor coffee-to-foam ratio.
The price is ridiculous: five euros for a cappuccino and croissant.
Highly not recommended unless you enjoy spending too much on something that is overall unpleasant.
04/10/2025: The waitress "randomly" charged us ten euros on a receipt where the individual costs weren't broken down, so I don't know how much three coffees and two pastries cost. But ten euros for, I repeat, three coffees and two pastries is definitely too much! We're not in St. Mark's Square!

12/10/2025: So if one could give negative stars, now would be the time. The only tasty thing was the wine.
Otherwise, the worst food we've ever eaten. And not cheap either.
The bread basket placed on the table for all of us could just as well be the leftovers from all the tables. Because whatever wasn't eaten, whether wrapped or unwrapped, was put back for the next guests and their bread baskets.
That was the point where it was all over for us.

19/12/2025: We were looking for a warm place to kill time until the ferry arrived and we came in here. We shared a huge sandwich and had some coffees! The man was super friendly.

28/01/2026: Restaurant to avoid - the menu offered at the entrance was not on the menu distributed to customers. After ordering pasta with chili peppers and pasta with clams, the plates were practically thrown on the table, the portions were insignificant, and one plate was cold. Adding to our flat spritz, we asked for a glass of sparkling water, which was served unceremoniously. After expressing our dissatisfaction with the food, drinks, and deplorable service (in Venice!), the waiter took it very badly.

16/03/2026: I arrived with low expectations based on the reviews I'd read. But quite the opposite, the hotel was fantastic. Yes, it's an older hotel, and the carpet was a bit faded, but nothing major. Everything was very clean, the room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. The receptionists were also incredibly friendly. We arrived many hours before check-in, and they told us our room was ready, so we were able to leave our luggage and get ready to explore Venice.
15/03/2026: Dirty room, filthy carpet, we didn't stay and had to look for another hotel

10/11/2025: We went a couple of times to order Aperol and some snacks to take away, and everything was great. Very friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommended.

17/02/2026: A complete rip-off. We went in because the sign said they had a set menu, so we asked the waiter for the menu, and they just told us we could create our own meal from it. He served us reluctantly. We ordered spaghetti with cuttlefish, which tasted like spaghetti with canned tomato sauce. The chicken breast was drier than a bone. The bathrooms were full of feces, and there were cobwebs everywhere. To top it all off, they charged us €10 for service, even though the service was absolutely terrible. We definitely wouldn't go back, not even if they paid us.
14/02/2026: The worst restaurant in the world. When we wanted to leave because of the loud music and awful smell, he came and asked what the problem was. I didn't want to answer. He started yelling and screaming at me inside the restaurant. Then he swore at me. We went in without checking the rating. I won't make the same mistake again.

18/11/2025: My girlfriend and I went to this bar because we were craving hot chocolate. We ordered the hot chocolate with cream (€4.50), which is actually a ciobar. Paying €4.50 for a ciobar seems excessive to me.
We also ordered two small pastries, clearly bought from the Iper Rossetto supermarket. The pastries were old, I think, from 4-5 days ago. But I ask myself, "Don't you try them before putting the pastries on display?"
A terrible experience, we will never go back.
16/07/2025: If I could give less than 0 I would have done so immediately, obscenity both in the service and in the cleanliness of the place, served with a face full of fish for a spritz that I would not wish even on my worst enemy to drink... total shame.
