18/12/2025: Rude owner alert!!! Disrespectful behavior. We were checking chips on the wall and took one out. The owner immediately came and put it on the wall again. Why really? We had to pay 3.5 € for a tea and when I asked for the cap she said not available. Ugly interior too.
10/12/2025: Very rude owner!!! would not recommend, keep walking to a more welcoming café with better food, service and prices. Also, no running water in the toilet!

06/12/2025: We just wanted to grab a pizza and didn't check the drink prices beforehand. Charging €6.00 for a can of Fanta is outrageous and a complete rip-off. Never again. Warning: Tourist trap!!!

15/03/2026: Do not Visit! As almost all reviews state, terrible food, terrible staff, scam you for and extra €2 over list price on items. Only reason they are still in business is because they have rented a good location to run their operation from.
14/03/2026: The rating is lower, only because we will have one price for sitting in and another for takeaway. The coffee is delicious and the pastries are dry, but the price for an espresso and cappuccino with a biscuit was 18e, very expensive.

07/01/2026: We went in for breakfast and ordered macaroni and ham and cheese sandwiches. The macaroni was dry and looked like it had been sitting in the window for four months, making it taste awful. The sandwiches were much the same—very bad for what they advertise on the menu. When we went to pay, they charged us €59, adding €2 to each item without any prior notice. In short, the food was poor quality and the prices were exorbitant. I absolutely do not recommend it. Oh, and I almost forgot, they don't speak English, only Chinese.
03/01/2026: I saw the bill and wanted to die, it was so expensive. A tea for €6.50!!!! The service was fine, but NOTHING justifies that price for a tea you can buy in a supermarket. Another negative point, albeit a minor one, is that there was only one bathroom available.

28/12/2025: The girl working the counter, with glasses and black hair, is excellent and very smart. Unfortunately, the rest is a disaster.
This morning I went with my husband for coffee; we go often because we live in the area. The owner's daughter, a young girl who clearly hasn't yet figured out how the restaurant business works, told us that starting January 1st, table service is paid, but in a very rude manner. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.🫠
25/12/2025: Do not go here. This was the single place in Italy that I did not check reviews before visiting, thinking no harm no foul because it was just coffee and a pastry. Workers were extremely rude and short with myself and my group. They also incorrectly and purposely upcharged us for our items, adding an extra euro to each item we ordered.

22/11/2025: This place should be prohibited from further existence. Woe is me though, we were first-time travelers to Europe. Although the location is quite charming, previous generations of Venetians are rolling in their graves, disapproving of the sorry excuses of pizzas served at this establishment. The fact that buttered noodles were the best part about this restaurant says a lot. I could’ve stayed home and did that back in the states. In fairness, the attentiveness of the service wasn’t bad at all, just maybe overstepping at times. We all appreciate hospitality but at some point, you gotta let your table enjoy their privacy. You’re a waiter, not an interviewer.

20/03/2026: €13.00 for a straight spritz and a Campari.
14/03/2026: My ferry was delayed, and there wasn't even a public bench to sit on. Since I was nine months pregnant, I asked to sit on an unused chair on the side (not the ones for customers). They said no.
In the 10 minutes I was there, I saw them make a group of four people stand up because they were just having ice cream (the tables were all empty) and refuse to throw away a plastic cup because the drink hadn't been purchased there.

20/10/2025: The prices on the display outside don't seem to be for tourists. I had to ask for 1.5 times the price for pizza. It didn't taste good either.
28/09/2025: Two chocolate brioches were purchased, and they were quite good.
But I agree with the other comments...what a rude saleswoman, a dirty look, a receipt thrown away, NO respect, a disgrace to Venice.

31/10/2025: If I could give it a 0 star review, I would. The Prosuto Fungi pizza that we ordered had literally 1 Fungi and some kind of sausage or something. I would never ever recommend this place and I fully agree with the rating of this place. 1 star

11/10/2025: Terrible food, pasta with clams that was impossible to eat and smelled bad. Two appetizers with frozen shrimp, a plate of gnocchi, water, and a glass of wine cost €54. I hope the NAS (National Anti-Semitism Committee) pays a visit.

09/09/2025: It seemed good because it was near many other great places, but I've never in my life eaten such a bad carbonara. The pizza was VERY MEDIOCRE. It's impossible that with so many options around, we unfortunately ended up here, in a bit of a hurry, without checking the reviews. I don't recommend it.

26/06/2025: Trampa Turística – Evitar a toda costa
Este lugar es una trampa turística completa, y el personal no es de confianza. Uno de ellos salió a la calle para convencernos de visitar su restaurante, incluso ofreciendo bebidas de bienvenida como incentivo. Sin embargo, una vez que estábamos sentados, tuvimos que recordarles repetidamente antes de que finalmente nos dieran las bebidas que nos prometieron.
Pedimos un risotto y una pasta para compartir entre tres personas para la cena. Cuando llegó la factura, nos sorprendió ver un cargo adicional de 10 € " cubriendo. " El personal afirmó que fue porque una persona “no comió”, lo que era completamente falso. Todos en la mesa comieron. No había señales ni avisos sobre este cargo en ningún lado; claramente era solo una tarifa inventada para estafarnos.
Esta experiencia se sintió como una estafa de principio a fin. Si valoras tu dinero y tu tiempo, aléjate de este lugar. Ciertamente no volveremos.
22/05/2025: experiencia negativa. nos engañaron. ofrecieron y pedimos un corte de carne (€.7 decía en la carta) y nos trajeron otro corte (que no figuraba en la carta).
nos cobraron cada plato (pedimos mi señora y yo el mismo plato) €.35 y el otro €.42
argumentaban que la carne servida en el plato pesaba 500grs, cada corte (cosa que claramente no era así).
les expliqué que yo voy a cenar y no reparo en que peso tiene cada plato que me sirven.
Engañosos. Cobran lo que quieren. les pido que tengan cuidado que les cobran.
dato positivo, la carne servida, al menos, era muy buena
